No, Overdrive (Note 5 port) thats on 5.1.1

I was on tekhd for a long time but now I'm running stock mm rooted with a few xposed modules and customizations...I like a few of the mm custom roms but there is always bugs and broken things...so I'll stay "stock" for a while...

I'm enjoying the latest stock (not even rooted) as it meets my daily needs (once I disable the T-Mobile apps).

Oh, nice!
I have gotten used to root and some of the stuff I can do with it.
I understand what you mean though and I find it pretty cool that you can live without root.

Where do you get plug-ins for the Samsung browser? I haven't updated to MM yet so I'm not sure what features the newest browser might offer.

Actually I'm pretty interested in the Nameless ROM now that you mentioned it, I didn't really know much about it before and didn't know it was for this device either!
I am very interested in this ROM and I just wanna know if you have had any bugs so far?
Nameless ROM + Marshmallow sounds like a very nice combo, but apparently Nameless ROM also has a 5.1.1 version available too.. So that is cool!
EDIT: Having issues with the ROM but I'll get them fixed hopefully

What about that kernel> which benefits you have? governors controllers?

4.4.4 had some pretty thorough themes made for it. If you are looking for a rom to customize yourself I like Alliance. It wa's simple with the roms built in ui. Tekhd was also themed by pappa mag. His themes we also done well. Notification panel and dialer and toggles. Only issue I had was my gear vr wouldn't play Netflix without getting really bad av sync issues... drove me crazy... went to stock mm and then to overdrive 2.0.1 I think.. and everything is fine.. but there aren't any themes to flash for it so it looks stock for the time being....

CyanogenMod 10.2 Available on 803 Canadian Bell G2 ??

Hi, I am currently using the Canadian Bell LG G2 (803) and I was wondering if there is a compatible version of the CyanogenMod 10.2 for this version. I checked the forums and the CM site and it only seems to be available for the AT&T (800) and International (802) versions. If anyone knows where I can find a ROM that works with this version please let me know. Thank you in advance !
You can flash d800 or d802 just make sure you flash houstons d803 kernel afterwards.
I will try that, thank you for the feedback

I can confirm that the d802 cyanogen nightly will work with the d803 with Houstons kernel. Not sure if there's anything negative or broken though.

Which 4.4 rom offers tablet ui like Pac?

Hello been using Pac rom for a while and one feature keeps me stuck on Pac which is the tablet ui, with the notification bar at the bottom. Am so used to this feature but it appears as though Pac rom development has stalled for 4.4. Does anyone know any other rom that offers similar please?
Anyone please?
ParanoidAndroid has stock, phablet and tablet modes. Not sure if implemented on the beta version. Alternatively you can install xposed and there's a tablet UI module for it not sure how well it works though.

Otherwise u may try for 4.4.2 KOT49H which was compiled by Echoe rom developers

Thanks buddy I had a look at the exposed modules but they seemed a bit hit and miss. Also the latest beta version posted apparently did not have the tablet ui incorporate.

No, you could just install root and stay stock. Debloat and install viper and exposed but after a few weeks the phone starts to slow almost to an unbearable point. That's all we have and it doesn't look like we'll be getting more as that locked bootloader is here to stay.

I couldn't take it so i went back to stock and just rooted my note 5 as i like switching up once and a while. Running note 7 port now from crisscross, beautiful. Did you make the changes to the kernel settings recommended all over the root threads ? have been using it and now Echoe for two months and have close to stock performance and stability with the engineer kernel .

Yes I did and it just kept getting slower. I tried both roms. I'm on stock rooted with xposed installed and it's quick. I haven't installed any xposed modules yet though so we will see.

What is the best ROM to use in these days in TAB 2 P3100?

I want to know a good ROM withou random reboots and freezing while I use it... for things like Twitter, Youtube and browsers
I'm using the latest Slim 7, and andi34's anykernel with oc and uv, and the system is fluent. No problem with youtube ( somehow 60fps hd is not an option), office, and browsing the web. Not the fastest experience but it is useable. P3110*

I have tired all of the roms. But I prefer nougat because some features and in my opinion not that noticeable the differences of the speed between N and M android. Maybe I felt Nougat faster sometimes. But thanks for the recommendations.

I tried a lot of roms now, and settled with SlimLP because it is the most stable by far, gives also good at performancelevel and not like kitkat has the modern design.
Slim6 does give me app crashed
Slim7 runs really smooth and good, but has a weird bug where the performance can very each reboot. (this applies to all Nougat roms)
all other (Cyanogen, AOSP, ...) do not that well performancewise as the slim roms.
I'm running Slim 4.4... is it worth updating? lol
Netflix doesn't seem to work anymore on this.

well i suggest slimkat cuz it has nice performance with gapps unlike some other roms. If you dont want gapps i would suggest omni 6. Slimkat is just a bit snappier for me but since its kitkat its hard to use without gapps. I have yalp store and newpipe for slimkat.

in my testing i found that gapps work best on kitkat roms like slimkat. if you want to upgrade and want it to be snappy too i would sugges not flashing gapps. One of the roms that the most little with gapps is OrionOS for me.

the best slim rom for me was slimkat. Works nice with and without gapps
Holo isnt that outdated especially with slimkats black theme. slimlp was the first rom i flashed on this tablet but after a few weeks it started lagging. Now im using slimkat with or without gapps and omni 6 with out gapps. OrionOS is pretty good too if you want material and smaller lag with gapps compared to most roms in my testing.
