Download Suspended - ZTE Axon 7 Questions & Answers

Afternoon, Bit of a call for help
I have a download titled model_147387.. that is saying Download Suspended.
How do I un suspend this so it will continue to download
I'm guessing that this is related to the Update to version 7
Thanks
Richard

What exactly did you download?
There is no file called model_* that is related to an update.

Hi, I've not downloaded anything, it has just appeared. It happened yesterday as well. So I assumed it was an OTA update
Thanks
Richard

Updated to latest FW, phone still trying to download update?

Hi all,
I updated my phone using the Motorola update manager, but my phone still prompted to download the latest update - I clicked yes, and WIFI only, but it just fails and comes up with an error message and a notification I can't remove. Does anyone know of a way to 'cancel' the update? Or am I stuck with this annoying notification and pop ups?
Thanks for any help
I have the same exact problem...I did the update via sbf... weird..
X3, same problem lol. On wifi it says update not available then says its currently downloading an update but does nothing
Well, then you know exactly what the problem is already.... if you SBF update, you aren't OTA updating, and the phone probably asked you to update OTA and you went ahead and flashed over it. I did that on my phone on Sunday, and had to flash back to 4.1.26 in order to OTA all the way up to 4.1.83, via 4.1.57 first. Follow the steps in order like you should and you won't have any issues - my phone works just fine on 4.1.83 after OTA updating it twice, and rooting it with GingerBreak!
Thanks for the responses guys.
If anyone finds a way of removing this problem without having to flash back and then upgrade again, please share the info!
Cheers.
I've installed gingerblur so the OTA route doesn't work (it gives me this ! mark and did nothing), so I have to use sbf method....I guess I could sbf it to 1.2.6 and then OTA it, but I suspect many of the system changes I made will be gone.

[Q] cant update to 4.3

Hey.
I got a notification to update my device this morning so I connected it to WiFi and let it download.
It was very slow for some reason and at about half of the download I had to go, I left the WiFi range and it stopped the download with a message something like that "cant connect to the server please try again", so i tried again and it said that I have the latest update already installed.
Then i tried with KIES, it found a firmware update but failed to actually start the update after the download.
so now i have 4.2.2 and OTA says that the latest update already installed.
I have tried to clear cache, delete all in google service framwork, revert updates for all google stuff, nothing so far
Last thing i want now is to flash it, can I do something to fix this?
The device is Galaxy S4 GT-I9500, stock rom not rooted
Thanks for your time
Same here my friend, I hope someone can give any advice on this.

Galaxy S4 update problem.

So... I was checking if there were any updates available for my device(I9505), it said this over OTA:
The software update service is not available. Maximum number of roll-out updates has been exceeded. Try later or update your device using Samsung Kies (www.samsung.com/kies)
Click to collapse
Okay, I installed Kies, and hooked up my device, it offered a update, I accepted, it downloaded it quite a while.
It got to the point that it started installing it, phone was put to download-mode, and then... nothing.
Windows see the S4 in download mode as a "unknown device", i've tried uninstalling and re-installing the drivers, but no difference.
If anyone knows the solution to this problem, I would be happy to hear that.
Thanks in advance!
Braien.

[Q] problem with device

I know this isnt the right place for this thread, but i lost my other login credentials and had to start fresh, so Im posting here....
Device: SM-T230NU
Problem: I used a website outside of XDA to root my device. I followed the instructions precisely too, I than unplugged the device hoping that replugging and restarting odin would fix the problem i have/had as displayed by the picture. I than tried rebooting the device, and got this error message: Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies and try again. Well I downloaded Kies 3, and much to my surpise I got an error message about the samsung galaxy tab 4 7.0 not being supported by Kies 3. I am now downloading Kies 2.6, so I can atleast get this device booting normally.
If you knew this was not the place to post, why did you post a question here? A play by play of your device root is not of much interest to anyone! I hope you got it fixed up anyway!
It's been fixed. I found an alternate DL site that had Odin in the package..I used ODIN to run cf_auto_root which created that firmware upgrade issue...I had to Odin firmware from the links I found on these forums...it's rooted now though

AT&T H91010C Stuck

I got this update last night, but the phone keeps telling me there's an update. There's an icon to "continue update", but nothing happens when I click it.
I called tech support and they got on my phone and verified the update was done, but couldn't figure out why it keeps announcing an update.
Did anyone else get this successfully? Anyone have this repeat problem and solve it? Thanks.
When you say you verified the update was done - you mean it was finished downloading? Or it was finished installing/applying the update?
What does it say your build is at now?
I don't think it downloaded. It just kept showing the "continue update" button which did nothing. Took it to a store today and they did something to initiate the download. It upgraded and it's H91010i now.
The AT&T tech support on the phone yesterday was wrong, I didn't have the update.
