Install Wugfresh or any other toolkit of your choice to your PC, install drivers, install stock rom, follow onscreen instructions, done.

This won't work. The bootloader is locked and he has no way to unlock it.

Can you get into the stock recovery?
@GlorySy, you seem on the same issue as this. Please have a look and confirm it is what we got to worry. http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/help/main-board-failure-story-t3409400

I just started having this same issue.
I can't get into recovery from the bootloader in order to perform section 13. Once hit recovery, it's back to looping boot screen with white Google text.
Just got finished with Google phone support. They're sending me a new device. It must be a hardware failure.
Background: I got OTA notification on Friday night. I downloaded and hit install. Then after a while it said there was an upgrade error, and to please try again. But it was going to have to download the 1+ GB OTA file again, so I just said screw it, i'll do it later. Here am I 2 days later with a broken phone. Thinking this has to be related.
Stock phone, locked bootloader. Running 6.0.1

I am hoping to collect enough data to figure out a solution for all effected.
is your BL locked and device encrypted?
When you try to load recovery, does it ask for password?
try entering your last google account email password if so.

Hi Heisenberg,
I ran into this problem today with my phone stuck on Google screen. I tried to use your guide and put my phone in recovery but it just goes back to rebooting and just shows the "Google" logo so if I can't get the phone into recovery then I won't be able to use your guide right? Is these any other way to solve this problem or am I screwed?
Also how can this problem be prevented in the future if I got new phone under warranty? Do I root and flash pure Nexus ROM and backup images?
Thanks,

Hello... Try to look here:

For your second question, it's hard to tell... Making regular backups may help protecting your datas, but can't help your new phone to start acting crazy...
I have been doing weekly backups to my pc. I backup my TWRP, TBU, Super Backup, DCIM and download directories.

Any ideas are any solution when I have custom rom?
EDIT: Not needed, seems that wife phone has motherboard problem because now it will stuck in TWRP screen.
I am pretty sure I had this problem before. Actually within hours of purchasing and rooting. Lol go into fastboot and install factory images. If you were able to get into recovery you could use adb to oem unlock.. but that doesn't sound like an option.
My phone died last night in a bootloop death. Thankfully here in the UK we have a 2 year warranty so Huawei are taking it back. I mentioned "bootloop issue" and the tech guy stopped asking the standard stuff and just sent me a returns bag.
Try this:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/general/confirmed-hardware-defects-nexus-6p-t3610405
Quickly enable bootloader unlocking, then follow the tutorials already known for 4-core recovery
Well I've now got a different phone back from Huawei as they told me they no longer have replacement motherboards available.

'Lock mode" is locked. when I go to bootloader and hit recovery I just get google screen, restart is the same thing. which toolkit would would I use and where can I get it. this is an Asus Nexus 7 purchased in 2012. I still don't know what happened to it. I was using it (I did have a bunch of tabs open and Dish Anywhere app was running too) and it began slowing way down so I tried closing tabs and it locked!
Thanks in advance for your help!

I downloaded Skipsofts toolkit. It worked... YEAH... then it downloaded 4.4.2 and I am now screwed... back to google bootloop hell!
So I tried to root my 6P with the Nexus Root toolkit , first I unlocked the bootloader, that went well . After that I tried to root it but my build number wasn't there (MDB08L) So I researched if that would be a problem and a couple of people said they followed the same instructions as with the MDB08K build and it worked just fine on theirs so I proceeded. I selected the "any build" from the options on the toolkit and it seemed to be going well, I followed the instructions , flashed the files on twrp and from there I rebooted and it got stuck on a bootloop... :/ so then I tried to use the toolkit to fix the bootloop and selected the MDB08K and after it ran and finished it isn't exactly bootlooping but it is now stuck on the black Google logo and does nothing ... please help! I have my old Nexus 5 so its not totallya desperate situation but I really hope this can be fixed since I just got the 6p and absolutely love it! :'(
Ditch the toolkit and try using fastboot or the flash all.bat from the factory image.

Hello, I'm new here.
I have a problem.
I forgot the PIN lock of my SM-G360F LTE (with Android 4.4.4), and I would like to keep all my files & documents inside it.
I don't have USB Debug enabled and I don't have a Samsung Account, so there's no easy way I can connect the phone to a computer.
What can I do to save my datas?
I've already tried flashing a Custom Recovery with Odin, but I haven't found a compatible one.
Please, give me an advice on what I should do.
Not sure if this will work for your version but it can't hurt to try. It worked for my stock unrooted SM-G360T1

It doesn't work (or I'm missing something) just because I can't unlock my screen lock to install the APK.
If I'm missing something, please tell me.
What I'm looking for is a way to enable USB Debug mode without unlocking the screen (something like a Custom Recovery mode).
Read the entire post including he comments cuz that link I posted is a step by step guide to unlocking the phone. If the phone has not been factory reset yet then do that first so it causes the phone to go to the Google email verification page then follow the in the link step by step and you will have the phone unlocked. What you are doing with this guide is making a custom path to the settings menu for the phone enabling you to do a factory reset from the backup/reset setting. By doing so you will remove the link to any and all accounts that have been uses on the phone this making the device start just as it would had you bought it from the store and was doing the initial setup. Let me know if you get stick anywhere or need help

But if I factory reset my phone, I will lose all my data, which I don't want to. Or via this "Backup/Reset" setting am I keeping my data?
Sorry for all this questions, but I'm pretty confused...
You will lose your data as this is the master factory reset but you can back up everything while in this menu to your Google account. After you factory reset go through the initial setup and come back to this menu and restore from your Google account
Can I backup my photos, music, documents etc. on my Google account? And how do I do it before resetting the phone?

Check out this guide here on lifehacker...
https://lifehacker.com/5976036/simp...droid-phone-from-the-desktop-no-root-required
Works great and doesn't require root to get it done. I know it is a lil different from what I mentioned earlier but I totally spaced this method until earlier today. Hope this helps you.
Man, my main problem is I can't enable USB debugging, having the screen locked! So I can't use any ADB method.
As far as I know there is no other way to backup your data without using adb methods without a custom recovery. Have you tried flashing twrp for your device and doing a full nandroid that way? I know that twrp has a compatible version for your device. Just search the forums here for you specific device model and flash using Odin 3.10
Here is the link to the twrp website go here to make sure you model is supported then download the tar.md5 file for tour device and flash using odin. Make sure to Uninstaller lies from your pc to avoid any issues with odin
http://twrp.me/
I had already tried flashing twrp, but when I tried to boot in recovery I did get a Bootloop and the "Recovery is not seandroid enforced" error.

Are you using the hardware keys to boot to recovery (volume up+home+Power buttons)? If you try to boot to recovery from any other method it will cause a recovery loop. It's a known issue with all variants of this divice. It's gonna show the "Recovery is not seandroid enforcing" but it will go into recovery.
Of course, I'm using Home+VolUp+Power.
Im out of ideas outside of trying to flash twrp again through Odin

You can just try reflashing the stock firmware for your region in the AP slot of Odin from here.
http://sammobile.com/firmwares/database/SM-G360F/
It should keep all your data while it resets everything else like new.

Yes. In fact, if you've tripped factory reset protection (FRP), it is the only way to fix it. Here's an example of where this worked for someone else. Read my comment here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=65016084
Then also read the response that follows. Use the correct firmware for your device though at the link i gave above.

I understand that that guide has helped people and that's a good thing for sure. It's just that it's really the absolute most difficult way to fix a device that's under an FRP lock, as it's many steps rather than just the one step of flashing the stock firmware.

I am looking unlock and root my European Axon 7 running Android 7.1, and all of the guides seem to be for The US version and for Android marshmallow, do I need to revert my phone to an older version (if so how would I go around doing so?). Is there any up to date guides for rooting my version of the phone?

I used this guide 2 weeks ago to unlock my wife's german axon 7, her phone was on 7.1 stock too, but no issue, you don't have to be on marshmallow. Only advice I can give you is to read the guide 2 times or more and take your time.
Btw after you done everything use the b05 modem, my wife has no call issues with this version. I flashed the dark rom to her phone, works nearly perfect.

Step by Step, I managed to unlock it and flash the bootstack, but I hit an error when trying to flash LOS and so decided to reboot the system and try again, however when rebooting the system I got the error "Your device software can't be checked for corruption, Please lock the bootloader". And I cant seem to access TWRP anymore, just the stock recovery.
Im just wondering if I can just flash stock because I cant use my phone at all atm

Then flash twrp again, if your on stock recovery. You need twrp. Something must replaced twrp with the stock recovery.
After you flashed twrp use the files from the official Los thread
Bootloader and modem.

Unfortunately I cant seem to view the phone as an adb device, unless i select the "Apply update from adb" option in the stock recovery, however this only lets me sideload and i cant reboot it to edl mode or anything like that to install TWRP.
What happens if you are on stock recovery and type adb reboot edl. Another way to get to edl mode can be to shut down the phone and press both volume keys while connecting the USB cable, I read that somewhere here, may need some trys.
Btw,
"Your device software can't be checked for corruption" this is normal if your unlocked.

Good, you did it. Yes, after you flashed the latest official twrp,
flash the bootloader zip and modem zip which are linked at the first page of the Los thread, then your prefered rom with gapps and root if you like.
DON'T relock your bootloader !!!
Have fun!
Hello. First i would like to state that i am a newbie on android. A few days ago i unlocked bootloader as described on this forum. Installed magisk and twrp. Everything went well, except i lost my wifi. So i googled around, and found a fix somewhere around the internet that i could install the latest firmware from Asus via twrp. So i did. No backup ofcourse? Now my phone only boots to Asus logo. Can get to fastboot menu, recover does not work, neither twrp. So i googled some more, and i am able to connect to phone with adb and fastboot commands. Also got Twrp running fastboot boot twrp.img. But i am stuck here and don’t know what to do anymore. Is my phone a lost case? Anybody out there who can guide me with solution would be apreciated?
