I'm having problems with my MMS after S7 Edge update (Mar. 28/17).
I can receive MMS no problem but can't text out!
I'm in Canada with Bell as my provider.

Cannot send or receive MMS while on Wi-Fi. Regular SMS are not a problem.
I am using Ice Glacier ROM, and it looks like the APN settings are correct- I haven't changed any of them.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, and if so, have you resolved this???
same thing here, as soon as I popped the Ice glacier this problem came, I can send and receive on Edge , 3g , and hsdpa but for some reason not on wifi
Edit:
Just read on a post that wifi calling on was the issue on this rom.. I'm trying to confirm it
ohhhhhh man.... what terrible news, I LOVE this ROM. oh well, looks like CM7 is in my future.
Thanks for letting me know!!
This has been driving me nuts. Keep receiving the download button on all MMS messages on both of our phones. Clicking on download does nothing.
Me and the Wife are both having the same problem. I'm on MDL and she is on MF3 and we are both running stock Galaxy S4's. We could send and receive MMS's when we first got the phones and they both stopped being able to do it around the same time. I've rooted mine but her's is pure stock. Data is on and we have also tried wifi. Nothing seems to work. Can receive regular text messages and access the internet. Just MMS's won't work.
Any ideas? I'm at a loss here!
Have you checked the apns?

I did and the APNs seem to be ok. Did some more digging and is there a known issue with Adblocker Plus blocking MMS messages? I tried turning that off and it suddenly got my MMS's sending and receiving again. Odd thing is my Wife's S4 doesn't have it installed and was having the exact same issue. Going to test further and see if just leaving Adblocker Plus off solves it.
Just want to confirm that this was an adblock issue for me. As soon as I turned adblock off, mms worked like a charm.

Did you ever figure out your wife's mms issue? I'm having the same issue and I don't have Adblocker on mine.

I had same problems all the time until I update to KitKat. This is common bug for this builds. Try some KitKat roms from development section. Or if you don't care about root or recovery ETC. just update to KitKat.

I'm running [KitKat][RoM]&[KERNEL]&[RECOVERY][I337-XXUFNB8-4.4.2-KK][SHOstock-i v5.0] [03/01/14] and updated my modem 2 different times and still no luck.
My husband has the same phone S4, not rooted, and today he finally updated his phone to kitkat through AT&T ota and he's having the same issue with sending/receiving MMS.

Then this can be problem with sim card. Go to closest At&t store and replace them.
I use to have this problem on an older phone, S2, whenever I was connected to wifi when I received an MMS. Disconnecting from the wifi and trying again to download the MMS worked.

Talk about unearthing an old message!
Yeah, I haven't had this issue in ages. No issue on either of our S4s. Mine is rooted and her's is stock but neither of us have upgraded to Kit Kat yet. Still have Adblock on my phone but haven't experienced any issues. Can't remember what all I had to do to resolve the issue but it's been working fine ever sense!
I had a similar issue and this fixed it.

Anyone else having this problem?? I get an MMS and it just says downloading. I turned off auto-retrieve and it seemed to work. Does auto-retrieve not work on the Note 3?

I had the same problem. I had to turn on Wi-Fi and send myself an MMS. Once I did this, I turned off Wi-Fi so I was on my providers LTE connection and sent myself another MMS. This time, everything worked great! I found the same issue with my other Samsung devices and it just takes a bit of tweaking to get everything corrected.
Hope this helps!
I bought a Verizon S7 at a good price and trying to use it on T-mobile. After buying it I rooted the phone, applied the patches discussed on the forum, updated the APN setting to align with T-mobile's APN and everything seems fine except for MMS. Does anyone know what could be the issue. I'm getting 4G-LTE through T-mobile and voice, regular sms seems to be working just fine. What am I missing here guys? Anyone had this issue before?
Try using a mms app from the play Store and see if you can send one from it. That way you can see if it's a network problem or a app problem.

Why not flash the Tmobile firmware?
I tried downloading a different MMS app from the market, but that doesn't seem to be helping.

Yes. Download U firmware then flash it then download the current version of Tmobile firmware then flash that and profit. Make sure both bootloaders are the same level.
Was working fine before update.
I'm on Verizon, but since 10 it's identifying as Sprint.
Anyone else with this issue?
Any thoughts to resolve? Aside from reboot, of course.

Verizon Messages app is only way I've found to get MMS to work on VZW and this phone
Hmm. Def need more info but start by posting the apns your devices are using. I've never had an issue w mms whatsoever. Actually no, once I did but only bc I forgot to enable wifi texting on my MVNO carrier Mint Sim which is TMOBILE based.
