[Q] How much time it takes to charge N4?

Using the provided AC charger in the box.
Well depends from how dead the phone is. My phone completely died, and it took about 3 hours I think to get somewhere over 50%

There's no way any phone or device on the planet takes 3hrs to get to 50%
I'd wait for another response

Thats sucks majorly as well. :S
Da **** is wrong with google? I thought the nexus S and galaxy nexus were slow charging due to them being samsung phones. This is total deal breaker for me. My friends optimus 2X charges in around 45 minutes, the 2100mah battery does not justify taking more than 3x the time.

3hrs is as expected.

The GS3 charges in less than 2hours so obviously the one X has a messed up charging time as well.

I'll test mine speciifcally for this later but i'm fairly confident most of these posters are crazy, from what i've noticed I'm generally full in like 2 hours.

I'll be waiting.
3 hours is totally normal... I never had a android phone that charges under 3 hours... I wouldn't worry about it.
Maybe the nexus 7 charger will charge it a little faster since it uses 2a instead of 1a?

looks like people who are having charging issues (me included), the charger provided by LG is defective.
I've been charging mine through the wall charger and it says (USB)... it should say AC.. i changed to a samsung charger and now it says AC.
USB charging is really slow due to low amperage compared to wall charging.
The poster who mentioned 3hrs for 50% from a completely dead phone sounds about right for USB charging.

Nexus 7 not charging [SOLVED]

Yesterday I noticed that my Nexus 7 started charging really slowly and sometimes not charging at all, for example if I'm using it while charging it used to be that the battery percentage would go up and now if I'm using it while charging it goes down, and they charged it the whole night with the screen off and in the morning I only had 49 percent, and I have no other two and charger so I can't really test it with another charger, but if the charger was broken why with charge at all , does anyone have any idea what this might be?

What's the true about chargers?

What's the true about chargers? Can I use generic chargers with my moto x without damaging the battery?
I have a Nexus 5 original charger, can i use it without problem?
Thanks!
Yes, majority of cables are just standard data USB cables, one from a nexus will do nothing different, I use a Nexus 7 charger to charge my Moto X

Is your device new?
Have you drop it before?
If yes then the cells in the battery has damaged
if no, you can try calibrating it

Do you have a recommended calibration method. I tried one a while back but it didn't help.
Am uprooted, a
I want to calibrate it
Well i use root and what you should do is Charge the battery to full then unplug the charger > Use phone normally without charging until the phone depletes at 0%
Recharge the phone to full again and PROFIT
No root needed
2. Method > Charge the phone to 100% > unplug > use it normally
Must be faulty battery because we have done that repeatedly

I had the same problem, just buy a new one from anker. They work great, I got 2 along with a external charger. I keep one in my car armrest and one in my office and I never charge my battery anymore, I just swap them out.

Fastest current charge

So i'm just curious, what is the fastest charging current of the Moto X play? And how fast does it charge in 15 minutes (How much percentage)?

LOL that doesnt work, it just shows the minimal charge current that is possible. Not your actual charge rate

OOooooohhh is that so? I didn't know about that, no wonder. But frankly my phone was shutdown and when I plugged the QC 2.0 charger in it said "turbo charge" exactly an hour ago, it's from 3% ~ 66% now.

I'll check it later cause it already fully charged, Hey does QC 3.0 charger works on MXP? I mean it can only support 2.0 from what i've read, and if it does how fast can it charge?
Edit: I got 1880 mAh maximum, which charger do you have?
Cable quality and/or lenght are probably the culprit here rather than the charger IMHO.
