Hello guys , I have a Note 3 Korea ( N900L ) and just installed TWRP ( 2.8.5.0 ) in my device . Recovery works fine , but when it finished and I tap Reboot Devices , it goes directly to Odin mode after showing the Note 3 Logo .
Could not do normal boot
ODIN MODE
Current binary: Custom
System status: Custom
Reactivation lock: Off
Knox warranty void: 0x1 (2)
Qualcomm secureboot: enable (csb)
Secure download : Enabled
I encounter this problem whenever i flash a new ROM ( Except for Phronesis and Darklord ROM , others like UX , Magma , Lineage , RR,... have the same problem when booting up
I tried to install a different TWRP ( 2.8.7.0 )through install Image in 2.8.5.0 , but again when i reboot recovery ( Volume + , home , power ) it go straight to odin mode
After that I used Odin to install stock N900LKLU0GPI1 ( 5 files including PIT ) it booted up normally , but still have the same problem with other ROMs
Can someone explain why and how to fix this error ? Thanks in advance
The usual would be you are flashing a recovery not for your model .

Thanks mate , but I tried different kernels : Phantom , Lss , Synergy,.... but no result
Moreover I see that if I flash the wrong kerbel it will stuck at Note 3 logo , not the case i met , right ?
KERNEL ??
I said wrong recovery flashed .
I have the same issue on my SM-N9005 but i am sure i am using the right recovery...It still shows "could not do normal boot". instead of booting into recovery it goes to download mode with the same logs.

Ah sorry , I tried but no result
Recovery I installed was compatible to my model Hlteskt , official from twrp.me , 2.8.7.0 , and still the same
Anyway I brought it to the store and they said this is the consequence of using a bad charger . I have it fixed , thanks

Hey fellas,
This is my 1st time trying to root a phone, please forgive my total ignorance
I am having an impossible time rooting my galaxy note 3
SM-N9006 (Chinese)
Android ver: 4.4.2
baseband: N9006ZCUEND1
I tried several methods, mainly ODIN with " n9006-cwm-recovery-6.0.3.7(0922)-fix-adb"
the problem is that every time I have to reboot the phone in recovery mode, I get:
RECOVERY BOOTING (in blue),
RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING (red)
Set Warranty Bit: recovery (yellow)
and it bootloops till that. ( root de la vega, kingo, ODIN, etc... same problem, grrrr!)
I am guessing that's because I am using the wrong firmware to flash my phone
I just want to install Google play store ( Chinese note 3 blocked it, some bull****!!!!) and customize my phone
any suggestion?
luv u guys, keep up the good work
EDIT : It's works ! Just use the SM-N9505 CF-Root :
http://download.chainfire.eu/352/CF-Root1/CF-Auto-Root-hlte-hltexx-smn9005.zip
I have the same problem. Impossible to root my Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N9006). If I try to root my phone with Odin, I have bootloops.
In the download mode I have :
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SM-N9006
CURRENT BINARY: Custom
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
REACTIVATION LOCK(KK): OFF
KNOX KERNEL LOCK: 0x0
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x1
QUALCOMM SECUREBOOT: ENABLE (CSB)
RP SWREV: S2, T2, R2, A3, P2
WRITE PROTECTION: Enable
WDC START
Nobody can help us? Thanks.
Did you?
Did you finally fix your problem? I got the same problem now, dunno what to do next

Copied custom ROM to SD card
Rebooted to custom recovery
Flashed Custom ROM and all working fine.
I was away when my little bro messed up with the phone . he tried to Root the phone
its galaxy note 3 ( SM 9005 ) on version 4.3
he flashed the chainfire md5 file via odin
Rebooted
and now the phone is stuck on sumsung logo on top of it 3 lines appear to me as ,
recovery booting ............
recovery is not seandroid enforcing
set warranty bit : recovery
can ne1 help me out , bcz I know nothing and all my important data is in there ...
what do I do ?
pls help !
Well if you know nothing then you need to know something before proceeding further.
You can take the battery out and then reinsert it and then power on the phone, that could work.

If that doesnt work go here https://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager download recovery for your device then flash it using odin ( check this method http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7qjZDouPMo but he is running 4.4.2 you just download your file from the link before ) and then download cf auto root . then boot on recovery using power button+volume up +home button go to install zip choose the cfautoroot.zip when its done go to recovery again wipe cache and i think that this will work

recovery is not seandroid enforcing
set warrenty bit: recovery
then it just reboots without entering twrp, thast if i hold volume up, home and power when the device is on and it restarts.
when i hold all tree from power off it just says the same but will just reset and keep looping the same thing.
thank you for your help, i realy am interested in trying different roms, such fun!

Start at the beginning .
What model do you have >> Boot to download mode and check the model number .
This reads as wrong model recovery flashed .
How did you Flash TWRP tar or zip .
What TWRP is it .
thank you
