I would like to instal new CM 13.0 but i dont know how... and probobly i need new kernel... because on this it says i can wakeup when double tap but i cant (i checked this function is enabled)

Ah , I see the ROM you used .
Use lineage os or cm 13 by xanwar no gapps problem in them . personally tested .steps for flashing them .
Code:
flash the latest twrp by xanwar for avoiding errors .
Download the ROM and other addons
Put them into sdcard
Boot to twrp
Wipe everything
Reboot to twrp
Flash ROM and addons
Reboot system

But this rom have 5,1 android i was using CM 12.
I installed cyanogenmod 13 for galaxy E5 developed by Jackeagle.
Also, i installed following GAPPS (Arm - Android 6.0- stock).
But play store isn't installed
Due to which all google apps have stopped working
I tried to install play store manually, fortunately all google products started working but play store got stucked in downloading.
Someone please fix this issue.

I also have same problem so i have a solution for that
First install gapps 6.0 for arm then download lucky pacther and install modded google play store through lucky pacther and update manually your google play services thats solve your problem(device should be rooted for installing modded play store)

Well i had gapps which were downloaded 8 months back since latest gapps didn't installed play store. So i installed it and updated all my apps. So now everything is working fine.

Go to http://opengapps.org/ select ARM in platform, Android 6.0 or 7.0 or 7.1 (Depending on which ROM you are using)and In variant section select pico. and then click on download button.

Im usin the same rom as you cm 13 by jackeagle for galaxy e5....can you get me the same zip of gaaps yat you used the earlier version of gaapps taht you used

Use pico version.
In pico you will get all basic system app like PLAY STORE, and then go to play store and download app like youtube,google,...etc

Ohh i see i think its cm sources bug .... Or maybe not .
Flash lineage (cm14) the rom is much superior to cm 13.1
I have tried hotstar app on los and aicp it works fine .
. Just dirty flash lineage os over cm 13. It should work without any issue.

If you have converted any user app into system app then you will lose that . No data or app data will deleted .
Just flash the rom , gapps , su addon . Reboot

Okay so I've been trying some treble gsi's and yesterday I installed the AICP image on my phone. I've had zero issues, magisk works, substratum works, the style option in settings works, magisk modules work, the rom is really smooth and has a lot of settings and the battery life is pretty good too :^]

I feel you man, at first I thought treble was too unstable for daily usage but luckily I was wrong! I found the rom on a github page of a fellow xda user: https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/wiki/Generic-System-Image-(GSI)-list
It has all the treble roms that are currently availabe if you wanna try 'em out
And there are no gapps included in the rom itself, I used the pico package from opengapps.

Volte doesn't work, i don't think any of the treble roms have it though, same goes for safetynet. Camera works great tho.

You can make just about any ROM pass safteynet by grabbing Magisk Root, and install the module MagiskHide Props Config. Then using the terminal commands you can install the Huawei fingerprint thus passing safteynet correctly.

$ su
CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE "/sbin/su": "/data/data/com.termux/files/usr/lib/libtermux-exec.so" is 64-bit instead of 32-bit

Sounds like root isn't install correctly? Did you check with Root Checker from play store? Which terminal program did you use? You ran su and granted root access first right?
I can't get this ROM to flash. tried both with fastboot tools and flashing the img in TWRP. I just get the Generic "Serious problems have occurred..." message
Edit: NVM I am a moron. Was flashing the AB image. :facepalm:
Bugs spotted
1. Lockscreen clock sometimes does not show, along with the date. I don't know the reason why, it just sometimes doesn't show it, like when your reboot your phone.
2. Can't set duration for long pressing the power button to enable the flashlight.
That's all the bugs I've noticed so far.

Is there a TWRP that works with Custom 8.1 Roms? I checked the P10 forums and nada Everything is EMUI 8.1 or Custom 8.0 ROMs only. I need working TWRP for this ROM.

On this AICP ROM? No, I never got the error.
Did you do a clean flash, and did you do a factory reset after flashing this rom?
Got lots of apps crashing because I didn't do a factory reset after flashing treble ROMs.

No go. Still get crashing with play services. Just to be sure you are flashing Pico Gapps 8.1 ARM64 right?

Is your device encrypted and if so, do you have problems decrypting the data partition?
No my device was not encrypted but I am placing to encrypt one I have backup

I dirty flashed it a couple hours ago, so far so good. I snapped a few pictures, made a call, started some apps that i use daily, everything works as expected. The only thing I miss is the Protected App feature

from official 14.1 nightly. i've always used the OTA updater and this morning i got the notification to download and manually install new version. i was quite happy, waiting for this a long time

Update with some more details after trying 15.1 it for a couple hours.
The phone became unrooted so I could finally try Magisk which I haven't been able previously (I did not want to mess with root, stock boot img etc)
What works
Wifi
Cellular and mobile data
Bluetooth (my BT headphones are perfectly working)
Android Debugging
Magisk (Google Pay works, I still can't install Netflix from Play Store, but it's not LineageOS' fault)
Daily apps: Facebook messenger, Instagram, Phone, Messages, Kindle, Discord
What doesn't
I can't find Protected Apps feature in Settings. If I'm searching for it, the menu crashes (not implemented yet?)
Occasionally a few apps are crashing. Not too annoying, not too frequent, happened 3-4 times since I've updated this morning. Apps crashed: Magisk, Settings app
AudioFX is missing
120fps video recording (wasn't working in 14.1 either)
I haven't tested yet
Battery
Overall experience: everything is smooth and working fine so far. I'm pretty sure the few annoyances will be fixed soon, great work by the devs!

Which gapps is compatible? Download fails when I try to download 8.1 stock from gapps website
Clean flashed and used Mindthegapps 6/10. Works very well, as expected by LineageOS. Been waiting for this one.

8.1 stock ? why ? use arm 8.1 nano/micro/mini........ nano is recommended.
