Have you tried resetting via Smart Switch?

Download and reflash the correct version of the Stock ROM from samfirmware.com and if problem still persists then after correct model ROM flash, try flashing only modem bin file.

oh my god root explorer efs folders delete after odin ap factory binary fimrware yes work imei work sım status model number fix F DEVİCE :d
D/L G935FD firmware from updato. It's not available from sammobile. And AFAIK, you can flash G935F on the Dual sim variant and still use it. I can confirm this. If you still need to flash the stock 935FD firmware, D/L it from updato and flash it via ODIN. the formware is MM. Just downgrade and upgrade via OTA.
Hope this helps.

Hi, I have a T-Mobile polish S5 and I want to change my csc (tpl) in italian (itv)...
The Note 3 procedure (flash the firmware, wipe the device then insert SIM and it changes to my region) works? If not, are there new (and if possible easier) ways without rooting device?
Thanks

Flash the Italian ITV rom with Odin 3.09, do a data factory reset, setup the phone and then go to recovery and reboot. Sometimes after that you have to reflash the Italian rom again with Odin to make the CSC file stick. Thats how i flashed the DBT rom on my Dutch T-Mobile rom and my device is now recognised as a DBT device by Kies.

Ok.. so, after the first reboot, I will test csc with *#1234# code.. if not changed, I have to flash ITV rom again
And, after csc change, I won't able to update through OTA bu only via Odin.. right?
What about Knox counter?

You should be getting the ITV OTA`s or from Kies if the device is recognised as a ITV device by Kies. If not reboot into recovery and wipe the cache and reboot or reflash the ITV rom with Odin without a wipe.

I have bought unlocked Galaxy Note 4 from 3 UK. It has own stock firmware with terrible 3 start screen. I have found your threat and then followed the instructions here to reflash stock BTU rom. And now my new Galaxy Note 4 is stock BTU with nice Samsung boot animations. And Samsung Kies recognise it as well. Thanks for info and instructions.

And Knox is not trigged of course. Cool!
Has anyone tried doing a repair from Kies using a VPN connection with a VPN server in the desired CSC country?
Would that automatically change the CSC? This sounds reasonable because when repairing a bricked phone, the CSC info on the file-system should normally not be trusted (it might not even be there), so how else would Kies know which CSC to use if not from the user's IP address?
I've been able to change the firmware location customization on my Sony Ericsson Arc S and the Sony PC Companion software using the above method, so I was wondering whether the same would be true with Samsung Kies.
this also work's

Hello. Thanks for your kind help. I have a question about flashing part of your procedure through odin .
Which options should I tick in order to be change the csc?
Do in need to use PIT file and repartition?
Or is it necessary to update the bootloader?
By the way my phone is SM-N910C and i am planning to flash 5.0.1 boc3 rom of poland. And i want to change my CSC meanwhile.

to change CSC:
1. using keystring method such like *#272#XXXXXX
2. Using UART- to USB converter to send signal into the phone. (AT+PRODCODE)

Hi XDA gang,
I bought a galaxy note 3 -- sm-n9005 taiwan variant -- country code is BRI. I have build numbers: n9005zsugpj2. It's the latest lollipop build.
I would like to download this stock firmware package to completely wipe this phone since it's used.
Thank in advance.

I recommend confirming the model number in download mode before attempting to flash roms.
If it's 16gb model than the ONLY official rom you can use is TGY (hong kong).
Any other official rom will fail to install.
Otherwise you can install any costume rom which is compatible with N9005

Hi! Yes, i have the G950FD too.
Follow this instructions, im from Brazil and if you donwload the firm using the SamFirm, you are good to go (no matter region). Just follow this post and everything i'll be fine.
Just remember: If you use HOME_CSC, your data i'll be intact.
Hi my question is can i Flash other regions firmware in my C9 Hk by odin without any issues? Like i wanna flash in my C9000, C900F stock firmware i have listened that in some Samsung mobile phones we can Flash other regions firmwares. Please guide the developer @travis82
You can flash C900F firmware on C9000 but just do not flash the bootloader of C9000 with C900F to be safe.

Thanks @travis82 for urgent reply ? i did not understand what is bootloader there are 4 files in firmware when we extract it like AP, BL, CSC, CP you mean BL File? If BL abbreviation is bootloader so which bootloader i have to add in BL slot?
bl slot should be c9000 bl file, the rest can be c900f
Thanks i will add c9000 bl file and 1 more questions that every options will work fine after flash c900f firmware like i heard that network problem carrier network sim card problem signals etc or country code ??? also IMEI number.

@travis82 its means BL should be from C9000 stock rom & AP CP CSC we can choose from C900F so we can convert from C9000 firmware to C900F by odin..? ? really..?
Anyone tried it? Is it possible to to flash c900f firmware on C9000?
