I have been having a problem off and on with my advantage connecting to the internet for browsing and for the telnav connection. It started about a month ago when my battery would go dead in about 6 hrs of use and when I wanted to connect to the internet it would say: "cannot connect Dialed: The answering has disconnected. To check your connection settings and change them if needed, tap settings" So after doing various voodoo things like turning the phone on and off in comm manager, sometimes it would connect. Bear in mind, it is not the network or my settings, as my unlocked 8525 works fine when the advantage isnt. They are both on t-mobile with identical settings. I reloaded the ROM and it seemed to fix everything. he battery lasted 2 days, I could connect any time any where. This lasted 3 weeks. Now the connecting problem is back. The battery life issue is fine for now. I dont want to reload the rom which takes forever and then all of my programs and such every 3 weeks. Is there something I am missing? This is my first post and through 5 htc phones, my last before this being the 02 exec, I have always muddled through. But I need help this time as I cant figure it out. I love the phone when it works, and I need it for my business. HHHEEELLLPPPP?

Sorry here is a little more info I forgot. I am connecting through T- Mobile data, I usually use Opera but the problem still exists through I/E. It works great right after a reload, but, with no change of settings, it just stops. I have put this SIM into my 8525 and it works fine. I put it back in the advantage and no joy.

I have a problem with my HD2.
When trying to use internet, connection is very unstable. Lets say in every 10 minutes, 6 is working great and another 4 there is no internet whatsoever.
Also I noticed that calls are interrupted, sometimes during a call it disconects me few times and also sometimes I need to try to make a call few times as it looks like there was no signal(?).
My old tytnII never had such a problems at the same place (same sim, same network - t-mobile.uk).
Any help would be very appreciated.
ps1. Im using the new 1.61 (Turkish) rom at the moment and the problem still exists.
ps2. Its a bit better when I switch off HSDPA connection.

I have been facing this issue for the passed one week till now, I have tried to format the device but the problem is still there, I have not done anything to the device.
I called my ISP and they said that there is no problem with your sim card.

I've just experienced this today on my 1 day old N910C, I'm on 4G and suddenly earlier today my 4G mobile data indicator disappeared but it still showing the usual signal bars. Tested browsing, no mobile data it said. Tried putting it to Airplane mode then back to normal, didn't bring mobile data back. Rebooted it, then it's working again.
Not yet to see this problem but my friend's Note 4 had this problem. In the end he brought it to the service center and they replace the mainboard. Still wait and see if it fixes the problem.
it happened me before on other samsung devices too. generally an update fixes it but could be hardware problem too.
Hopefully its software related ive seen a slew of note 4s have this issue both variants included.. its annoying to say the least

I sent back to Samsung services center, it seems that they said they reprogram the software. Will observe and see how it goes.
Mines all good now few updates and new provider all good ?
Hi guys, I've experienced the same issue, the mobile data connection suddenly drops (H+ icon doesn't disappear but the download arrow is off, meaning that there's no inbound traffic) and the only way to have the connection back is to to disable mobile data and than reactivate it. I've updated my phone, I even tried to install firmwares of other countries (different csc) and to change carrier but I haven't solved the problem (same situation on my friend's N4).

go to settings=>location=>use GPS ONLY.

Yes this is BS. If I go to a place with no data service, then travel back to a place with data service, I have to first disable then re-enable the "Mobile Data" toggle in the settings. It's such BS that this is happening. My note 3 NEVER has this problem. Starting to dislike Samsung's buggy releases.

Any news on topic? I'm facing with internet on mobile connection, even if bars are full and LTE sign is visible.
I've also noticed some lack of signal during usage, even if I'm constantly in city.
I am using 3 yr old redmi note 3, I am facing a problem of network connection frequently. Whenever I play online game I lag badly, in morning time my ping is 250 something but in evening and night it becomes 600 plus. And also my network become stale and I have to switch to airplane mode and then back and then it works fine till I leave it idle for sometime and it again become dead. I don't face any problems while downloading movies on my amazon prime video and it gets downloaded at speed of 4 to 5 Mbps. Then what is the problem. Is it network issue or my mobile handset issue.

The easiest way to understand this is to try another device.
You can also ask people who use the same network and tariff. If they don't have a problem, it's obvious that the problem is your phone
Hi everyone, first of all excuse me for my bad english but i am Argentinian. I bought my Redmi 7A brand new three months ago, and i started having this issue since a month. Everytime i use a social app like Instagram or Facebook it stops loading posts a few moments later after i use it, kinda like the phone loses network. It also happens when i play games online, in middle of an online match it suddenly loses connection and never reconnect, again kinda like network loss. I had also noticed that when i download apps from playstore it download with intermitent conecction and sometimes losing conection at all or having a really low connection speed.
All those issues happens me with WiFi and 4G/3G/2G Network Connection. I tried with differents WiFi and Brand Networks and happens the same.
This issue is becoming really annoying and i didnt find any other solution in internet. Just only one more person asked in other forum and didnt get answers.
My phone isn't rooted.
