If device is in still warrant than goto service center again and tell them to replace the device or solve the problem for device. They'll answer you.
If warranty is gone than search the forum and unlock the bootloader install twrp and enjoy other roms by trying,:cyclops:

You don't need to use Triangle Away now... You must press three buttons (home + power + volume DOWN) until a screen with a triangle shows, you press volume up to continue, then plug in your phone via USB (Of course to your PC) after the "Downloading..." screen appears.
Assuming you already have all drivers and stuff to listen from your USB connection, you then have to open Odin program to flash the firmware file you used to install KitKat. That's how you re-install your firmware.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To reset cache partition, you hold down home, power and volume UP this time, this is for entering recovery mode, when you see the blue "Recovery botting" at the top you can release all buttons now, then you go down to "Reset cache partition" and make sure you don't select "Factory reset" if you see a long list of "No no no no no no" then you're in the wrong area, and you MUST go back again.

Our Grand 2 doesn't have a KNOX WARRANTY VOID bit. Don't worry.
But this will be important if rooting a S4 or a Note 3 or above.

Because it shows annoying notifications saying:
Unauthorized changes have been made. Reboot to undo them.
Nothing happens after a reboot.
KNOX*.apk are the ones responsible for this.
Hi Everyone,
Sorry for creating a new thread. My wife's Note 3 is currently stuck up in a boot loop. It just happened one day and we couldn't figure out what causes it.
The phone is still untouched - stock ROM, unrooted, network-locked.
I'm not new in the rooting process and everything, I just want to basically have some sort of peace of mind in asking you these:
1. Does rooting solve the phone's problem? I'm gonna flash a custom ROM afterwards, any suggestions?
2. Does rooting unlocks the phone itself? Or will it remain network-locked?
Thanks in advance!
1. Does rooting solve the phone's problem?
NO it does nothing bar unlock access to system .
2. Does rooting unlocks the phone itself
No it has nothing to do with network lock .
What model phone is it .

Hi, thanks for replying. It's the N9005 model.
Any idea on how to solve the phone's problem? Can I just simply flash a new ROM or something?
Yes you can flash a new stock rom via Odin .
Find stock ROM for device HERE.
Make sure you get proper files. Things you need
-USB Drivers Latest
-Stock Rom
-Odin
-Other necessary file.
NOTE: Make sure you enter correct model number and select country for getting correct STOCK ROM.

Google Camera is Kind of BUGGY & I am not getting what you said "camera doesn't seem to connect anymore".
Even I have Camera Issues Like while taking a Photo or Viewing an Image, it sometimes Force Close.
But you can try this :
1.Go to "Setting=>Apps=>Camera" then in App info go to "Storage"
and press "CLEAR DATA". Doing so will ERASE setting of camera app.
if above does not work then Below
2.Factory Reset.
Go to "Setting=>Backup & reset=>Factory data reset" & press "RESET PHONE".
Doing So will ERASE all your DATA.
the above is "Soft Reset", there is "Hard Reset" by using Recovery mode,
but decided not to tell you coz you are "NewBie" aka "NOOB"(Which I am still , & Have to learn a lot)
3.Flashing Marshmallow using SP flash tool.
But can not tell you again coz of above reason.
BUT if you want to know any of those method you may tell me.

"Camera can't connect" Might be a major Issue.
If still under warranty then go to nearest Lava Service Center.
And by Rooting, this problem may not be solved.
First tell me if it's under warranty or not , then i'll tell you how to install TWRP.

OK.
I am assuming that you Know & have done the following :
1. You know how to use ADB & Fastboot.
2. Installed ADB drives.
Use this Tutorial Here.
Install "System Wide" since you need FastBoot.
3. You have Unlocked OEM lock by using "oem unlock".
Without this you wont be able to flash TWRP.
This will erase all your data..
Without doing the above stuff its useless going forward.
So when you are ready let me Know.
Pardon Me Plz.
Sorry Wrong Thread.

Hello...
Read this post: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71805763&postcount=343
If your device is in the state described in this post, it is likely dead. You need to RMA your device.
Otherwise if your issue is different, answer a few questions to help diagnose the issue:
What happened..?
What did you try to fix it?
What build are you currently on?
Is your bootloader unlocked?
Do you have access to recovery yet?
Good luck...
If you aren't in a boot loop of death you should be able to fix your phone by doing a factory reset. Power down your phone by holding down the power button. Go into the bootloader menu by pressing power and volume down at the same time. Use the volume keys to find the factory reset option and select it. Good luck. I'm pretty sure all of these phones will permanently boot loop at some point because there is a serious design flaw, probably with solder that can't withstand the heat the phone generates like on the LG phones. Hopefully your 6P isn't there yet but flashing an OTA frequently triggers it.

Hello... Did it start bootlooping after a 7.1.1 OTA? So you unlocked your.bootloader? If yes, it wiped all your data... And now your phone still bootloop right?
Then reboot into recovery, press power and tap volume up when you see the Android guy laying.
From the menu, select factory reset. Try to reboot and see.if that helps.
If it still doesn't work, try to flash a stock firmware from here: https://developers.google.com/android/images#angler
And extract the zip a d open the folder
Reboot into bootloader. From here, openn the flash-all.bat and let it install the new firmware. It will reboot when it's done flashing.
Hopefully a factory reset will suffice to solve the issue. Let us know if it works... :good:
Good luck...

Hello...
Sorry to read that. Only way now seems to have your phone repaired. I don't know if you're still covered, but don't let Google or Huawei charge you if your warranty is already ended. The issue is well known and you shouldn't pay for their mistakes!
If you don't get a positive answer from the first person, tell him/her you are going to think about it and end the call. Call back one or two days later. You'll likely speak to another tech. Retry as much as needed. A lot of people who insisted have had their phone repaired/replaced for free that way. Try escalating the case to a supervisor if needed. Don't give up until you succeed, because that's all they are waiting for!
Sorry again, good luck...
