@Konsstantine34 if i flash something with odin it will be restored?
It will be remaining unless you flash a bootloader(which contains param.bin) or modded param mods etc.

Why do you need the partition information table?
have you tried to just flash the tar image?

nowadays tar (respectively odin) flashes won't finish and fail because of different partition layout! it throws an error message at almost the end of the flashing procedure!
@OP:
there would be a fix for avoiding the bootloop after such a failed flash: just reenter download mode an flash a recovery tar!
then the system will boot!
take into consideration that the partition which was wrong in size had not been updated! usually this is the hidden.img which won't matter! the system and boot partitions would have been successful!
Hi All
Thanks for the reply. I need the pit file for flash a vodafone official samsung rom. When i try to flash odin say say me not possible becouse i've a different partition.
Hi, I have a problem with my Samsung s6 edge plus (G928F). I did write a file .cert for a imei repair and everything went successfully. After a hard reset, the phone is stuck on the startup screen (Samsung logo) and only goes into download mode and recovery. Having blocked the FRP can not write kernel or recovery alternatives to start the phone. I would like to restore the efs phone or replace the original files .cert so as to restart the phone (I have both backups efs and cert). Is there a way to flash the efs in download mode?

You should have the latest version of flash the firmware
Let him enter the activation page Then wipe out the FRP I think you should know the method He need OTG line to complete
Then your phone after successful activation You need to ROOT
With your BOX
then restore
your EFS or write CERT
Repair or modify your IMEI
same problem for me My EFS deleted and i dont know how can i fix it .

i have the same problem...please!!! help me!!!
Probably you've had an OTA (over the air, wifi) update. You should flash latest firmware for your device. Samsung locked the bootloader, it's not possible to install an older firm anymore (until someone finds how).
any solution to fix this problem ?

I fixed my phone by downloading stock 5.1.1, unpacked with 7zip, deleted modem.bin and sboot.bin from the extracted contents, packed the contents again as tar using 7zip and flashed via ODIN.
Looking for an answer as well. Same situation after I wiped cache. Phone is on the fritz. Ive been up for the past 6 hours trying to fix it. Im trying to save my files on my phone in the case I need to wipe everything.

do you mean aboot.bin? and when you packed the contents, did you just zip them? then just the extension to .tar? or did you change it to .tar, THEN zip it?
Figured it out on my own. Flashed CF autoroot. Then flashed 5.1.1 which is the most up to date firmware. Im not sure if the issue was because I was doing 5.1.0 and didnt realize that was the most UTD version, or if CF to 5.1.1 was the trigger. Either way, it worked.
I tried this but also failed, then I read somewhere else that I need to remove cm.bin and sboot.bin.
I did and it flashed OK, but phone is stuck in bootloop and wont go to recovery mote form e to reset.
I am presently searching for a way to get it out of bootloop

try rename firmware file from .md5 to .tar and extract it using 7-Zip, delete or move sboot.bin and modem.bin then make a new 7-Zip archive with .tar extension and install it regulary by Odin
Thanks.
But like I wrote, I have been able to flash, but phone is in bootloop now
use the sboot and modem files from the LATEST update..just swap em out
Message me on XDA for the stock recovery.img as well as the .md5 file for Odin(for SM-S920L models only) and Odin 3.10.7 included in the download. I have put a tut in here to get rid of TWRP if it messes up your phone i was stuck in the TWRP screen no matter what i did so i decided to help others(Note: TWRP recovery doesn't disappear after flashing the stock recovery .tar.md5 file through Odin) i go more in depth on how to get rid of TWRP recovery entirely and install the stock recovery once again. Inside the README.txt file is where this information can be found. Feel free to message me if you find my tutorial to be unclear anywhere and ill be more than glad to help.
I cant post outside links on here yet pretty stupid so you'll have to message me if you want the stock Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (SM-S920L) files

Things been collecting dust for damn near a year now....I appreciate your help and everything you got....i can get it only into download ....kid brother flashed it without disabling samsung lock....
well i installed a resurrection remix 5.7.4 and my device is samsung grand prime g530h xcu (fortunave3g) and i noticed my phones backlight wont turn off. Please help :crying: its draining my battery very much. Thanks in advance
as stated on my title, I flashed custom rom and decided to use n7 bootanimation, flashed to stock firmware but still I have note7 boot animation any help?
I think you're referring to the splash screen before the boot animation? If you flash stock firmware, your boot animation returns to normal because it's a part of system files (system files get all wiped and replaced when changing firmware)
And I have the note 7 splash screen too but I don't mind it, I'm using cyanogenmod 13, fix would be to create a new zip file with the image replaced, and flashing it

No it wont [emoji317] [emoji38] Stock firmwares[One part AP ones i mean] don't contain param.bin which is in the bootloader part of repair firmwares[Home, csc, cp, bl; 4 part fw i mean]. So if you dont flash a bootloader which contains param.bin; your bootsplash won't be returned to original one, or simply flash this @imfuzzyyy https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=68329452
