P8 Lite (ALE-L21) bricked

Hi,
I have an unlocked and rooted P8 Lite (ALE-L21) with TWRP 2.8.7.0 (I think that's the version) and I had a google play problem so after trying all solutions that I found it didn't work so i used the advanced wipe function that offers TWRP but accidently i wiped system part so I don't have any OS in my phone and now I have a bootloop. I downloaded a firmware "ALE-L21 V100R001C432B052 Europe channel dual sim" but I didn't know how to flash it because i'm new at huawei phones i was an expert in samsung devices however i don't know how to flash the UPDATE.APP file that I found in the dload folder with TWRP can you help me ? (I can't boot into the bootloader mode i can only boot recovery mode (TWRP) )

Hello,
You can unbrick your device using this method Unbrick Huawei P8 Lite Ale-L21
Simply boot into bootloader(Plug phone into PC and hold volume down+power button, when phone vibrating release the buttons) when is in bootloader run bat(FLASH-ALL.bat) file in archive
This will install Firmware version C432B052 after that you can update via OTA

Thanks for replying to this post, I searched a little bit more and I found a software called "HuaweiUpdateExtractor" I extracted 4 files from my UPDATE.APP with that software : system, cust, recovery, boot and then flashed them with fastboot but I can't acces to my bootloader with the 2 volume buttons + power it give me an error so i used TWRP I went to Reboot then Bootloader ^^

Huawei P8 Bootloop

Hi guys!
I have an issue here with the Huawei P8. I wanted to go back to stock from ARROW ROM, so
-I used Huawei Extractor to get the stock recovery and flashed it via fastboot adb
-Updated my phone with the 3 button method and put the DLOAD folder into my SD card
-I used B394 to get the recovery img and to update as well (it was ~1,6Gb)
The update started and everything worked fine, the phone said everything is fine but my phone stuck in bootloop. I mean it doesn't restart or anything but all I can see is the Huawei logo.
What should I do? Any tips how to fix this?

First try getting into Recovery mode & doing a factory reset & cache wipe.
If that doesn't work, try with a stock rom that's one prior to what you had before installing Arrow - like in this thread & follow the steps there (i.e. you first need to flash boot, system & recovery .img files extracted from the prior rom): [GUIDE] How to unbrick HUAWEI P8 when failed to update and ends in bootloop
If you cannot find where to download the prior stock rom, ask for help - someone may be able to provide a link that works. Tell us your phone's full, original model number (GRA-????), the region rom you need (e.g. C432 would be European) & the version B???.

Huawei p9 lite Not working properly i Have TWRP and Fastboot access cant flash Vendor

i've been trying to get my huawei p9 lite work again since i tried Rooting and installing custom rom but it kinda failed when it had a constant BootLoop. i have TWRP on the phone can access it via Fastboot and can use ADB sideload, but my attempts have been a failure so far after 3 days total of pure agony.

Oem unlocked
PFR Unlocked

If you haven't tried this yet.
Download stock firmware from firmware finder app(if it still exists)
Install it in TWRP
Reboot to recovery (installing stock firmware also overwrote recovery)
Do factory reset

Stuck installing Lineage on Huawei p8 lite

Hello everybody,
I try to install a Custom ROM on my Huawei P8 lite (ALE L21) but I have some problems...
I've unlocked bootloader : OK (only Kingo Root works, KingRoot didn't wokred)
I've installed TWRP : OK (only 3.0.2 works on my phone)
I've installed LineageOS 14 : OK
But when I Reboot System I'm stuck on the Huawei logo...!!!
I tried to install other versions of Twrd (3.1.1...) no way, doesn't work
I tried to install other Rom (Lineage 13, 14 other custum, RR, Xos...) exactly the same problem... always like loopboot on huawei logo...
If somebody have a clue... thanks

DON'T USE KINGOROOT !!!!!!!!!

(my problem was : "Problem 3: You can only boot into fastboot and TWRP recovery" )
I just made the last solution :
- download the official firmware ( https://consumer.huawei.com/fr/search/ )
- copy dload folder ( with UPDATE.APP ) in SD card
- reboot (volUp + volDown + Power)
And it worked...!!!
After that my phone was Unlocked (???)...
So I finaly could install twrp (3.0.2) and flash lineageOs 14 without any problem... and now it works!!!!

I hope someone can help me with this:
I'm trying to root my huawei p9 lite vns-l31 C185 B397
1- FRP and bootloader unlocked
2- I tried flashing and booting into TWRP recovery in fastboot mode using (twrp-3.5.2_9-0-a5y17lte.img) latest version but the phone always gets back to (erecovery)
and i wasn't able to validate the link for the specific device model
download twrp-3.1.1-0-venus.img
3- I tried rooting using Magisk by patching and flashing the (boot.img) file from (UPDATE.APP) file from this ROM (Huawei_P9_Lite_VNS-L31_C636B170_Asia_6.0) which is in different region than my original firmware
eventually I got stuck at ("Your device is booting now")
does anyone have an idea how to fix the problem?

- Install TWRP 3.1.0.2

- Download Magisk.zip file

- Download and install Magisk manager 5.4.0
- Enter TWRP and flash Magísk.zip
- Reboot
Or, you can root your phone by installing SuperSu 2.8.2.zip in TWRP.
