CRICKET Wireless on 7.1.1 ROMs - Nexus 6P Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm using Nitrogen OS ROM and it's been my only nougat ROM I've used, but I'm having issues sending MMS with stock messaging and Textra app. Has anyone else had any issues with MMS not sending while on the Cricket service?

I'm still on DU 6.0, but I had problems sending MMS a couple weeks ago. I can't remember what fixed it though. In Textra I changed Carrier Send Limit from No limit to 2MB. I was also messing around turning wifi off and on. It ended up working but I can't recall what actually fixed it.

On kwiboo's V2 rom data usage seems to be working well!
You should ask in the thread of the ROM you're using, as this isn't a general Nexus S problem.
Okyie may be I'll ask in that thread?

probably it is a bug
because thoes ICS ROM is not fully functioning yet i think
Same problem
On O2x right here..
Got the same notification. I just set mine so high I knw ill never reach 900 gigs. Lol worked.

Solved (for me)
I went back to an earlier rom where I could switch the limit off and now i got rid of the message
You can just raise the data limit on the graph as well if you like the other ROM you were on...that's what I did

Try using 4.2.2 with the .48 radio.
The radio may not be the issue. As I'm on stock ROM & everything.

Why is my 6P always turning WiFi On?

Pretty much sums it up. I have location based wifi turned off but whenever I get in a spot with open WiFi it will turn on automatically. I don't mind it most of the time but I really don't want it to happen at work.

This did install not long ago and maybe I should delete it. I kinda wondered because I think that may be a project fi app.

Correct the app is related to Project Fi.
Did you disable Wi-Fi scanning as well?

It hasn't happened since I disabled that app, that was definitely the issue.

Google notifications

I was wondering if anyone can help me with this. Every once in a while I get a pop up notification from Google. Opening it, it directs me to Google settings. Is it telling me I need to change something? I didn't think so. Everything seems to be working fine. More annoyingly, I can't swipe it away. It seems the only way to get rid of it is to reboot the phone. Can anyone enlighten me as to what's going on here?
Thanks very much for any help & here is screen shot of what I'm talking about.

See this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3366469 It seems to be something to do with Nova launcher.

Thanks very much for that. Narrowing it down to something to do with Nova launcher is a start at least. I'll research further. It's still very annoying though!

Hmm I occasionally get this pop up when I say ok Google from the lock screen with ok Google always on enabled. It appears for a couple of seconds then goes away, I thought it was to say Google now is recording audio?

Don't tell me I did it for a month on vzw nougat before I went back to stock tmobile rom.
Same exact settings gets you mms sms inbound outbound all over 4g lte.
Double tripple check use glasses if need be whatever it takes to certainly make certain you have it entered exactly as I posted and save the apn settings
Global mode only
