Hi , im trying to find out if its possible to program the usb port on the San Francisco (Zte Blade).
I have some electronics that i wish connect via usb if possible and then control using android.
I don't know if this is remotely possible.
Any pointers on where to look would be great or any advise?

sven killig did a lot of work on usb host mode, on the above thread and also on his website http://sven.killig.de/android/Blade/usb_host/
I've downloaded boot.img from Sven's site. Then:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
After reboot it only gives me the android logo.
Please give a more detailed tutorial then on Sven's site.

i am not able to connect my zte blade gen 2 .. to the PC .. everytime i turn on the usb storage the cyanogenmod 7 REBOOTS .. PLEASE HELP!
the phone gets connectoed.. but i am not able to do anything with the storage

First u need a USB otg adapter cable, then to find out if the phones usb controller even supports OTG and then make a software to make it work.
So id say that its impossible...
if it's possible, that could be great
Which other phone has the same usb controller as ours?
and the bigger problem is if the mobile micro usb port can power the usb stick and I dont think so

Wont turn on
Volume +/- not working for key combination
Only when it's plugged something like this' Qualcomm 9008' on port.
We need Solution from XDA.

I have zte blade q maxi, the problem is not to turn on. And when the sound enhancement buttons are pressed there is no reaction. When I turn on the usb cable in it the red light is on. All drivers are neatly installed and accepted. But when i plug in the usb cable, and i start the operation in the SP Tool, windows shut down the device, then reboot, and so it repeats.
I tried a different approach I found, but I did not help anything.
