Hello ! I have a problem with my update , emui update center found a new update so i had to dl it , but when phone reboot to recovery nothing happens, i use a custom recovery btw "teamwin" last version !! Any solutions how to update ?? Update is B160 to B196

So I wanted to my phone start over from begining, so I downloaded offical B161 rom, update it to B371 via offical EMUI updater, but I land on "NRD90M test-keys" every fuc**** time, I installed B161, B151... Everywhere I get this dumb ass update, which BTW my mom (has same phone) didn't get and now she's officaly on B381... Any ideas how to skip or whatever this build, so my B161 will update normaly to normal android...? Btw that "NRD90M test-keys" doesn't have anything as offical update, updater is missing, half of the apps is missing, update is only 1.2GB so I'm predicting that DATA-FULL is missing, but still can't update after flashing data full, can't find any updates, I just want my phone to go to normal updating... Btw I tried flashing B381 directy, but it doesn't want to do it, I did flashed OEM-INFO via TWRP, but I'm still getting error with packahe... I downloaded package via Frimware Finder, from original update.huawei...

I have a p8lite emui 4.03 android 6.0. Version number is shown as balong c52b311. I try to downgrade to android 5.0, and back to 6.0 (all via comand prompt and adb) by extracting update.app and flashing,sys,cust,recovery, and boot.. Everthing OK but stiull is showen balong c52b311. How i can slove this ?
balong... is the motherboard from the phone
You don't need to do anything. Just forget it because the only problem as I know is you will not be able to receive OTA updates but you still can update manually so if you don't have any other issue just forget it
Hello everybody,
After upgrading to EMUI 5 in beta, I wanted to upgrade to an official update via the recovery revolution. Only, I make a mistake and I chose to VNS L21 while my P9 lite is in L31.
So here I am blocked with this rom and impossible to make updates, except in hard reset with huwaei extractor. The phone name is now "generic_a15"
Some problems are present:
Can not access developer mode
Can not update via Dload
- no recovery
Any solution will be useful to me because my current rom has a lot of worries, thanks to you!

My P9 Lite (VNS-L31 C432B380)is asking me for B388 update.
I rooted my phone using OldDroid's TWRP 3.1.1-1,and official TWRP.
I know i need the stock recovery to be able to install update from settings.So,i googled a bit,and impossible to find the B380 firmware (my Idea was to extract the recovery from it using Huawei extractor).Then i remembered Firmware finder,and I looked for the B380 inside the App.There I see 2 entries for B380,OTA-MF (290MB) and FULL-OTA-MF (1,6GB).
From which one Can i extract the stock recovery safely with Huawei extractor ?

P.S : if there's others ways to update than unrooting,reflashing stock recovery,installing update and then reroot,please tell me !

The way I did it is by downloading the FULL update (it's 2go) an update extractor(found in this forum) extracting the recovery from the update app... Flashing it using adb... Updating normally (make a save of the 2go update and remember the directory just in case to avoid having to dl it again) the reflash twrp and root!!

The biggest package I can found on FF is 1.601GB where did you find your 2Go one ?
EDIT : downloading the fullOTA-mf package gave me a 2.51GB update.app file. update extractor sees recovery.img and recovery2.img,which one do I have to take ?
Hey , i need help , i changed my oeminfo with kernel files by missclick. Now when phone is booting red screen appearse.
my build number is ALE-L21C432B614
Phone is working fine.
Edit#1:I fixed that problem by downgradeing my phone back to android 5.0 and then update with OTA
