Hello xda users,
Most of us are waiting this phone and want this phone. And of course before buying we should know some information about it, camera, display, battery life, etc. I was thinking about battery life of this phone, 3000mAh is enough for qhd screen, I know LG did some tricks about battery life, but anyway, dunno if will be ok for 1 day usage. I've seen other threads are allready open, Tmobile users, UK users, Indian users, etc, but will be awesome if those who received G3 will share here impressions, pro and cons of this device, will be very useful for many users to find more information about this phone :fingers-crossed:
I have a South Korea version of 3GB ram.

So I will summary for you by using 3 point.
1. QHD is overspec.
Almost Koreans think so too.
G3 has animation framedrop when window is changed than G2 (I have used G2)
But it is not serious for use.
2. Good Design
Almost Korean has same mind.
In my think, Design forgives all problem.
Ecstatic.
3. High Temperature

Power button is heated. Oh my Summer......
Nevertheless, launching sale record or populor of G3 is more hot than SGS5 in Korea.

I cant test it myself. Now My g3 have become a brick by my fault. Moreover I cant find F400S firmware....
But people say g3 has a new battery saving skill.
So it is scored good point by some reviewer.
I'm also a Korean user of G3, but wanted to share a different info about G3.
In South Korea, LG actually spread the G3 almost near $100 and 50K ppl actually bought this phone only after the launch, which was at May 28.
After that, lots of people talked about its' spec and negative stuffs.
1. QHD display.
Some people(but many) said QHD is overspec. Lg setted the sharpening too high that letters were too sharpy. But, seeing the websites in PC version was amazing. Also, people said some have 'yellowish' displays. Well, most phones were to blueish and the color temp was too high, and people are thinking that this was the normal value, but, our monitors in PCs' color temperture is the same as G3, and people are seeing the yellowish colors. However, there are people who have a more yellowish displays.
2. Battery
3K mAh battery was a big battery, however, playing a movie stimuneously, ran 8 hours of battery life. However, light users usually uses for 24 hours or more. Playing movies or games will dramatically decrease battery life. QHD display consumes lots of battery life.
3. Temperature
Few people experiences high temperature on just internet surfing.
4. Design
G3 is the best design ever and Gold is the best
5. Camera
DSLR uses 300 ppi to take a picture, but G3 uses 72 ppi, which compresses the pixels. Seeing in normal or zoom-out view is pretty, but you'll see compressed pixels when you zoom in.

Now, I want to say about what I felt about G3. The design is very pretty. The size of the phone is same as Note 2. The grap of the phone is better than Note 2. Gold is pretty, and Black is also pretty, but if you want to have some cases on your G3, white is the winner, cuz black and gold have very few options to wear some cases.
My display have no yellowish colors, no vertical lines, decent temperature, long battery life. I think I got the normal one. I am very happy to get G3 and I'm satisfied that I have no deflects on my phone as others have a lot. Happy Happy~

Korea version bought in HK yesterday, F400K. The below review is not positive, but I really think i have a defect version. But my seller is refusing to let me compare with a different one, so I can't tell if it is a hardware or software issue.
* screen is gorgeous, although the sample video supplied by LG is way over sharpened, they still look nice, better than nexus 5
* camera quality is better, don't know about the laser, but definitely focusing faster and more accurate than nexus 5
* the phone holds very well and you don't feel it that much bigger compared to nexus 5 when holding, the buttons at the back are actually not bad, and you don't really need them a lot with the knock on/off feature.
* The phone lags big time compared to nexus 5. I can type much faster than the words showing up. It is so annoying that I wanted to go back to my old nexus 5. It is not so notable with the default LG keyboard, but I am using the google pinyin keyboard and it is slow as hell when typing Chinese. The same input method is butter smooth on nexus 5. I uninstalled all of the korean apps that i could and tried to stop every single process without any luck.
* Battery is not good although it maybe too early to tell. I used auto brightness with the level set to around 60(the level seems to also effect the overall auto brighness). No heavy use, just normal texting, browsing, and 15 minutes maps/gps. A full charge went down to 20% with 1.5 hours screen on time. It was on battery for about 16 hours. I had to charge it today, next time i will report with a proper screenshot. I suspect it may have something to do with korea radio running on HK LTE nextwork.

As mentioned earlier, I really think mine has some serious software or hardware issues. I just disabled 5g wifi and LTE. My phone is now on the second fully charged battery with only normal wifi and 3g connections, will report back the battery status tomorrow

This lag when typing probably isn't "normal," it'd be nice if he could get his hands on another one.

Sir, thanks for your small review, and post here tomorrow battery life. Also, can you do some photos in low light and see how is quality?
From what I have read so far battery life seems to be the same as the Z1, which is decent for a 2k display, but I would have preferred to have a a 1080p display with sick battery life

Thank you for your review. Especially since I also have a nexus 5 which is hard to beat, only the camera is crap. Is the camera better then the nexus 5 camera? Focus is off at 7 out of 10 on nexus 5.
Anyway, your device must be faulty and if not...well then LG is done after delivering such peace of s*** I hope you can get your hands on another one.

Yes but none of the reviews/experiences in this thread are really good/positive.
Hoping for more first hand experience, but I am not too excited any more.

I'd reserve judgment until we see some first hand experiences in EU/US. From the sounds of this thread, it sounds like LG rushed the G3 in Korean market and there are problems.

Sure, it's too early for judgment, but I doubt LG will be able to fix the issues.
This QHD screen is totally unnecessary, but will cause problems like lag, heat and less battery life.
Don't get me wrong, I own a G2 and want the G3 so bad...
So my previous phone was a stock, freshly reset Nexus 5 on 5.1.1.
Got my G4 yesterday, did the usual disable bloatware process first. I cannot believe how much crap this phone has from LG and Tmobile. I then installed all of my apps, for some reason the auto restore process never works correctly for me. Google Please fix...
Anywho, the G4 "feels" less responsive then my old Nexus 5. It does not freeze or anything. I just see a short lag spike (best I can do as far as the description goes) in pretty much anything I do on the phone, moving between screens, or opening an email in Inbox and then scrolling, it will stutter the first time Im viewing the email. I changed the Dev settings to .5x for all animations, but that really didnt fix this issue. I can sit the two phones side by side after work today to actually perform some tests, maybe do a video.
The battery on the G4 sits at 100% for like 20 minutes no matter how I use then phone, it then drops like crazy from there. I have not done a full charge cycle, maybe thats just what happens when you start using the phone.
I accidentally removed the Google search bar that was 5x1, tried to re-add it and that widget is not available, only the 4x1 one is there, and you cannot resize it.
The phone got super hot when I was installing all of the apps.
Camera has no settings for quality (fine, normal etc) No option to disable OIS or IS. No option to set frame rate for recording. Kind of weird.
The Memory seems to have the usual Lollipop bug where the system has a memory leak. Such BS that google only fixed it in 5.1.1.
Leather feels nice, unlike anything else I felt on a phone before.
I'm in the same boat. I actually dropped my N5 recently and cracked the screen. I looked for a replacement but no luck. Not even for the screen only. I got my G4 the other day and I like it,but to be sure I just took a look at the N6 to compare. This G4 is almost as big screen wise in person. Plus the quad HD really looks great. So I'm sticking with this G4 (on sprint).
I'm really betting that we'll have root and I can get rid of some of these bloat apps. I can prob disable, but I want em gone. I also hope we get some good kernels. I was running franco kernel ony N5 and had a great experience.
I have a lot of the same experiences as you as well. There's a lot of potential here. Might have to step up myself because I'd love to see a lot of development.
Battery has lasted all day for me which is slightly longer than my N5. And I think if you want to change some of the camera options you prob have to use manual mode. There's a ton of options once you enable that.
You can send your N5 to LG for repair. That's what I did.
It worked about a year ago, hopefully they still offer that service. It was around $150
I had a nexus 5 and the phone was amsome... Wish i can just cram this cam on the N5... But i feel the same with the issues on the g4.. But this screen and and great... I can deal with it for now untill root comes

The Nexus 5 is one of the best phones of all time. I also feel that the Nexus 5 performs more smoothly than the Galaxy S6, G4, and pretty much every new phone. A fricking phone from 2013 is still spanking 2015 flagships. That's just sad. If the N5 just had a bigger battery and an awesome camera like the S6 and G4, I would probably use it for the rest of my life.

I feel the same except I had a CM 12.1 LG G2 that I dropped. The G2 feels a lot more smoother, has better battery life and was a better size fit for me. I'm hoping the new nexus 5 will be similar to the G2/nexus 5 2013 which I'll probably get after selling this phone on swappa or something. I'm also debating on returning this for the S6, but the S6 seemed more slower than the G4 when I was in store the other day
I seem to be the only one disappointed from my N5 haha
It freezes too much, camera is terrible (mine got broke.. focus is not working) and not to mention battery life.
I'm planning on switching to the G4 when prices will go down, so this post helped me. If you find it better, and you loved your N5, then I would definitely love the G4
Seems you guys should switch back to the N5. This replaced my N6 and im not looking back, im not getting lag on this phone and the battery is fine.
I also came from a N5. Battery life for me was atrocious and I didn't want to bother with putting a new one in (my luck I'd screw up something). I really like the G4 - the camera is the single best thing (aside from the battery life being better and the battery being user replaceable). But more than that, I like the feel of the phone in hand. That's one of those things you just don't appreciate until you have a device that feels that way.
Other improvements that I like with the G4 not present in the N5 (besides the camera and battery just mentioned)-
700 mhz LTE band 12 (HUGE PLUS for T-mo customers)
VoLTE
Wifi Calling (T-mo) *also no longer drops calls when wifi is lost during a call (lollipop feature)*
Micro SD (finally I can put music on my phone again! I had only 2.5GB free out of the 26.7 or whatever after apps and ONE full nandroid)
IR blaster (I have kids that CONSTANTLY lose our remotes)
Extremely good GPS (not that the N5 was bad, but I don't need to use anything than device only now)
Button feedback and placement (I like the buttons on the back)
(So far) frame isn't cracking *N5 was notorious for getting cracks next to the sim card and volume rocker - mine had this and it bugged the heck out of me*
What I miss from the N5-
Qi charging (good thing my charger was only $7 lol)
Smoothness
Custom color (faux kernel with my own custom color settings - used my colormunki and did it myself)
So for me the G4 is a huge upgrade. I'm sure before long all the issues with stuttering, etc will be resolved.
EDIT: Forgot to mention how much louder the speaker is on the G4... miles above the N5.
I have to agree. The camera is phenomenal on this phone. I love how it feels in my hand, and I couldn't be happier to have a micro SD again. I think we'll be able to fix the stuttering when we have root and development.

I agree with everyone's points here. I've had my Nexus 5 from day one and it was hard to give up. Just my battery life was not up to par. Especially with summer coming around, I really didn't want to carry an external charger. The G4 was hard to pass up with removable battery, SD card, display and of course, the camera. Plus, I thought LG did a good job with the N5.
So far the G4 is not as snappy as the N5. So I switched today to Google Now launcher and feels more responsive. The apps still take a tick longer to open. I'll see how it handles the next few days. I have another week to decide if I'll stick out and count on development or go back to N5.
Only thing i miss from my nexus 5 is easy root and it is easier to one hand. But the g4 is one handable, but with a little extra reach for the corners (in 6 1 with large hand).
Last time I used the camera on the G4 the phone got super hot. To the point it uncomfortable to hold next to my face. The glass was hot.
Tmobile said that is not supposed to happen, they are shipping me a replacement... Will report how it compares to the original G4.

My G4 gets hot right around the button area sometimes. It seems to get hotter than my G3. I notice it when it's in my pocket and I'm wondering what it's doing to make it so hot. I wonder if I have a defective one? Or has anyone else been experiencing that? I thought they went with the 808 instead of the 810 because of the heat problems. I'd hate for this to be a metal phone with it being as hot as that.

Yep, that is where it gets hit on the back, and also the glass front on top. That's a defect based on T-Mobile tech support.

I have now Note 4 N910C , although it should be one of the fastest phones ever as usual Samsung managed to ruin it with the Touchwiz , battery isn't that good and with mobile data on just usable for max 12~14 hours.
I had LG G2 before and it was an amazing device, Liked it very much and was great in performance and battery. Tried Galaxy S5 and now the Note 4 after it but not feel that i am satisfied.
So due you recommend moving to G4 ?! What's your experience with it ? don't care about benchmarking the devices and comparing numbers to each other ,,, daily use is more important to me

Hey Mohammed, i just bought the dual sim edition from Dubai. So far, it's pretty decent. But... There's always a but! G4 owners will murder me for this lol
Ok, using 2 STC sim cards, I managed to switch ONLy one SIM card to 4H. The other one seems to be a 3G (also, when I make/receive a phone call from the 3G SIM card, the Internet gets disconnected from the other one until I hang up)
As for the battery life 6 hours of a brutal usage, and around 12 hours of average on duty usage. But I'm ok with it as I got the gift pack with it and it comes with an extra battery+its charger kit
As for the camera.. And coming from Lumia 1020, I'm quite disappointed. It's a decent camera. Takes roughly 3 seconds to shoot from a locked screen and focusing withthe Vol down double click. <--- similar to the speed of my lumia 1020
When it comes to sharpness and clarity, its an average phone. Somewhat similar to the S6.
As for the speed, its a flowless device. Multitasking is really good.
As for the Stylus, you might feel that you're downgrading if you're a stylus dependent. Add 195$ to it and get yourself "Phree pen".. Google it. It's a revolutionary gadget
And please, don't buy the bull$#!÷ said about the lack of premium feel due to the plastic build. Its a decent phone amd rigid. And LIGHT. new "primium feeling" phone are all made of metal and are quite heavy. A straight hour of holding them will get you a horrible wrist sore. This G4 wont

I know there are a lot of threads about the poor battery life on the Moto X Style my case is a bit extreme, My SoT doesn't extend beyond 2 hours and I am considerably a heavy user but I have cut down on most apps and I use those on my Moto Z which is like my second phone, I use that at home but for college I use this Moto X Style and I have to charge it twice daily with apps like Facebook Instagram Messenger WhatsApp one or two arcade games that's it. What could I do to extend my SoT? i don't want to root my phone till I am receiving software updates. I bought this phone in January 16. There are no performance hickups either. I have disabled apps that i don't need too.

Yeah... Battery life is bad... Stay on WiFi as much as possible. Social media, especially with less than excellent signal will kill the battery on this device. I get anywhere from 2-3.5 hours on a single charge with mixed WiFi and mobile data.
I don't know how but last two security updates made it worse. i used to get around 2.5-3.5 hours but recently it's hardly 2-2.5 hours with mixed 4g and wifi mostly wifi though
Uninstalling Facebook and Facebook messenger would be good for increasing battery life.

I have the same issue, before updates it's was like 3,5h easily now I got around 2,5. I hope 7.0 will fix this ;\

I hope too till then using my moto z as my main driver but using 4g and VoLTE it's battery also pales out pretty much fast, I guess it's all moto phones which pale out fast. Either phone I need to charge twice to go through the day

Moto G5 Plus is a great device... as far as a downgrade, that's personal opinion of what matters to you. The screen is a downgrade from QHD to fullHD and NFC is lost, but you gain Fingerprint unlock, battery life is increased 50%-100% for SOT, and the SD625 will walk all over the SD808 in terms of performance, both computational and GPU performance. Other than the display itself and the loss of NFC, the G5+ is probably a superior device in my opinion.

As I said... All depends on what you want.
G4+ vs G5+ boils mostly down to screen size, build quality, and battery life. G5+ has a smaller screen, but is slimmer, it also has a more efficient processor thus uses less power, but they both use the same 3000mAh battery, this gives the G5+ about a 20% battery life improvement over the G4+. The G5+ also has a metal build and seems of better quality. Camera is a wash quality wise, but reviewers state the G5+ starts up and focuses faster. The G5+ also has a faster processor and GPU.
Winner in my book, the G5+, but realize to me screen size, once it gets over 5" or 1920x1080 resolution, means nothing to me.
I do find it odd on the G5+ Lenovo opted for a smaller display... But 5.2 to 5.5 is not really significant.

Ok there is a debate going on about the best for under $299 with many saying the Moto G5 Plus is the best bang for your buck but how can that be when the Honor 8 is $260 on Amazon and if you've used it it's hands down a perfect device under $300

Well, where do I start with this... I have touched all these devices and more. I like the metal feel, better than plastic, again this is just personal preference. The build quality seems noticably better. I thrown them in a case regardless.
I was only making a comparison between those 2 devices, not considering other options or manufacturer's. Personally, the Honor series has great hardware, but EMUI ruins the device completely, especially with how much under the hood crap Huawei has done to prevent you from changing the launcher, seriously, is it that bad to swap a launcher? But if you can deal with the bloat of EMUI or Asus's ZenUI, they are great options in that price range, personally I think the UX ruins the devices from these makers.
Personally, I like the Axon 7 Mini at the $200 price point (BestBuy and others frequently discount it to that price, my son has one, it's great). Plus there is the Blu Vivo 5R, with 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, dual SIM, and an unlocked bootloader with nearly pure Android is nice at $169 (MicroCenter current price, the website doesn't say 5R but that is what's in the store). Or even the $129 Blu Studio XR2 is a fantastic deal.
At the $300 price point, things get interesting... The Blu Pure XR is fantastic, plus they have a few more good devices in that $200-$300 range. Don't count out Blu, the last couple years, especially the last year, they have really stepped up there game.
Pushing that, I'm big fan of the OnePlus 3T but it's pushing a bit out of price range for even high-end budget device.

I was a pixel user. After trying this phone. I totally moved to G5S. Specifically the battery backup....loving it overall....
Hoping to see ROM's soon...

So does that mean SD 820 / 825 is optimized for greater battery backup or its just the SD 625 that does the magic?

both chipsets are great and manufactured on 14nm FinFET Process...
both are battery friendly also due to 14nm process !
for great performance + power efficiency we can consider 820 and ,
for mid-range performance + power efficiency we can consider 625 (625 performs well , not doubt )

I am in love with this baby. Only the thing I am upset with Moto team is of the disabled LED light near the front camera. What logic is that? If that is for rooted phones then why rooting should void warranty? Nonsense! They don't want customers to enjoy the features in legal way.

Because moto display wakes up at the slightest hint of movement. If I place it on my bed and I sit on the other end of bed it will light up. That's going to waste a lot of battery

Can't speak for Pixel but can speak for Nexus 6P.
I loved my Nexus. Had been a Nexus user since the Nexus 4. The 6P, when it worked, was the capstone of the Nexus range. Gorgeous big screen, well built, excellent performance. I would still be using it now if the well known battery issues (check the forums) hadn't come and bit me. Replaced the battery twice and maybe eked another 6 months out of the phone but I realised recently I needed to get rid of the 6P now if it was to have any resale value.
Looking around there was nothing that real worked as a successor. Wasn't taken with either of the first gen Pixels, and the prices of comparable current phones to the 6P is just insane. Even if I could afford £800-odd I wouldn't pay it for a phone.
For a replacement my criteria was:
5.5 inch or better screen
Half decent ram and processor (so min 3Gb and a Snapdragon 625)
Decent battery life
Ideally no more than £300 - or £400 for a demonstrably premium device.
I had been looking at importing one of the Xiaomi devices, and had briefly looked at a few of the Motorola devices. The G5 series screens were too small, and while I considered the Z Play range they didn't really hit the killer piece/performance mark for me.
When I read the reviews of the G5S Plus I thought "hmmm" - £250 and fulfils my performance, screen size and price criteria. Battery seemed acceptable if not stellar. What sold me was a video where I saw the use of the fingerprint scanner for swipe navigation and the gestures for one handed mode. I'd used a custom rom on the 6P with a one handed mode (which is essential for a big screen) and knowing the G5S Plus had this as stock was the deal clincher.
Have been running it for a little under a week and I have to say I'm impressed.
The screen is very nice. The colours don't "pop" like on the 6P but otherwise it is excellent. Clear and bright, very visible in the day even under direct sunlight. The difference in resolution (1080p v 1400ish p) is not very visible (to my eyes).
Build quality is excellent and it feels just as premium as the 6P did.
The phone runs fluidly and in daily use for email, browsing and general comms needs the experience is pretty much indistinguishable from the 6P. I am also enjoying the swipe to navigate, which is very intuitive and gives me back some of the screen real estate I lost from the 6P.
I am not someone who is particularly bothered about cameras. The couple of pictures I have taken look like the objects I was taking a picture of. The rest I'll leave to someone who cares to give a judgement on!
Overall though, I am very pleased. You get a lot of phone for your money. It is perhaps not quite as good value as the some of the Xiaomi devices, but if you are in the UK I think you'll struggle to find something that's better value and works as well without importing (with all the complications that go with it).
How much would I give the Nexus 6P when the battery is fully charged and it isn't randomly powering off? 9 out of 10 - marvellous phone, the best I've ever had. I will miss it.
How much would I give the Moto G5s? A very close honourable second with 8 out of 10. Does virtually everything the Nexus does (for me) at a much more economical price.

That is my biggest gripe with this phone too. Disabling the led notification light makes no sense. I don't like the Moto notifications. Turning on the screen again and again at the smallest movement uses a lot of battery.
Otherwise, this is a great phone. I moved from the LG Stylo 2 plus. I really like the screen, more RAM, faster processor, and fingerprint scanner on the front.
The phone was good, very good in terms of performance. But I had one only for 11 days because my screen cracked after just a 3 feet drop (!). Sold it and bought a Mi A1, and the latter one is better.
Pretty solid phone. The stock ROM is very sufficient with a non-too-shabby camera and focus features, however I found using Open Camera yielded faster and crisper results. The battery life is quite expected to last a day and charge times are usually an hour and a half with fast charge. There's a much anticipated Oero update on its way which might improve a lot of the features. On custom ROMs, this instance being Oreo, it is very much faster and succintly utilises battery and RAM to apply a wide variety of tweaks. The dev environment is quite good for the XT1806 because of its prevalence in the US, however compatability of ROMs with other NFC-enabled variants (such as the XT1805) would be appreciated. Overall, very solid phone and worth it's price tag.
Just order my 32GB Sanders, Open box from Best Buy, for $212. Its basically new and comes with all accessories, so I couldn't pass up the price. Less than I paid for my G5 Plus! Excited to get it next Tuesday and will post my thoughts on whether it was worth the upgrade over Potter once I receive it.
I could only give this phone 4/5 stars.
I'm glad I pre-ordered the phone directly from Motorola because I paid $299 USD for the 64GB US version and received it as soon as available. It seems to be worth more, now.
I'm NOT glad I ordered the phone at all, because despite having very acceptable specs at a good price, the radios seem to work terribly. It's not my area, it's definitely the phone. Both my girlfriend on her Verizon iPhone and me on my previous Virgin Mobile Moto G3 had 4G LTE all the time at home, and most of the time driving around. Occasionally my girlfriend's VZW phone would have service in rural pockets where my VM/Sprint phone lost network, so for the G5S Plus I switched my carrier to Straight Talk with a ST/Verizon SIM.
Since day one, my G5S Plus has NEVER shown full bars, at any service level. Most of the time AT HOME, I have 1 or 2 bars of oldschool 4G (non-LTE) -- occasionally it drops to 2 bars of 3G and most of the time when I'm driving around it's either a low 3G signal or a low 1X signal - even in the middle of Albany, a city well covered by Verizon, there are spots where MY phone drops to 1X! Meanwhile my girlfriend still has 4G LTE on her iPhone.
This is getting to be a real dealbreaker for me. I found a thread someone else posted about having more or less the same problem. He was using Verzion as well, through a different MVNO. Is this phone known to have poor performance when used on Verizon's network? Lemme ask a different question, is this phone known to have GOOD service on ANY particular network? For anyone?? I would love to know what experience the majority of people are having. Maybe another poll...
I've noticed this problem exists regardless of the ROM (tried stock nougat ROM, lineage oreo, gzr validus oreo - all the same result). My guess is the all-metal body wasn't designed with the pre-existing G5 Plus hardware in mind, since the only things they changed are the screen size, cameras and the chassis, maybe they goofed and the radio inside the metal body sucks. Or it's not selecting the proper APN automatically. I suppose there is a small chance it's a software issue which may be addressed with a future radio update, but for now I'm miffed.

I'm glad you got such a good deal. Actually back in September, Amazon had the G5 Plus 64gb (W/OUT ads) for $229 so I bought it. The phone I received worked fine and I don't mind smaller screens, but there was a sort of banding effect in the screen. It was like a transparent layer between the LCD and the backlight where every 10 pixels down, or so, there was a faint line. No matter what was on the screen, I always noticed the banding. I figured it must be a dud so I asked Amazon to send me a replacement. Second G5 Plus looked exactly the same. I returned both. A month later I preordered the G5S Plus and while I know the graphics driver and pixel output are identical to its predecessor, it is a different display panel and this one is flawless.
So my G5s plus arrived today and I've had a little time with it. Here are my initial thoughts on this as a replacement to my G5 plus.
A lot of people might think it's silly to get the G5s plus if you already own the G5 plus, but I'm glad I did. This phone is what the G5 plus should of been originally. The build quality alone is a nice upgrade. It feels so much nicer and sturdier in the hand. And the buttons feel much nicer when pressed and not mushy at all. I actually love the buttons on this device lol.
The little extra screen space is nice and the panels used in this phone are clearly of better quality then the G5 plus. Battery life seems equal to the G5 plus and the camera, sadly, is about equal too. The camera should of been a bigger improvement and is probably my only complaint. It's still a serviceable camera though.
All this added to the fact that I got it cheaper than I paid for my G5 plus, and it has 1GB more ram, doesn't having me feeling any regrets. This is an amazing phone for $214.
one of the worst phones i have ever bought slow laggy near impossible to restore to stock if you unlock bootloader either keep a rom or throw in a bin avoid the phone and motorolla in general not a good phone
I realy like this phone . Good battery backup, cant get this much battery backup from any other 3000 mah battery phone i have used. Minimal heat from screen in brightness conditions, only camera is a bit disappointed, compared to my moto x play. Sound clarity is also good.
