Nexus 7 (2012) WiFi Reflashing Issue - Nexus 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys!
I just want to get some idea of what could be the real problem of my Nexus 7. I can boot on its bootloader, i can access also it's recovery menu. The problem is my Nexus is in boot loop. It can't pass through the nexus boot animation (5.1.1) and I am trying to downgrade it to 4.4.4 or at least fix its' boot looping issue.
I tried reflashing a stock ROM via cmd and Nexus Toolkit, still it didn't resolve the problem. It looks like the whole partition was in READ ONLY that right after completing the flashing procedures and rebooted it all went back to the same problem. Bootloader is Unlocked
I would appreciate if someone can give me an idea on how to resolve this. TIA

My N7 has latest Pure Nexus, GApps and Parrot Mod. Try flashing it by first formatting system, data and caches. Recovery is TWRP 3.0.2 If it boots performance will be much better than stock

Will try that.. Thanks!

[Q] Booting into Recovery sans computer fix?

Has anyone been able to get any recovery to work when launched from fastboot without being plugged into a computer? It's quite the trifle when I'm trying a new rom. Basically, if I'm not at home, and if I break the rom somehow (flashing new roms/patchs/etc), I can't possible get into recovery. I've tried TWRP.
Not until..
A. Someone writes a new boot loader (Or modified the existing one)
B. Google fixes the bug in the bootloader

Keeps booting into recovery

I installed cmod to internal and everything was great. I wanted to restore to stock and Dodd so from sd card now the device only bits to custom recovery. No matter what. It shows cyanaboot universal boot loader at start and boots to recovery. I can see restored files on device when I browse in recovery but it will not boot into system. I have wiped and tried to load cmod again but it just boots to recovery every time.

Well I got cmod booted back up. Now i can't install gapps in recovery. I get unable to mount boot

I got it back to stock and will be giving it to my mom. Sorry but it's a cheap tablet for a reason. Nothing comparable even to my aging n7. She will absolutely love it though!

Trouble rooting nexus 4

I rooted my nexus 4 and I can get into bootloader and even clockword recovery, but whenever I try to reboot the device it just stays on the boot animation. Why? I had stock 4.4 by the way.

data / cache wipe may help.
if not just flash stock again and root again.
btw - what root method did u use?.i´ve seen lots of ppl getting their n4 on bootloops just by rooting, witch dosent make any sense(to the way that is meant to be rooted).
PS: 1st boot take lots of time, remember if u rooted u wiped your data.my 1st n4 boot after i root took 23 or 24 mins(23.something)

[Q] Nexus 4 (SOFT BRICKED)

Hi,
I recently bought a Nexus 4 and rooted the device using the WugFresh Toolkit 1.8.0
Everything went fine and ROOT was successful.
Then I installed a custom ROM named LIQUID SMOOTH which when started went into Bootloop mode.
Instead of wiping the Dalvik Cache and Cache, I formatted the phone in a hurry.
I had got a backup of the previous ROM in my Nexus but before I could transfer it to my PC, I wiped the phone completely.
Now I am able to get into only RECOVERY MODE.
Could I get some help for the issue I am facing now?
Thanks in Advance.
You need to flash a ROM. You can either flash the factory images though fastboot, or use adb sideload in a custom recovery to flash a ROM of your choosing.

Nexus 4
Well I tried the ADB Sideload Option first.
Did not work out.
Tried flashing a ROM, but for the flashing procedure according to WugFresh toolkit, I need to get into bootloader mode.
But I am not able to get into Bootloader mode.
Any idea what to try out next??
Turn off your phone, press volume down + power and hold. That should get you in the bootloader.

Stuck in boot loop after flashing factory images

I was having an issue with my phone so I tried to restore a backup i made in TWRP but after doing so my phone was in a boot loop. Afterwards I tried flashing the factory image for nougat (NRD90U), but my phone is still boot looping. I can still get into bootloader. Anyone know a way out of it?
same issue
followed directions and clean flashed pure nexus rom, flashed gapps, etc etc. rebooted system and now it's in bootloop, any way to fix this asap?? any help would be much appreciated. I made a backup but it says that mount is read only and fails.
Thanks,
Yea I relative of mine in same boat. His phone just rebooted and bootlooped. I just flashed the factory images and stuck on google logo. Went into recovery did a factory reset and same outcome. Weird.
