For one, X1's are already available at ~ $500.
Secondly, how the hell did you aquire 3 of 'em, did they "fall off a truck"?

New thinner note rumour

I have just heard from a reliable source that there might be a thinner Note released/announced within the next 10 days. This rumour was directly from HQ in Korea. We will have to wait and see. That's the only change that I know about "thinner"......

Quite possibly the reference is to a Galaxy Note 10.1?.. an upgraded tab with the S pen...and its thinner than its predecessor..

It is already hars enough to hold and text one hand good thing some genius invented mesh casing to help for better grip and protection. My neighbour said sammy will make Note glass casing and quad core processor

That's a pretty high score for a smartphone folks. Good to look at how tightly everything is packed in.

It isn't stated in the teardown, nor is it easy to find out honestly. It doesn't have a part number like the other components, nor does it have a logo. But, its Samsung. And I have this from a Motorola source. Unfortunately I don't have proof to show you by way of a part number or picture, so you'll just have to take my word for it.

I'll take your word for it! I know AU Optronics is the only other player in AMOLED so I was curious if we got panels from them or Samsung.

That memory card looks like a standard one, will the phone take a larger capacity one?
Edit well not a slide in but available in a 32 or 64 GB?

I just have 5 frustrations with this phone
1. The Price
2. With that price it should be Water resistant
3. No Front Speaker
4. The huge bottom Bezel, it makes the phone ugly
5. no OIS, I still prefer OIS than EIS no matter how good the EIS implementation now

I'm gonna ROFL when the grey market sellers listings go up. Without any local distributor, they only have themselves to compete against.
As for myself, never gonna buy a phone that costs as much as an excellent tier PC build.

Most probably grey markets (Kimstore, Hotgadgets, etc). HTC isn't officially distributed here.
Or you can buy abroad.

Oneplus 5 more expensive then Galaxy S8?

So I went to the amazon page and looked up the price of Oneplus 5. On their site is for $539 but on amazon it is more expensive. Then Looked up the Galaxy S8 (Which if it was cheaper I would buy it instead of the Oneplus 5 ofc) is almost the same price. With $25 difference. This is so crazy I almost started dying.

Even though it's by OnePlus themselves? I do see them a lot on ebay for like 700 or 800.
