There are a number of ways. Are you asking from the standpoint of you wanting to know, or afraid of your carrier knowing?
If you want to know just download any app that requires root and see if it runs.
For your carrier to know, i believe they would need to physically see the phone. For instance bringing it into one of the stores to troubleshoot an issue and having them see a root requiring app.
Root check works well. You can also get Titanium Backup as well and that has a check in it also.
Did you root your device? Lol.

what apps ? is there no alternatives ?
should be but you will need root and some build.prop editing maybe FwSpoof
Safety Care. I have not yet found an alternative, but if you know one I would appreciate it if you would share it with me.
Root is not an option on this device.
hmm

It's for the HTC One X. I'm not sure how easy it is to root it and if you keep the warranty/don't lose data.
I just took a quick peek and didn't see anything.

Cause you didn't disable your antivirus/anti malware. It's exploit trying to install the root on your device. The exploit was detected by your antivirus & antimalware as a threat so they blocked it. It's truly a false alarm. You will never root your device if you don't trust the exploit.

Rule ONE: Do NOT root your phone until you would know what for you are doing this.
Obviously, you ignored this rule
There are plenty of solutions to remove or to freeze the bloatware, just to name one: Titanium Backup from Play Store.
One side advice: if you will install another ROM, if it is not rooted, your root will be gone.
OK, I set it to previous state.
Uninstalled some apps/crapware which culb de uninstalled, the one which could be disabled I have disabled.
What now?
I dont use, chat on and few more apps, what to do with them?

As I said before, there are many way, one of which is titanium Backup, where you can FREEZE application.
It is much safer way, as if you'd screw something up, you will be able to easily return to normal by unfreezing.
Thank you very much, I tried this thing with "freezing" and it's amazing [emoji2]

you're welcome.
One final advice:
Quidquid agis, prudenter agas et respice finem... what means: use common sense, for example: if you phone is secured with PIN, no NOT freeze keyboard, otherwise you'd have serious problem with its unlocikg
Anyway: good luck and ... have fun with the toy

Basically it's just an app to hide root by temporarily disabling root access for being able to open some apps that don't allow rooted devices
