Volume button issue with Newsmy Carpad 3 NR3001 - Android Head-Units

NHi Guys,
I have one problem with my NR3001 that sometime I press volume button from steering wheel, the volume bar continuously run until max/min even I have release the button.
Please see the video

I checked another unit in other car and found that if i keep pressing volume button then press any other button the sound bar will continue until end like this video

I am not sure my problem is because of steering wheel button of my car or because of NR3001. But from 2nd video surely NR3001 has a bug. Can somebody solve this issue?
Thanks very much

Could be an issue with the buttons or the clock spring. What year is your car? Does it use resistance buttons or canbus?

Joying 4.4.4 android HU keymap question.

I have the unit fully installed and working except for the "next" button on my steering wheel. The volume buttons work fine. I am able to map the button to "next track" but the music apps don't respond. I made sure the option to respond to hardware buttons is enabled in the app (dsub).
The same app on my phone will let me use the skip button on BT headphones.
I also remapped the button to "home" to verify its not a vehicle side problem and it worked fine. Hitting "next" on the steering wheel took me to the home screen. I still get the confirmation beep no matter what it is mapped to.
The button input is a varying resistance type if that matters. '09 lincoln towncar using the crux SWC adapter. Only 3 buttons; vol+, vol-, and next.
Any ideas? I was toying with remapping the button to some other function and setting a tasker event to skip track. End call? That should do nothing unless I'm on a call.

Joying front buttons and steering buttons double skip

This has been an issue pretty much since installation a couple of years ago but I didn't user the car enough for it to bother me, but recently that had changed.
If I press next or prev physical button on the unit or user the steering wheel controls it will skip one song, play for a few seconds then skip again. Press back and it skips 2 back in the same way.
I just poweramp for my MP3 playback and if I press the on screen skip or next that works as expected.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Android 8.1 Head Unit - Steering Wheel Control Buttons asignment

I have installed an Android 8.1 HU (plug & play and all working).
The only issue I can see is on the SWC buttons, the "next" button is sending the signal as the previous function and the "previous" button is sending the signal as the next function. Used for MP3 music and radio stations.
All other SW buttons are working as expected (vol +, vol -, aswering calls, mute, etc)
After entering to "Car Infortainment > Steering Wheel Buttons" I can see the attached image.
If I press the "next" or "previous" button on the screen with my finger, it starts to blink, then I press the desired button on my SW.
It seems this is not the correct procedure, because I have tried all the options and still, the next and previous buttons are doing the wrong job (pressing the same or the oposstive button).
Anyone knows how to reset in the right way the SWC buttons through the attached image interface?
what did the reseller suggest when contacted for support?

Seller has not idea about what advanced/factory settings is and the HU factory is not sharing the real codes for access (they are afraid something might crash).
I could access thanks to a code suggestion from a XDA Dev user.

Marchnz, do you know how to reset the SWC buttons in this interface?

Chinese head unit change functionality of head unit power button.

Hi. New to XDA forums.
I have two Chinese head units, one with the touch buttons to the left and the other with physical buttons below display. On both units the Power button only mutes the volume. I want to be able to have this power button mute the volume PLUS dim or turn off the display. Is there any way to do this? Is this an actual feature of any of the android head units?
Thanks.

How to edit/upload/ CANBUS settings?

I have Junsun V1 head unit with LTE and canbox.
CAN settings is selected as "VW RZC".
Steering wheel buttons working good.
I have not connected KEY 1 and KEY 2. It`s not working. SWC is not working and that is ok, because CAN is working.
The problem is:
When I press volume UP on the wheel, volume down, next, prev - works good
When I press phone button on the steering wheel, the head unit open by default Bluetooth app.
So, when someone is calling to me, I can`t pick up the phone from the steering wheel, because Bluetooth app is opening.
Everything is coded in by CAN (VW RZC).
How to edit can settings? or how to upload new setting? How to change bluetooth for “pick up”?
Once again, please forget about key 1, key 2 and SWC.
Pure CAN recoding.
I would like to know the answer to how to recode CANBUS settings. My volume up and down keys work as expected, but my phone key opens the Bluetooth app also and I want to turn it into a "next track" button and the hang up button into a "previous track" button.
For your problem, there is a submenu in 8878. I think it is in "Other" but possibly in CAN that reverse volume up and down. That should fix that problem. If you can't figure it out I will check next time I'm in my van.
