Dear friends, I am using the Note 3 (N9005) from more than 3 years and I love it.
My issue is a bit weird and it started long time ago, when I installed my first custom rom (miui). I have changed 3 different roms and recently replaced also the battery with a new one but it did not fix it.
The issue is that the phone sometimes reboots itself during phone calls (or when phone call is coming, before I answer). These reboots are just random and except this issue... everything is just working fine.
My provider is Czech T-Mobile, is this can be related to CSC choice? Any thoughts?
No one can help?
Test sensors .
Flash stock rom via Odin and test .

Hi, I'm new to this forum.
I recently changed from Galaxy S4 to Galaxy S5 and for some time I stopped receiving text messages from most of the people that I normally text.
I'm not quite sure what the problem is, I have signal, can make phone calls, send text messages but they just won't come through if someone else sends them.
At first I thought it was because I was using Hangouts I my default messaging app, but recently I changed it back to the stock messages and still no improvement.
The thing is that if I put my sim card back to my Galaxy S4 the messages come to me in about 2 or 3 minutes, and then when I put it back to my S5 it starts to works fine. This is the 3rd time this has happened within 1 week or so.
Any suggestions? I searched for this problem but I couldn't find anything related.

Same problem here, maybe someone could help ?
Might you be on the T-Mobile variant? If so, the recently released firmware update supposedly fixes this ( or a similar? ) issue.

Friends of mine were at my house over the weekend and he had a samsung s4 and had the same problem after logging onto my wifi. It is the wifi causing the problem. I had an old modem and netgear router that we hooked up and then we were able to receive calls like you should. We switched out the modem/router combo on Sat to my older setup and my phone is still working normally! I called my dsl provider and told them about the problem as I just bought the modem/router combo from them recently.
They never heard of anything like this. I do find it hard to believe that the home wifi equipment disrutes the cell phone signal. But my phone is now working!!! Anyone ever heard of this or that can explain why this would happen I would love to hear about it.
My note 3 is an international ver. N900.For about two days I've been facing a weird problem, the phone would vibrate 3-4 time(long vibrations) in a row randomly without giving any notifications.I've been using Dr. Ketan's rom for around 10 days and didn't face any issues until last two days. The phone would vibrate when I'm playing games, browsing web...anything,sometime it does so even when in sleep mode.
Searched the web and got some solutions like update samsung account but it didn't work.So can someone help me with this issue?
Thank you.
Hi Forum,
I have flashed my grand 2 to COM12 couple of months back......
Initially it was working fine........ But from past 2-3 weeks I'm facing issue with the dialer.
Times, whenever i receive a call, I'm unable to answer the call.......the screen gets strucked (Even dismiss or answer ) will not work.......
Recently another issue arised, where my mobile vibration is not working.........
Kindly help me with the issues.........
My Samsung Galaxy S4 9505 recently started having some issues, first the sounds stopped playing, when I tried to play a music, it just skipped to the next one, then it stopped playing videos too and no sounds... I rebooted it and it worked again to just started having issues again but now it started having constant lag and freezes, the camera started crashing, and it then rebooted by itself, I flashed his rom again (albe 95) but it did not worked, the issues persisted, I tried a cyanogenmod one and a stock one and still no sounds... removing the sd card looked like fix the lag and freeze issues, but i still got no sound in it, sometimes when I wipe cache it works, sometimes not, sometimes just rebooting it fixes the problem temporarily, I dont know what to do anymore, could someone help me with it?
You need to try out the stock rom of your device (the latest one) and see if it works fine, did your phone fall?
It did fall sometimes in the past, but the problem started few weeks ago, and i am not sure if I flashed the right stock version of it, the previous owner used to flash roms a lot too, maybe there is some mismatch when I flashed Albe95 rom and modems, but I dont know how to figure out the right firmware...
Is the phone unlocked for use on any carrier? If so, any stock ROM will work, though for best results you should stick close to home. If the phone is not unlocked, what country and what carrier?
I think the phone is unlocked because I was able to make calls before, the problem started few weeks ago, but I dont know where the phone came from, maybe its from Spain like the previous owner said, maybe if I could manage to flash his original firmware the problems can be fixed, but i dont know what one...
I managed to fix the problem in some way, with the Phone INFO app I was able to locate the phone original carrier and country, found out its from VODAFONE from spain, with the ATL code, so I managed to download its lastert stock rom and flashed it, then I searched for its modem and wifi fix and flashed it too, defragmented the SD card and the problem seemed fixed, but then I restarted the phone and the problems came again... So I pickedup a screwdriver, opened it, and cleaned all its contacts with isopropyl alcohol, then I closed it again, when i turned it on, there was no sound issues anymore and no lag, but still was unable to do any calls, so I flashed a JDC AOSP Marshmallow rom and then everything was fixed, sometimes when i let the battery drain until the phone turns off, when I turn it on the sounds stop working, so I need to recharge it a bit, and restart again to it work.
Hey guys and girls,
i own my beloved Mi A1 now for longer than 3.5 years. In total, it is still a an everyday usable phone. Some months ago, i decided to use custom roms to have an up-to-date Android again. First i used Crdroid, and had a lot of issues (for example no location services working), but I guess it was my own fault in any way.
Another big problem was receiving calls. I have two Sims in my phone, one in german O2 network, one in german Vodafone network. When I'm being called on the O2 sometimes it works, sometimes the caller and me cant hear each other. In general this happens from time to time, but when a certain friend calls me (he's in the Telekom-network), in around 80% of the cases I doesn't work. The Vodafone-Sim is much more likely to work, but occasionally I'm facing the same problems. Every some times even my whole phone crashes and restarts while ringing. Landline calls seem to work most of the time.
As I thought, when I change the ROM, it will work again, I installed Pixel-Experience. Now everything works, except of the stupid call-thing.
One extra bit of information: The first occurrence of the problem seems to be closely to the time, when my friends provider activated VoLTE and Wlan-Call for him. Can be coincidence of course.
Has anyone an idea, what the problem is? Anyone facing the same issue? Maybe some kind of advice?
Thanks in advance for your help!
