[ROM] Unofficial CyanogenMod 9 [BLECM9 0.02]

Current status: CM10.1 in the works and this version will not be updated.
Got started with the project in January, I'm now ready to present you my first custom ROM (and kernel) - BLECM9!
First of all - BACKUP! This is not stable for everyday use just yet.
It also includes my own kernel, based on the latest CAF source code (ics_chocolate). The kernel gets frequent updates from CAF and me. Kernel version is 3.0.8. It's not as stable in the beginning but a better choice in the long term.
It won't include Google Apps, you need to manually install gapps package, as any other CM rom is by default.
Prequisites
U8800 upgraded to 2.3
ClockworkMod Recovery v5.5.0.4, not tested in v5.0.2.7
Instructions for Installing
Download the latest version of BLECM9 (Downloads below).
Copy the package to your internal/external SD card.
Reboot to recovery.
Flash the update package.
Optional: Install Gapps package (Downloads below).
Reboot and wait. The first boot takes around 2 minutes.

No, this won't work on U8800-51 or U8800Pro.
Atmel TS users, 0.02 will not work for you. I am establishing a new driver, to make the driver standard. Please standby as this is my top priority.
Everybody, send me logs if something does not work. This kernel is under heavy development. On computer with ADB set up: "adb shell dmesg > dmesg.log" and send the dmesg.log
Major Bugs
No Atmel TS support.
RIL issues (does not detect all SIMs)
NT35510 seems to have issues when turning on the screen (confirm?)
Unstable backlight on low values.
Wifi MAC address is 00:11:22:33:44:55
No Camera.
No Bluetooth.
No FM radio.
No audio (except ringtone/alarm)
Sometimes glitchy hardware acceleration.
No sensors.

First Impressions:
Touchscreen feels really responsive.
Rom feels very fast too.
Wifi is working good.
Bugs that I've found:
Screen flickering (unstable backlight)
Can't mount SDCard.
RIL isn't working on my u8800.
Overall it looks very promising!

Yes, It's related to HW acceleration, causing some UI glitches.

Have been waiting for this for a long time, even if can't even use it because of Amtel TS.

Blefish, you should post some rules as to what we should and how to post in this thread, maybe instructions on how to post specific logs and what kind of info you need. The rest of the discussion should be posted in the general section. I would really hate for this thread to become a mess like Aurora's...

I flashed 0.02, touchscreen didn't work. Then flashed Atmel-test2, touchscreen still doesn't work. Also phone reboots randomly.

so i made my first build of CM9 from sources...
since i have a broken usb, i cannot flash cm9 kernel and test it...
so i request someone to please test and tell me if it works...

The Camera Doesn't Work......

Apollo force closes from menu. Use widget and no more force closes . Every time screen turns off, upon any screen on event it reboots. Sleep issue?
I just set screen timeout to 10 minutes to check things out. Wifi, data, browser, fixing permissions; all work. Also, on screen off, it is not doing a full reboot as apps were upgrading and continued when it rebooted so it didn't lose the data signal. Great Job. Anxiously awaiting your AOKP release.

Going to test it too,i will give feedback after a day of usage.

I just read in CM Discussion Room that FXP CM9#122 reboots every time screen turns off and the colors are still buggy. So, you did a great job of porting. And on yours the colors are fine. So, have you tried doing anything with the Camera files on CM9?

tried building from. sony's source...
the lib that i get works only on stock gb rom, not on cm roms...
the source needs to be worked upon....
maybe fxp can shed more light on it

yes ,i had that too,it reboot when locking the phone,but i really dont know why i was not able to test an app,i will try later.
and yes in your port,colors are more accurate,and trasnsitions are nice,not too smooth,but they no have lag.

The ROM works great, the Performance control crashes and the first boot when google syncs/downloads the apps you have had synced with google didn't work for me(don't know if it's just me or all the devices), BUT downloading from Play Store works fine. These are probably the only bugs for now, will update when a new bug appears, btw nice rom I love it!

The logcat won't do much good. I'm developing blind. Learning as I go.

Just can not seem to implement the 3minit battery mod. The battery of cyanogen is too small and I can hardly see the percentage.
Is there the possibility of having a battery icon bigger, maybe with a Xposed module?

Can anyone tell me how to disable floating mode? For some reason it's automatically enabled for Chrome Beta after I install it, and i am unable to stop it. Any advice would be appreciated. ;]

Can anyone please confirm that the 4.4.4 have a better battery then 4.4.2?

Build 1.2 - 15 XII - Everything works (bluetooth not tested). Dark theme green is sweet. Battery is decreasing very slowly. Thank you

Love the ROM and all the features but when I call voice mail (121) call goes through but I get dialler has stopped. All other calls I make are fine. Have done clean flashes / dirty flashes, cleared caches but problem persists. Any ideas? Other than that, this is a daily driver. Many thanks.

Hi Guys,
Having a few issues getting the latest build (31-12-14) up and running on my G900F. I get "Unfortunately, Setup Wizard has stopped" during initial startup and can't proceed any further. I'm rooted and have tried factory wipes and reinstalling using TWRP and Philz CWM. I'm using Bliss_gapps.4.4.4.
I've restored a backup for now. Any advice or suggestions appreciated, as I really want to get this installed

Wifi tether router issue
i am running t-mobile s5 clean install of korns current build(12/31). i cant get tethering to work. i am using the app: Wifi Tether Router. app worked with other custom roms but fails to function with bliss. Which is a shame because blisspop is the best running lolipop rom i have used yet! any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Ok my good people, I bring you an S7 International Port for our great T-Mobile Note 4. I am kinda new to the whole making a thread for a ROM so please be gentle. Ok so let us get started. ​
First things First, I am in NO WAY RESPONSIBLE if you brick, damage, break or simply blow up your phone! This is a custom ROM and will void your warranty!​
TWIZtd Rom v3.0
You Must be on EPE3/EPG2 baseband, on your N910T/T3​YES! It works with either baseband!​

This ROM was my personal ROM, I just decided to share my work so others can also enjoy the many mods that have been worked into this ROM. I am not looking for requests so don't make any. Again I am only sharing my work, based on what I like for my ROM and what I wanted in it. If there is an issue that needs fixing by all means, do report and I will try my best to help on the issue and fix it if possible.
Install Instructions
1. Copy TWIZtd ROM to your ExtSDCard
2. Reboot to recovery
3. Wipe system, data, cache, and dalvik x3
4. Install TWIZtd Rom from ExtSDCard
6. Reboot and fully set up TWIZtd ROM
7. When done reboot recovery again
8. Flash TWIZtd Settings update
9. Reboot and enjoy!!!!!
11. Initial Boot Time is Approximately 10-15 Minutes so be patient. Hopefully you will enjoy my work!
Note! VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
While setting up the ROM this way solves many issues that the modded SecSettings app has, it will not solve all. The modded settings app is still buggy and can have errors on some things. More importantly, lock screen security does not work. Remember that please! The stock app also has no lockscreen security. The stock app is there so databases are generated for the modded app to use. Remember LOCKSCREEN SECURITY DOES NOT WORK!!!!!I am still working on this issue to try and get lockscreen security working. I have tried many ways and forms, but to no avail. I will keep trying and post the new app once this has been fixed.

The colors on my text in settings is white, what do I do?
If it is white it means you set up rom, installed the modded settings and have not opened TWIZtd Control. Open it and change colors of the text.
Does xposed work on this rom?
Yes, I use Wanams build 86.1. This has the regular and alt all in one.
Does this offer wi-fi calling?
NO, this is an international rom.

Certainly you can use them always important credit. Then since you're one of the few that "" "He asks with education and respect", if you want a particular theme for your rom, tell me how you want it and you do it immediately.

Wow many thanks @Ufo71. Well I have always been very fond of the joker and his battle with batman. I remade the joker theme from the great pas, however if u make something like a dark twisted joker theme, boy would that make my day! Again many thanks friend for the permission and of course credit is going to be given, if u have time for the theme that is even better, but I know we are all busy here and this is our side project to be on XDA and we have a life after this, so if time cannot come up for that wont hold it against u. Many thanks friend!

Ok, got it my friend, I misunderstood the first time but got it now. Ill be making one soon enough, but for now the ROM is very time consuming. Checking for bugs continuously and flashing a few times a day to test new things and methods is exhausting, but here we are pushing forward in the dev world. Many thanks for everything friend, keep up the good work in those custom themes that make me very very happy.

Any idea if this would work on the W8 Canadian Note 4? My sisters Note 4 is running a bit slow right now (or at least she keeps on complaining to me that it is lol). So I'm looking to install a fresh ROM on it. Thanks

Well give it a try friend, ive seen that OvrDriVEs roms always work on canadia versions so this one might too, I know tmobile N910T3 and W8 are like twins so maybe it will work as is. Also keep following my other thread here for more updated info on the rom.
