I wanted to use the samsung pay feature for my phone in order to do "tap and go" payments from my banking app. After re-installing the stock rom for my phone, it gives me an error saying it cannot connect to the server. Is there a way to fix this?
Any help is appreciated and information can be supplied.
Edit: actual error "Unable to connect to Samsung Pay temporarily"

Since my compnay will not allow wireless access to our Exchange server the only way to get email access is with a Blackberry.
Rather go to the dark side I've been using BB Connect on my Dash but I think it is about to die.
I have a Wing that I bought and I've installed BB Connect 4.0.0.84 that is designed for the TyTnII with 4.0.0.18 for the desktop client.
I have both installed and when I connect the Wing to the computer I get a prompt to put in the password for the handset, once I do that I get this error.
blackberry connect was unable to connect with your device (returned PIN 0)
I've made sure the software is running but the desktop software still doesn't see it.
Does anyone have an idea what is wrong?
I have been trying to find a solution to this for a while now. Nobody seems to know. I cant find a version of BBC that will run on the wing.
The thing is I would pay the extra money for the TyTNII if I knew 100% that BB Connect would work. I know you can download it from HTC USA's website but I doubt it is supported.
Hi,
I have a g2 touch on tmobile, unlocked and using with 3 network. It currently shows as ROM version 2.73.110.26, Android 1.5.
When I try to download android apps from the "Market", it asks me to log into my gmail account. When I put in the details, it is signing in for two minutes, saying "connecting with google servers", but then the message "cant establish a reliable data connection to the server" comes up. I was trying to connect with wifi. I can connect with a browser no problem. I also cleared the google apps in Manage Applicaions.
Can someone please help. Am I doing somethinhg wrong.
Thank you.
I've got a UK VPN account, but can't connect to it from my Galaxy Tab via 3G mobile internet. I've tried all different types of connections, unchecking and checking encryption, etc, but can't do it.
The error message I get is "unable to log on due to incorrect password or username. Retry?"
But I know for sure that I've put in the correct name and pword. I also know that my VPN account works since I've tested on my laptop, using 3G USB stick with same SIM card that I try in Galaxy Tab.......and it works fine. So everything points to the Galaxy Tab.
Can anyone offer advice?
Thanks

Hi
I just bought a new asus transformer but I cant use my google account on it. when I try to add a new accoutn it says "Can't establish a reliable connection to the server"
Please help!
Thanks
1. You made sure WiFi is turned on, right? Just thought I would ask in case you missed it, there are some who might miss an obvious thing like that .
2. Do you have 2-factor authentication enabled for your Google account? If so you'll need to create a one-time password to login with instead of your regular password.
Hi
We have the same devices
I have tried doing that but I need google authenticator on the tablet and I cant download it from the market because I cant login
Am I missing something?
Thanks
OK
I managed to turn on 2 step verification and generate a password but when i try to add my account using that password it still does not work...
on my samsung galaxy s it took 2 seconds to authenticate...
What version of Honeycomb are you running? Perhaps updating to the latest version might help if you don't already have it? Also have you made sure you're close enough to your router to get a decent signal? Have you got any kind of internet access via WiFi at all on your TF (try opening a web page)? If not it might be a problem with the TF's WiFi, or you could just try again later in case it's a Google issue. Also when you said your SGS connected in just a couple of seconds was it connected to the same WiFi network as the TF, or did it connect over your mobile signal?
[EDIT]: Did you tweak the WiFi network settings on your TF at all? You didn't try to set a manual IP address, did you?
Since I bought my new Nexus 4, I haven't managed to run Google Play over WIFI.
It's very important to mention that my WIFI connection is completely fine, and I can surf the Internet without any problems.
Whenever I open Google Play as WIFI is turned on and connected, after a few seconds I receive the following error message: "Connection Timed Out" near a button which allows me to try again. This message is not shown if I turn off WIFI connection and connect my cellular internet network. If I don't use WIFI, I can run Google Play without any errors and download any application I want to download.
This is very very weird because my brother owns exactly the same device (Nexus 4) and he doesn't get any error messages when he's connected to the same WIFI connection. We both have kept the original Android stock rom, we both haven't rooted our phones and that's why I can't explain why only I get this message.
I have already googled about it and tried every suggestion I could find (For example: http://wccftech.com/fix-no-connection-retry-error-message-on-google-play-store-app). Nothing helped. I even tried to do a factory reset but it didn't change anything.
Does anyone know what causes this annoying problem? I don't know what to do anymore
* I don't want to root my phone and I don't want to replace the original ROM which came with my phone the day I bought it.
