Right every time I unlock my phone I get a white screen with an advertisement and I can't get rid of it any help or ideas

ok heres what iv done about a month ago i was at my friends house
and decided to conect to the wireless network shortly after loading the home page the wireless disconected. i was unable to turn wireless on after that and since then my systems just litteraly shut-down 1 by one i lost abilitie to send sms. then i lost abilitie to even answer phonecalls id click answer and it would disconect straight away. and then this morning i turned it on and it just goes to instant white screen i cant even load bootloader it only shows a whitescreen no matter what i do. i cant think of anything else to try iv had a look on the forums and everyone just says to load the bootloader by pressing camera button and power button but it still goes to whitescreen the led at the top of the phone flashes red then about 2 seconds later goes to whitescreen my computer doesnt even pick it up now either is the phone just "dead" or can it be recovered?
alright heres an update to my atom so far iv managed to get rid of the whitescreen but cant for the life of me get past this new screen its just rainbow lines it looks as though all the lines on the screen going top to bottom have been coloured a diferent color
anyone know how to fix it? iv tried camera plus reset button and same thing

hi, just curious as to how you manage to get rid of the white screen, incase this happens to my unit/device as well?
ahaha yea im still trying to work that out myself i mean the phone still boots up and it can still recieve calls but only get a plain screen with multi coloured lines across it so cant use anything whatsoever or call anybody cause cant type anything in the screen i even bought a new screen adn have the same problem not sure if theres a way to totaly wipe the system and reinstall without having to use the atom screen or not if there is i would love to be told how to do it
Hi guy's just bought a secondhand htc magic off ebay, I knew the phone was locked on the pattern screen but i thought no problem i'll just hard reset it. But when i try to reset using various key combinations the phone will just boot into android. The pattern lock screen no longer asks for a google account it just gives me unlimited chances to do it. I can call myself i've heared theres a way to get into the menu but no joy please help
It's ok guy's been doing a bit off research and it looks like i've been sold a clone or fake. I'm going to see about getting my money back now
At start up I get a black screen the says Samsung with a unlocked lock with the word custom under it. After that the phone starts normally and runs fine. I just know I tried to unlock my ATT phone with a different sim and the got the wrong unlock code from ATT. Since trying that I get this black screen when starting up..

In the last 3 weeks I have had events where the phone becomes non-responsive. What I mean is that it will not unlock by finger sensor, and the lock screen will not slide up to enter pin. The phone shows at the bottom of the lock screen the 3 icons for locked, camera and something else but, can not get it to swipe. If i reboot sometimes it does and sometimes it does not solve the problem. If it does it, I have to power off the phone, wait a few seconds and power back on. Other times the phone gets hung up on the volume level screen will trying to adjust up or down but, not movement and locks the screen and becomes non-responsive. Also, during this time, it tends for the phone to get warm. Other times if I leave the phone alone for a few minutes, it tends to settle down and fix itself?????? I never get an "android stop working" like message either.
The phone is stock unrooted from day one from BB but, now I am over 15 days and can not return or exchanged. Went by BB today since I am Elite Silver member and see what they could do. They suggested have the geek squad look at it but, I do not trust those guys to even power my phone off. The other option they mentioned was to send back to Huawei.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Elite status extends your return window to 30 days. Tell them you want a new unit.
Hi guys, I've powered on my G7 after a quite long time to use it as a dummy phone, and? White screen with the warning which says that the phone is locked and waits for a fastboot or something similar. The problem is that I cannot unlock the bootloader because I can't get the model number from the OS, and I can't get it from nowhere else.
If you can help me... Thanks a lot.
