Hello,
I was on stock until yesterday and it was kind of laggy last few month. Yesterday I decide to go for Wanam Lite 1.5 and it looks great but I found out that thread is closed so is it developement too? I have some issues wit xposed installer and wanam xposed being update and not working
What ROM are now up to date ?
I am looking for smoothness, Battery life, Move to sd, UC, OC if posible, Xposed tweaking, keep some Samsung feature As everybody I think.
I am confuse with 4.3 Rom and Knox, dont understand if going there wil make imposible comming back or flash something else
I already take a look at Omega 13.2 and CM 10.2 Nightly bu I see so many. I know it will be better with 4.3 but which one is ready yet?
Thanks you for the help guys
Hi all,
Just wanted to know if there is any way possible to have a ROM other than stock touchwiz based roms that have the ability to run S-Apps like S-Health, I only ask as i'd like to use ROM's like Cyanogen mod and my Gear Fit.
I'm guessing it's a no but if anyone knows or has heard of a ROM which allows it or even a work around please let me know.
Many thanks.
PS: I know I can strip down a touchwiz rom but i'm not wanting that.
I had been waiting for my carrier (telstra) to release the lollipop update to my device (SM-N910G) before I rooted, I have now been updated and have rooted my phone, I'm currently still on stock recovery, everything else stock. I am pretty sure Xposed is out of the question for me being on the stock rom, I'm not really interested in installing a custom rom at this stage, is there anything else available that offers the level of customization that Xposed does that will play nice with my phone? Or am I mistaken and xposed should work with my device? I don't really want to stuff around and experiment too much like I have with other devices because I don't want to have to fix it over and over, I'm hoping others have experimented enough to tell me what works. I like the overall functionality of the device, I just wanted to change some things and add to the experience, I would like to be able to customize the Air Command for example, maybe change some status bar icons, change the dpi of some applications, make things a bit snappier, add some missing features, etc, I don't want to lose any of the baked in touchwiz functionality, any suggestions?
Xposed for touchwiz lollipop requires a deodexed ROM which you should be able to find in the development section for your SoC (snapdragon or exynos)
I saw there was an unofficial version of Xposed for touchwiz lollipop but it looked beta and unstable, any more info on that? By the way, is there any downside to a deodexed as opposed to odexed rom?
Hey all
This is going to be a silly question to some : just wondering, if I'm using a custom kernel such as Optimus Drunk or Unified // *unt kernel ... Is it useful / valid to run these magisk modules alongside ?
GPU Turbo Boost
GMS Universal Doze
LKT (probs not ey saw people saying "don't")
Going to flash RR official clean
Might just roll with stock kernel and use LKT hey
Anyone wanna share how they run their G5plus?
Cheers y'all

I've found some of the modules just mess up the rom, some don't work at all, and some are great. Of course, not all are for our hardware, so this makes sense.

Universal doze may help.
GPU Turbo Boost is c**p.
LKT: No. Conflicts with the kernel can appear.
Using stock android pie, no custom rom, it's the UK exynos CPU.
Overclocking would be an awesome feature a but also battery.
.cheers
Maybe some useful things to do when it's rooted or some xposed modules when I get it setup
