have you update it to lollipop MIUI before?
because mine is having the same problem after updating to lollipop MIUI, even flashing any other rom does not fix the problem
the problem came from lollipop bootloader, maybe
but you can flash fastboot rom , reverting back to kitkat bootloader, then the problem dissapear for me, for all roms
my phone is redmi 2 prime(2014813)
sorry for my bad english
Edit : after some search, if your device is HM2014813/2014816), and if you update your miui to Lollipop global/developer version before, then you got no signal, and flashing NON-HLOS.bin modem file for HM2014813, then the problem come, (phone reboot when trying to uninstall an app or any other), even you try to flash another custom rom
actually the problem dissapear if we don't flash the modem file, but ended up with no signal.
Because that rom is only for wt88047, or HM2014811, 2014812, 2014817, 2014818, 2014819, and 2014821
The solution is, you may need to flash fastboot rom using correct wt86047 rom (miui 8 is available), and the problem won't come again on miui or other custom rom
I can't give the source link because I'm new user.
This is what exactly happened to my phone. Please send the link to my mail gust(dot)tsabil(at)gmail (dot)com, hence I can solve the problem. Thanks

You must also format system in mounts and storage to make it work,
So wipe data, clear cache and dalvik cache, format system and flash the miui rom TWICE IN A ROW (really, not kidding). Let it boot and than reboot again

You should wipe cache, dalvik cache, wipe data/factory format, and in mount and storage format system. Then flash Miui twice in a row, reboot, boot up and reboot again. That should do it. Miui has different system than Samsung

Do you have a working backup in recovery? Try to restore that, if not it`s best to flash back to stock rom for now. You can always root it and try again. For the binary count you should buy a jig to reset the counter.
Try to read about rooting and always enable usb-debugging when flashing custom roms/kernels
Look in Intratech`s thread for your stock rom, he almost has them all
Good luck

First of all I have ussrv5 rom flashed and using it since the day it was releasd...It is indeed a great rom thats but now I am seriously bored.....
I looked in development section and I liked hyperion ROM.....
But I have no idea how to install it as I am not on stock ROM and is a hell lot confused.....
In some last comments I heard people saying repenice latest kernel is great for this so I would also like to have it as my kernel as I don't like to flash my phone on daily or weekly basis so I always try the best combination which can last a fairly long time......
So someone please tell me stepwise instructions how to flash it and link to latest hyperion as I think the page is totally messed up......
And is there any bugs in hyperion.....????
edit:
I think this is the latest version http://d-h.st/hWJ
so now I just want how to get repenices kernel with it working if I am on ussrv5 ROM...Is it necessary for me to flash stock rom....????
Also know bugs in hyperion..???
instruction written there:
Before you flash this build, Format your sd-ext partition (2nd partition/EXT partition) + wipe data and cache
what is this?????
I have never used ext4 or swap or anything just the default things that come along with ussrv5....
All I did was wipe data, wipe cache then install the zip. Reboot then it's done. You could always follow sir Carl's instruction from the thread.

So far, the only bug I encountered in this rom was when I created a Nandroid backup then restored it a later, the sms message that you send will not show up. Just flash it again and everything will be okay again.

mate download hyperion then open zip and remove the boot.img ! put all files from repencis kernel into it and then flash using stock/cwm revovery !
if you end up in bootloop , just flash stock rom via odin and try again !
you may also wait a few more days and by then hyperion final version will be ready and will have its optimised kernel !

If you can try doing a factory reset and flashing the CM11 I linked you to in the post above

Well i dont have a stock rom, i didnt do a backup of it. But is it posible to flash a stock rom with cwm? And will it install normaly with cwm?
Btw if it can, do you maybe have a stock zip? I dont have a pc atm to go in to kdz.
Sad to say I don't think you'd be able to flash a stock ROM without a PC, Just because of the .kdz file extension. So you're telling me after trying to flash 3 ROMs, every time you get a blank screen.
Can you send me a picture of the log you get after trying to install a custom ROM or even better send me a video of what's going on.
P.S-Are you getting a black or blank screen or a frozen screen?

its a bit strange to me that your stuck in recovery, usually if you flash recovery and it formats system (happens some times) if you make a clean install the rom should boot.
Last thing you can try is to format every thing in this order.
Go to mounts and storage.
Mount/system
Mount/data
Mount/catch
Format/system
Format/data
Format/catch
Go to advanced and whipe delvic catch
Then just follow the rest of instructions that @Paget96 said.
But yes if that doesnt work flash via kdz

Well If you want to flash a custom rom again, then flash another custom rom aside from the one that caused such strange thing. Follow Paget96 flashing steps, see if the problem persists, and make sure it's for L7 p700. If you haven't tried cyanhacker v2.0 then try it.

need twrp man. Just like other miui rom, you need to clear davlik, chache and data, then flash the zip.
it is very usable for a nighlty. Maybe there is some fb and whatsapp's notification bug (u dont get the notifications), and that's it. The battery management is AWESOME!! i liked a lot. however i have to say that is a very clean UI just like apple xD

Flashing tips
Flash the Rom on top of the miui 9. Just erase the data, cache and nothing more. If you try to erase everything you're going to get a boot loop. Install magisk after the first boot but be aware that you won't be able to flash modules as the data storage isn't recognisable for some reason. Supersu can't be flashed. Other than that the rom works fine and you're going to like a few of the new features.
