I installed the OTA by fastboot as indicated by a post, but at the moment of flashing the TWRP recovery I marked error. I tried again with other versions and they all gave me the same error.

No download mode, no OS, YES Recovery mode

Unclear of phone history.
Phone model: D803 Canadian
Current issue:
Can NOT go to download mode.
CAN go to TWRP mode ver 2.8.4.0 installed by pressing VOL + and VOL - and Power button, all 3!. Shows some chineese characters first before going into TWRP.
I am NOT able to flash custom roms (tried cm12-d803, aicp-kk-d803) I get assert failed: run_program("/system/bin/loki.s h") == 0
I have tried the instructions here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2620733 [[SOLUTION] LG G2 VS98012b Problems With Loki (loki.sh) + [ROM][UNOFFICIAL]CM10.2], but no go..
How can I fix this?

Did you tryed to cleanflash? Btw why is your download mode missing
It shows chinese characters before going to twrp. I don't get it why it is like that
Does it show the chinese characters and then boots into twrp? If so maybe try to flash also later 2.8.4.0 recovery from blastagator.
Try to google the right rom for the D803 Canadian version cause I've read that some D803 models need to flash roms from another model instead.

Well maybe outdated loki or yeah I can't tell you the truth exactly, Ehhm... Maybe you have to flash the bootloader files again? Try to find bootloader files for your phone in a flashable zip. Maybe that works
First try to find alternative things before what I said about the bootloader, cause flashing the wrong things can harm it.

FIXED!
I borked it further by trying to install older recovery using dd command while in TWRP. Ended up with secure boot error ONLY when I try to press all three buttons, and then I get QDLOAD_BULK in device manager. Device continues to boot normally if I press the power button.
Tried to use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142 [FIX] NO Recovery mode, No download mode, after OTA on rooted LG G2, but wouldn't work in Ubuntu. Drives kept disappearing after showing up momentarily. NOT the case in Windows. So used http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/unbrick-lg-g2-qhsusbbulkqualcomm-9006-t2939627 Windows application, and selected D802, it failed on a few items, but gave me download mode and Security Error on normal boot.
Used LG Flash tool KDZ flasher to flash v20 Rogers, but failed at 40%. Tried again, still failed.
Used LG TOT Flash tool, and was successful!
@SaHiLzZ Nice that you fixed your problem on your own:good: Have fun further with it:laugh:

Redmi 2 Pro (2014813) bootloop - only fastboot works

Hello guys,
I have a problem with my Redmi 2 Pro HM2014813.
It seems that i flashed the wrong ROM version and ended up without Recovery and in a Bootloop.
First I upated my TWRP recovery to 3.0.0 without any problems. Then I tried to flash the ROM "V7.1.3.0.KHJMICK (MIUI7) " Global Version from here http://en.miui.com/download-261.html .
Maybe I had to take the chinese version? Any hints here?
So now my phone shows the Mi logo when turning on but it won't go further. Recovery also isn't working. Only thing working is the Fastboot.
Anybody got a solution for me to fix my phone?
Regards

Big Trouble, phone bricked no solution found...

Hello!
I am a new to this forums so bare with me please
i have bricked my phone badly.., i tried to install the ota update for P10 Plus (VKY-L29C432B123) with FlashFire and in the middle of the update the phone went black and my problems began getting worse.
i rebooted the phone and got into Error mode Func No: 11 (recovery image) and Error No: 2 (boot faild in recoveryboot mode!).
so i followed a guide and reinstalled twrp to attemp to restore the system somehow, so i kept following the guide and i went into twrp --> wipe --> format data and here my real problems began..
i did many attemps to install any firmware both stock and roms but i got into system mount problem and i can't do anything to transfer files to system i have tried adb but it can't find my device, tried adb sideloaded doesn't work eaither.
so i am stuck in no where..
the phone and frp are unlocked.
but i have missed to enable USB debugg mod
so now i wonder if there is any solution for me in this case?
greatly thankfull if anyone can help me with this big mess.

To boot into bootloader mode you have to plug the usb and hold volume down while booting.

That's a big problem if you can't access fastboot or erecovery.
Seems you messed up the 2 recoveries.

yes it looks like.. i mean, it wouldn't be a problem to flash recovery again, but i can't get the device to boot into the bootoader so i can work with fastboot..

P9 LiTE SYSTEM WIPED WITH TWRP

Hi there, I'm coming up with the following problem,
I've wiped system in twrp by mistake and i can't boot my phone now. It stucks on the warning about unlocked bootloader. I can't get into fastboot mode and don't have custom recovery. I can boot into huawei erecovery but it doesn't find right package and into huawei recovery but i've tried few firmwares and every time it shows "software install failed incompatiblity with current version"? Do you have any suggestions? I have vns-l21c09b381 version.
Thanks in advance.
Sorry if my English is bad.

I don't remember now.... I think that I extracted update.app and flashed boot and system, then system booted so I installed firmware finder and reflashed all rom via dns. I don't know if it it was as I write and if yes if it's good procedure but anyway it worked for me

Unable to boot - Oneplus8 pro

Hi Everyone,
I have an issue with my Oneplus8 pro and below are the details
1. The device was working perfectly. I was interested to root the device and install a custom ROM.
2. The method used was to try and flash a patched boot image for the device but I think i landed up using a wrong boot image file.
3. The OS was on 10.5.10 if I remember correctly. I used a patched image file I suppose of an older firmware. Now restarts and goes to "QUALCOMM Crashdump mode". The only options are
a. reboot to fastboot mode
b. flash the TWRP for Oneplus 8 pro but that doesnt mount by storage so cant really transfer anything to flash again.
Requesting some help to fix the issue and apologies if i have not explained correctly.
