Restoring my phone to original (factory) settings after custom ROM

Hi,
I have recently rooted my S5360. Then I installed a custom ROM. But I want to get my old phone back. I want to restore it to the original ROM which it came from Samsung. Can I do that? How??

Thank you Sir, I am naive in this tweaking stuff & I am paying my price for having tweaked with my phone. Can somebody please post a download link for Odin for S5360 , I will be highly obliged.

Would it be possible to get our device running on KitKat? It has a minimum RAM usage of 512MB. I think it would be possible, is anyone willing to give it a shot?

It will surely be for mini,ace etc(unofficial) but not for sgy.

ics/jb can run on 512 mb smooth. like lg optimus l5. it has 832 mhz processor n 512 mb of ram n runs on jb smoothly. but its so hard to make it stable in our phone coz of lack of drivers. without drivers we cant make it stable. but samsung can do this. but i think they wont do this or bcm wont release drivers only way to get newer android version is switching to an armv7 phone.

Which will probably be GB with some KK launcher on top.
You'll have a KK rom for Galaxy Y as soon as Google releases KK for the Nexus 4...

all roms are in the dev section - if they are not there they either dont exist or are not supported by xda
there is no need for this kind of thread
if you want something that is not available make it yourself

You can't develop a ROM just by searching on Google. Do you know anything about developing / porting? Because it's not the easiest thing you can ask aniket.lamba to help you. Otherwise, you will have to read a guide and understamd its full content. If you're planning to develop a ROM for our phone, I wish you good luck.

I Too know that developing a rom is not a play.....it needs lots of patience n Undrstandings n brains ....

Let me tell you that Broadcom released the drivers for BCM21533. That means that a stable CyanogenMod 9 build will be developed and released soon. Wait patienly for this ROM, which will be running real Android 4.0 ICS. Wait until it's publshed. You will find the ROM at Galaxy Y GT-S5360 Android Development (when it's released)

thats for y o bro not for y duos..all cm released for y duos is basically ported and also not stable+many bugs+single sim only or sometimes no sim works

4.4.4 revert to 4.4.2 in custom rom?

Hi all helpful guyes just a simple ? questions, im on 4.4.2 rooted with gt i9500 with stock rom, if i will falsh any custom rom AOSP basd with 4.4.4 so its easy to falsh, but if i wanna bak with any other custom rom based on 4.4.2 tw based so can i bak on 4.4.2, plzz help... Hi ,
Should not be a problem . all custom roms do not have bootloaders so you can go from one to another with no problem , just make sure you back up first your data , your efs folder and full wipe before you flash anything

Hahaa no sir here brother..every body is a friend here except the devs. They are our gods
Well I dont think so the devs did continue its developement after 4.3..
4.3 is the max version i know of for Pheonix for i9500..Hyperdrive I have no idea of..
If you want something looking like the S5...try Ozcan Rom or Hassan Rom..they almost look like the S5.
Rest all custom ROMS are the best here..it is upto you what you want :')

Hahaha oke brother actually i try hasan v7, ozcon, arrow, aicp, sokp, i think all most all based on 4.4.2 but now looking for something new so i just confirmed this is any rom in here, also som day before i bought gt i9505 but dat was with 4.3 n official update for dat firmware were not available, coz dat piece was from Australia unlock but i serch everywhere n i didn't found anything about of it kitkat updat so i returned it n came bak agagin to are own octa gt i9500... ? ? ? ? ? n hapoy agagin....

You can root and unroot as many times you want to
But do backup your EFS folder as there is a risk of losing IMEI while flashing and more flashing.
Unrooting is easy though, just flash the official stock rom and youre done

But you couldve just downloaded the official 4.4.2 from sammobile.com and flashed it?
Bdw when was this when you couldnt get anything about 4.4.2 of i9505? :/
I9505 is more popular than the i9500 to be frank..

Open root explorer.
Copy the efs folder..and keep it with you..
Or there are many efs backup softwares..backup via them.
The efs folder has the key essential data of the phone..like the imei and stuff..
Thus if we flash again and again..there is a chance of losing the imei no, which can be restored by the efs backup..
Many have to visit the SSC for the imei restorr thing..this saves your time..

All day and night they work for our phones and dont even flaunt their vast knowledge of android. Plus android as a software and it's hardware stuff is on their tips.
That is what a sir actually is.
Unlike us, who have to google 10 things for one solution and then vomit that little, at times copied, knowledge here.
So, Im just a normal guy with just over little knowledge of android which helps people at times. Nothing more buddy.

Hahaha oke sir oppsss, brother thnks yaar for ur all quik reply, sorry i was little busy yesterday so didn't replied you bak soon, u told me n help me for al most everything so now also wants to know which app is from i can save my EFS file, and once its done where it will be located, and in case if ever lost my pbine imei so where can i found it.. U must me sleeping ? this time coz its only 9.35 am so whenever u got ma msg, reply me, n how is everything ur side? Im planning to come tho delhi.. Maybe will meet you... ? ? ? ?

Or maybe you can just go to your root browser and copy the efs folder...

Yea..ur right but..as u know my rom is now under development..so i will give these screenshots from buggaty rom...but some of these screenshots is ideal...i mean looks of this rom..
