Looking for a cheap smartwatch - Other SmartWatches

Hy there , i am looking for a cheap circular smartwatch that reads pdf files from a sd card or internal memory .
Price around 50 euros +- 10 euros.
I've looked at the no 1 g3 but a user said that it is not possible to read pdf or doc files on this watch.

Going through exams? ?

How do you make apps for such smartwatches
Hi, may be this thread is not the right one but, anyway, i am curious to find out how do you make apps for such smartwatches. This watches are not powered by android, so how is it done ?
I think its the same as the proprietary systems, every mobile phone had before ios and android existed. Most apps/games you could get back then were java based I think.

I just received yesterday one from Tinydeal at the cost of 18 Euro. Is a fanny chinese watch with colored led all around and the usually chinese music when power on/off the device.
The HRM work more or less fine, at this time I don't have made any test just turning in the menus.

Programmable watches

I got an idea which requires that several sensors are attached to a humans wrist together with some GSM communication, so i thought, why not use an Android smart watch? (Or any other programmable watches)
I've searched aliexpress for smart watches with sim card support, but the ones i can find in the price range $10-30 doesn't come with a full Android OS. And as far as i can read, i won't be able to modify the OS on the watches.
Do any of you know a programmable watch with sim card support in the price range $10-30? It doesn't have to an Android watch at all. If someone sells a fully working Arduino watch, link it!
Check out the IMac M7, full android, sim card, good specs.

It is sadly not near my price range. Do you know anything cheaper? It doesn't has to contain water resistance etc.
I think this will be a problem, if you want a device running real android. Even the cheaper android smartwatches are around a 100$ or more. Most of the other cheap smartwatches are running some sort of proprietary system, I don't think they can be modified in any way. I know a few smartwatches around 50$ which claim to support java. Maybe you can install and run some java programs on it...

3Plus CALLIE & CRUZ Smart watches

Hey, I saw these watches (3Plus "CRUZ" & "CALLIE") on sale at my local SAM's CLUB for about $99 each... but going to the company website is a waste of time if you're looking for technical info or specs on these watches.
Does anyone know what CPU these are running?
Also, Can NEW watch faces be uploaded or changed with some app like WATCH FACE MAKER?
Any and all help is appreciated, Thanks - Ahead of time!

Thinking in buy Zeblaze THOR 4 Pro

Hi guys, first of all thanks for let me join probably the best mobile phone site of internet .
I would like to ask for advice. I was thinking in buy Zeblaze THOR 4 Pro because I saw it for 77€ and I think it has decent hardware features and comes with android 7.7 and lot of watch faces (150 I think). I'm not going to use for sports or steps tracking, probably sometimes I will use to answer some phone calls, check time and few more things but I like customization faces and also the possibility to install google play store apps in a smartwatch.
I'm checking also Zeblaze THOR 5 PRO because it has 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage and doesn't have a black screen area like the 4 version but it costs 110€
I also found a KOSPET visión for 73€ with 3GB RAM 32GB internal storage for 73,86€, what do you think about the last 2 smartwatches, thor 5 pro and kospet?
I didn't check swappa xdadevelopers forum to search any smartwatch because there are plenty of them and I'm not targeting a specific one so I would like to recommend me one and because most of those smartwatches will have high shipping costs or won't send outside USA like this one: http-swappa.com-listing-view-LUAL87406 (sorry but still I can't post links)
Another doubt I have is about WEAR OS, is it very recommended over android operative system? what are the advantages of it? applications adapted to smartwatch screen?
Thanks in advance for your help and replies.
Regards
Thanks for help.
Finally I bought Kospet primer with 4G (I won't use with sim card so this is useless for me), 3GB RAM , 32GB internal storage, 1260mAh battery, android 7.1 , 1.6" display resolution 400x400 with 354 PPI, ceramic Bezel.
I guess I will be able to download watch faces here:

Help with what to install... - been out of the custom ROM world for a spell

Hello again XDA! I'm an old has-been on here that used to be big into flashing custom roms on forgotten devices, but a wife, career, and two kids put me on the "just work dammit" path for some time. I now have a 7 year old that's been using an LG tablet I got duped into buying from US Cellular (don't ask...I don't wanna rant). Dumb thing's got 16Gb ram and it's ALWAYS full. So my mom offered her old Sammy Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 (SM-T530NU) for him or my daughter to us a while back and I picked it up today. I tried to sign my son in and come to find out that the sammy is surprisingly still on Android 5 and doesn't support Google family link . I'm looking for a ROM...or something I can do to make this thing support the family link min specs, let me use an SD card instead of internal memory (since this also only has 16 GB), and still has full use of Bluetooth, cameras, mic, and Netflix/etc.
Is there ANYTHING I can "upgrade' to that would fit all this?
Just look here on this section. Before asking, look better and you will see lineage 16 and lightningfastrom 17.1. I advice you the first one.
