Well, just 4

And this intro-thread is the only ONE thread in the forum where you can discuss "Off Topic"
This site is a learn from everyone site. I have learnt a lot in the last 4 years I have been on it.
And last, not be any means the least... a little fun doesnt hurt anyone

looking at ur siggy i saw u have a zte blade.
how is it? i know it has a amazing screen fr its price but other than that how is it?
i heard its laggy since its got an average gpu but a high res screen.
actualy....if i had found out about it sooner i would had probably got one
but a month or 2 after getting my g3 i found out about it

i can build it ... but it has a bug .... some graphical glitches... like checkboxes not visible .... if u still want then tell me ... i built it fr galaxy grand ..thats how i noe this

Will you commit to continuing this build if i say YES,mean lets fix and join us in s2pev thread, currently only ResuserrectionRom that xenon92 held the official build for us(thanks for him),the cyanogen father for our devices @cooldevelopement,and many more devs work for our s2pev will also help to make it fix, s2pev has the same BCM processor, should its easier to fix whole issues??

ROM Porting Idea for Galaxy E7, But is it worth ? Need Answer.

I have noted that The Rom Which you want to port to your Device.
is to be the rom which has most of the hardware specifications as same as of your Own Device (Hope you get that Dev.)
The Xiomi Redmi 2 has Almost same specs as The Galaxy E7
which has
Chipset : Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410
CPU : Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53
GPU : Adreno 306
RAM : 2 GB
As same the Galaxy E7 (while only theres a difference in camera thats 2MP/8MP and 5MP/13MP rest is same)
So I am coming to question that Can We Port Xiaomi Redmi 2's ROMS to Galaxy E7? :cyclops:
Is there any developer to try this out? Please Help If this is possible I think we could Port All Redmi 2's ROMS to our beloved E7

Porting ROM is not a big task for dev's mate, But here the main thing is they should have the device (E7) with them!!! ☺

Thanks For Reply Mate, Are you a developer? If you are then Can You Guide Us In the Same way as You will be Doing if you get the device. I know Its Not Easy But Let us People Give us a hit You Provide the guide, we will try to build.

I'm not a dev, just like you, yep @nepalbiraj has not given any feedback on ROM development, may be it is in development or not, if he give feedback everyone pressurise him asking ETA or pressurise him asking to develop one, this thing recently happened with @jackeagle,who currently stopped CM Development for E5!!
Be patient mate, Also Nowadays you can do wonders with Stock ROM, At First we don't have Recovery, but we do have one with grace of @nepalbiraj, May be someone might come one day!!! Cheers!! [emoji4]

You are right the specs of the xiaomi redmi 2 and galaxy E7 matches very much So maybe someone would port it.
I am no porter Always wondered how guys in other thread ported many roms. But maybe Porting would be easier from samsung device. Just a wild guess here. I have seen many phones with same chipset as ours. Like redmi2, Grand prime,Galaxy J5 and A5 too.

Yeah @DowneyHere you are right there are many wonders that can be done on a stckrom. @amaan_iguy I suggest you to see few guides on creating a stockbased rom Its easy with superrkitchen Just A suggestion here. You can try to build a stockbased and I will try to do a custom kernel no promises

I need the kernel source of the phone. It is required for making TWRP or ROMS.
here samsung opensourcecentreis the link download the top one and upload it to any file sharing sites. But not mega. I hate it.

Why there's no custom roms for the Galaxy S5 Neo (G903F)?

Hi
I would like to know why there's no custom roms for the s5 neo (g903f)? as it's not a recent phone it would be a reason regarding to the processor or something like this isn't it?
so if someone have a link of a custom rom like (blisspop or reseruction remix) it would be so kind for him to post it

Hi! cyanogenmods.org/forums/topic/lineage-os-14-1-galaxy-s5-neo-g903f-s5neoltexx-nougat-rom. This is a rom for s5 neo, but the microphone not work fine and the videos freez or zoom in.

Yep same thing... im stuck at 6.01. I Managed to root which was a knightmare but now no android 7. Please post a link to S5 neo android 7 or let us know whats up... Thanks in advance. BTW mine is G903w Canadian version. Thx

Wait wait wait. I have nougat on my s5 neo man. Wanna screensshots to prove it? There is lineageos. It is working very good, there some issues but this rom is in beta. But it's worth downloading

Nice man. That would be awesome. But before you realise it try to remove as many bugs as you will notice. At least it must be usable. These are my requirements. So good luck with this and i can help u a little with testing if u would like me to.

There are issues withx it: as i said worth downloading. Microphone is working rather well but not on every g903f don't know why but in my case it works rather well. Videos freeze that's true and zoom in only whencyou are watching youtube on highest qualities such as 720p and 1080p. So you have to watch 480p but it's not the worst

And if you don't want nougat or whatever you can stay with marshmallow. Zapryanovv ROM also. No bugs xposed framework dsp manager greenify and some other nice apks. Just type in google zapryanovv and it'll be the first heading. NO BUGS. Big props to this dude he is very good at what he is doing

Won't become. No support from Samsung to g903f. That support ended in May. So no more updates. What do you believe in. S5 neo produced 2 years ago with official nougat from Samsung. Yes of course a5 got that update but s5 neo isn't a5 which was produced last year. Isn't that quite obvious?

These are only gospels. U don't read carefully I have read everything about it. Look at the top of article. There are questions or words such as probably possibly. they all rely on an gfxbench entry (where nobody knows if that was an official build or maybe even my lineageos build) and an wifi certification
nothing besides that points to an official nougat update for the s5 neo
i wouldnt bet on an update
