Since the last marshmallow update,when i try to make a call,my phone soft-reboots each time,making impossible to make a call and i was forced to stop using it as my main phone...
Can someone help me with how to fix that problem please?!

I have serious problem with Htc widlfire Phone Dialer. Dialer doesnt seem to respond while making a call, it lags around a minute. i need to make call n after a minute or two the screen shows dialing . This happens once or twice a day(i often notice this happening after driving) n it rectifies by itself
I tried rebooting , but didnt solve. Alternative dialer like smartdialer , atakephone also didnt work as proceed through default phone dialer. ended all process , still not working
Kindly help this is annoying, i cant make calls when needed n am stuck .
i dont have problem in receiving calls. i doesnt wish to reset my phone.

when i used the S2U2 2.43 It made me during a phone call I'd hear the other side but they were not hearing me..so i deleted the software and and the problem is gone but just after 3 days began more annoying problem: when im doin or receive a phone call it just disconnecting one time after another sometimes right after 1 second when i made the call sometimes after fwe minutes..Yesterday it was really annoying in just 5 minutes the device disconnected 11 times I did countless times Hard reset andi think it's related software

It's about a year that I've been having this problem. When I try to call someone there is no problem but when someone tries to call me they can't reach me. Not always but often. My phone is rooted and running stock MM.
So, what to do?
I'm having a problem that I can't figure out on the Nougat. I can't receive a call once I reboot my phone or power off my phone until I make a call. I then can receive calls again until I reboot my phone again. Anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

I've never had that happen or heard of it happening until now. I don't know if this helps, but have you tried clearing the cache and possibly the data of the phone app restarting your device an seeing if it works properly after that? Hopefully you are able to get that fixed ASAP.
Hi everyone! I have a big and an annoying problem with my Samsung Galaxy j5. After a few weeks it keeps to hang up any call randomly. So...it's closing calls after 20 secs, 30 secs, or after a few minutes. Also, sometimes it can't make any call because it isn't ringing to the called contact. It just close the call and return to the dialler. I tried to replace the original rom with lineage os 14.1, rr os 5.0.8. Also I tried to downgrade to stock Lollipop. I start to think that is a hardware problem but I want other answers. I want to use this phone because I haven't much money to spent on mobile devices. By the way, sorry for my bad english. but not that often once in a week may be thas it
Try contacting your operator may be he can tell you if there is a problem with your network

I have inserted the sim card in two different phone sand the they're working fine. I tried to put in my j5 another sim from an different operator. The problem ia same. What is broken in my phone? Also, in phonebook it's changing the order of names. This happens to two-named persons. (Eg: "Charles Damien" becomes "Damien, Charles)"
So, there's nobody with the same problem like me? I wanna know that it can be fixed.
