i have problem with my mate8 nxt-l29
in fastboot i want to relock my phone , but i get error : (remote: root type is risk).
phone unlocked
FRP unlocked
and my phone cant boot into android or recovery or custom recovery or dload mode or power + power - power mod ...
please help me
Maybe explain more what firmware do you have and why it's not booting?
phone cant boot , so i cant remember what firmware was on the phone
also try manually flash with fastboot ROM nxt-l29c185b103 , 130 , 180 , 190 ... ( recovery boot cust catche system )
but no boot , no recovery ....
Just i can enter the fastboot with :
Phone Unlocked
FRP Unlock
What did you flash so the phone stopped booting? Maybe try knife tool to unbrick ur phone.

need to:
flash stock recovery
flash stock official firmware (dload)
wipedata/factory reset
reLock your bootloader

PROBLEM SOLVED
my rom stocked on C432 and mine is C185 , so flash manually [cust,catche,system,boot,recovery]
after that entered recovery [stock] wipe and factory and reset , after that phone get LOCKED and everything get ok

hi im pretty new on the huawei xda and i have a probleme my bootloader say its unlocked but when i try to install twrp trough ''fastboot flash recovery recovery,img'' there is no probleme but when i go on the recovery it didin't change and when i try to unlock again or relock it dosen't work for relock it say signature check fail
And when i try to update with update.app it just bootloop and don't even go on the updating menu but other wise it work fin
( i don't know if im doing it right if im wrong for the post tell me )
I updated to B584 and everything worked fine.
Then I installed the latest supersu via twrp and got a bootloop.
I tried to fix it with

fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash cust cust.img
fastboot flash system system.img
of the extracted firmware which is uploaded in the megathread here.
The bootloop continues unfortunately.
Do I need the firmware of B584 and if yes where do I get it?
If it is not about the firmware, is there any other way to fix my phone?
Edit: The latest firmware did the magic. I extracted the boot, recovery, cust and system images now it works.
If someone runs into the same problem download the Huawei extractor from the Megathread and the latest firmware B584 dual sim

You need to unlock the bootloader first

Can you go into fastboot mode? (vol down + power)

I canot power off my phone but when I waited until the battery was discharged but the phone restart alone
I use method two by flash .img cust complet recovery complet boot complet but when flash system.img faild the rom exracted is l29c185b320
I try flash boot cust boot and system from nougat it complet but the problem same I canot dload I canot boot to recovery for wipe and the phone stay restart

I have Honor 8 Lite (PRA-LA1C185B165). I was on elite Rom 7.1 and just thought to restore my phone to original by the backup I took when installed Hassan's EliteRom. After restoring, phone booted normally, and then I resorted stock recovery. Phone now booted normally and then I relocked the bootloader after getting bootloader code from Huawei website. Now the phone booted but it just went into please update system error. Error! Func NO : 11 (reovery image) Error NO : 2 (load failed!). I discharged battery and now phone is booted into fastboot mode. Now it shows Fastboot & rescue Mode. Phone Relocked, FRP unlock, rescue mode enter... I tried adb devices, it shows blank devices... Plz anyone can help what to do?
Unlock your bootloader by using fastboot oem unlock XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX ( where X insert huawei code)

Hello And first enter the topic direct i covert vky-l09 to vtr-l29 to be dual sim with oreo and now show me bootloader unlocked and frp locked and i download like 150 giga from finder nothing done and the recovery twrp can't enter and battery 0 but when put usb and press vol - fastboot mode and anythings flashed alot of files i test nothings :crying: so now :
error 11 recovery image and error 2 boot failed in recvoeryboot mode so how can i fix it....don't says dc unlocked becuase i try this befor with p9 plus and i fix it without dc but i don't remember what i do what can i do now ????any one know with hope becuase my wife will kill me

Hi Guys ,
I accidentally wiped PERSIST PARTITION while i was just doing some normal flashing via REDWOLF TWRP . Now , i ended up with a bootloop on my device (mido) . I have tried the ADB commands for erasing and pushing new PERSIST.img which i extracted from fastboot rom , but it won't let me do it ( even with an unlocked BL , but i cant boot to System to enable USB DEB. or OEM UNLOCKING ) . After that i flashed full rom via MI FLASH TOOL , it shows successfully flashed but when it boots up , it goes into Bootloop . I have tried flashing every possible custom rom with every possible TWRP , it all just ends with one error that is cant mount Persist . So i even flashed rom via MI FLASH TOOL by putting the device into EDL MODE via TESTPOINT METHOD as well as via ADB COMMANDS ( when device is in fastboot ) , then flashed rom via MI FLASH TOOL , but it all ends with a freaking BOOTLOOP ! Unfortunately while using MI FLASH TOOL , by mistake i locked my Bootloader and now i cant unlock it .
Service Centres are not willing to help , they are saying to replace motherboard , but there's no issue with it .
