Announcement: Request Video Preview For Your ROMS or Contribution

Hey,
I am Pavan Jadhav from Sysberto running my Blog, I was Modder in Symbian OS....and Now helping Android Community from now as I got Grand DUOS Device.
I already made Video Preview on GENNXT ROM
If you too have good ROM or Any MOD then We may help you to get it Video Reviewed that will help your Users Better before giving a try.
We will make Videos on Galaxy Grand Primarily, But If you have any other Device other than Grand Still we may try for Getting that device and Video to be done for you.
So,Reply or Comment If you are interested.

Creating a video is not an easy task ! Also it is a best way to promote a ROM ....search the XDA and you will find many threads of teams making a video preview !

Simplyanin is already a you tube reviewer. Check his videos in you tube.. He already reviewed most of the roms of grand duos... That'y for him creating a video is not a tough task.. He is a professionalist.. Sorry chottu for interfere in this matter..

hey guyz I ported evo 4X for galaxy y duos but I m getting network problem rest working best pls help me to fix network problem in it....
I will include ur contribution in this rom pls I need ur help

AFAIK, b16h22 is making Evo-X 4 for our device. & before porting did u take permission of him?
& u r not allowed to post ur porting here without his proper permission,u can use it for urself!

No one can help you . Because there is no need to.. try to understand..
First, get permission from him before porting.. that's courtesy.. and since he is making rom for duos himself . There is no point in port right? Port has issues. You can't make it work with dual sim if you port it..
And last but not least, please create question threads in q&a section guys..
This is second thread in 2 days..
I'm not trying to demotivate you.. but, this port isn't needed as original work will have less bugs..

So its of no use

@Omkar$: Is there any news about porting Evo x4 to Galaxy Y Duos S6102 from b16h22? How much time may it take? I am very eager to get it on my duos I wish I could get some news about the porting

It's almost 1 year and still no news about evo x4 on y duos

ROM Porting Idea for Galaxy E7, But is it worth ? Need Answer.

I have noted that The Rom Which you want to port to your Device.
is to be the rom which has most of the hardware specifications as same as of your Own Device (Hope you get that Dev.)
The Xiomi Redmi 2 has Almost same specs as The Galaxy E7
which has
Chipset : Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410
CPU : Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53
GPU : Adreno 306
RAM : 2 GB
As same the Galaxy E7 (while only theres a difference in camera thats 2MP/8MP and 5MP/13MP rest is same)
So I am coming to question that Can We Port Xiaomi Redmi 2's ROMS to Galaxy E7? :cyclops:
Is there any developer to try this out? Please Help If this is possible I think we could Port All Redmi 2's ROMS to our beloved E7
Please this is serious and we need Reply from a pro developer.. Thankyou

Porting ROM is not a big task for dev's mate, But here the main thing is they should have the device (E7) with them!!! ☺

Thanks For Reply Mate, Are you a developer? If you are then Can You Guide Us In the Same way as You will be Doing if you get the device. I know Its Not Easy But Let us People Give us a hit You Provide the guide, we will try to build.
Nepalbiraj is Not giving any update progress whether the ROM is in development process or not

I'm not a dev, just like you, yep @nepalbiraj has not given any feedback on ROM development, may be it is in development or not, if he give feedback everyone pressurise him asking ETA or pressurise him asking to develop one, this thing recently happened with @jackeagle,who currently stopped CM Development for E5!!
Be patient mate, Also Nowadays you can do wonders with Stock ROM, At First we don't have Recovery, but we do have one with grace of @nepalbiraj, May be someone might come one day!!! Cheers!! [emoji4]

You are right the specs of the xiaomi redmi 2 and galaxy E7 matches very much So maybe someone would port it.
I am no porter Always wondered how guys in other thread ported many roms. But maybe Porting would be easier from samsung device. Just a wild guess here. I have seen many phones with same chipset as ours. Like redmi2, Grand prime,Galaxy J5 and A5 too.

Yeah @DowneyHere you are right there are many wonders that can be done on a stckrom. @amaan_iguy I suggest you to see few guides on creating a stockbased rom Its easy with superrkitchen Just A suggestion here. You can try to build a stockbased and I will try to do a custom kernel no promises

Yeah bro patience is the key. I am no developer. I will try my best to see this device run a custom rom But I am not sure when. As @DowneyHere said you can try doing some guides. and discuss any problems here in the thread

I need the kernel source of the phone. It is required for making TWRP or ROMS.
here samsung opensourcecentreis the link download the top one and upload it to any file sharing sites. But not mega. I hate it.

The s6/edge was ported, the s7 shouldn't be different, just wait for a few months

darklord 1.3 mm kernel updated.

No. It's not going to happen bcz the developer community for our grand 2 is again dead. So it's not possible atleast for some months. Let's hope for the best.

Grand 2 will be my first and last mobile in android.
Also i am using both my new phone one plus 6
& my grand 2.
Then also.
I love grand 2.

It can't be true. If you own oneplus 6 & still loves the grand 2. Oneplus 6 is one of the best phones & grand 2 doesn't even have an official custom rom. You people don't have to lie. Show me the proof that you have the oneplus 6. Don't lie.

Oreo rom is ready for grand 2. But the bugs will take a very long time. I mean it can take months. So no update until mobile network, wifi, hotspot, etc. fully works.

Well it's really great for you. Oneplus 6 is my dream phone. & bro so you have both phones right now? Oneplus 6 & grand 2. Actually grand 2 got stable los 14.1 after so long. It's a great rom. But sometimes got apps force closed. I'll buy a asus max pro m1 6gb variant this month.

Any stable lollipop rom or overclocked cpu+gpu rom/kernel for 7.1.2??
