Worked perfect
That worked perfect mate thanks for the quick reply cheers :good::good:
How did you flashed the 2.62 zip file if when you get to recovery, TWRP don't recognize the file, no matter the folder where you put it.
That is what happens to me. Any advice?

I Use TWRP 2.7.8v2 when you prompted to install TWRP SuperSU not install and reboot
2.62 SuperSU the latest I think there are two
2.61 and 2.62 are working. Not clear with 2.60
Versions before 2.52 doesn't work

Sounds like you installed a version prior to 2.61. You can transfer it to your phone when in TWRP. Try flashing it and rebooting, if that doesn't work you'll have to do a full restore from your backup and reboot, then flash Supersu 2.62.

Here forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x-play/general/rom-xt1563-brasil-stock-6-0-twrp-t3272979
Just search in the General section you'll be amazed by what you can find.
Is there a working version for 6.0.1? I've been trying to root for hours and nothing. Every time I install SuperSU (I've tried 2.65 and 2.74) it will softbrick my phone, making it stuck at the bootloader warning message, forcing me to flash install stock rom and go through the fresh install every time.
Any one plz help me .i have installed Twrp 3.0.2 and after installing supersu 2.65 i have lost my base band data .i have installed the stock rom and tried to install supersu 2.62 and 2.46 but no use again i have lost my base band data.plzz help me to root my device with out losing base band data??
After reading some threads someone said you can install and use all the latest su versions by installing it systemless. You must open the terminal command in twrp recovery and type this:
echo "SYSTEMLESS=true" >> /data/.supersu
After this you should be able to flash all newest/latest versions.
is this sure?has anyone tryied it?I can't run an app that needs latest supersu.I am on 2.62-3.

Hello people,
To start off my device is already rooted and I have tried to flash super su 2.46 zip, but every time I do this the device will not boot.
However I have managed to flash the zip fine before without any issues on CM13,
What would you advise?
Thank you

Hello supersu news >> http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/supersu/wip-android-6-0-marshmellow-t3219344
version v2.66 for 6.0
I had a rooted p9 Lite VNS-L31.
I updated my phone and after the update the root was gone. I tried rerooting and got as far as installing TWRP recovery but when typing "adb reboot recovery" in the console my phone got stuck in bootloop. I got it out of bootloop but I still want to root my phone or install the official rom.
I am kind of scared to do anything like that so if someone could tell me what had gone wrong and/or tell me how I can install a working rom that would be nice.
Thanks in advance.
Oem ?

having the same issue, I think no one is able to help with this
It's possible you have installed the wrong TWRP for your software version. If you are on Marshmallow, make sure you install TWRP for Marshmallow. If on Nougat, install TWRP for Nougat.
If you installed the correct TWRP, then I'm not sure what the issue is, sorry.

Only way to install a custom recovery on your phone is via Odin, manually flash it. You can find a quick tutorial in probably every TWRP tread for Samsung devices, and so you can in the TWRP thread for your device. You flash Magisk in TWRP
Thanks i succesfully rooted my device and installed the twrp look at my new help post thanks
Hello,
I have Nubia Z17 mini in stock firmware (NX569J_ENCommon_V2.14), rooted with TWRP and SuperSU. I would like to switch to Magisk. Have any one tried this alternative?
Thanks!

Hi Shiroi,
thanks for reply! Can you please give me some hints / tips how to move on with Magisk installation?
Have you first unrooted from SuperSu (via TWRP) and deployed Magisk afterwards?

Think you already found your way, but normally just flash latest magisk .zip via recovery and install magiskmanager afterwards, but if unrooting from supersu required this app has a feature in setting that says something like remove to swith superuser app. Couldn't be easier
