Android Version: 4.4.2
I have no recovery on my note 3, i have tried flashing Cwm and twrp, both times i am told the flash is a pass, but when i reboot into recovery i get this message: "Recovery booting. . . .
"recovery is not seandroid enforcing set warranty bit recovery" and the phone boots successfully into the stock rom. am i flashing the wrong twrp file?
I guess you will need more information, and i'll give it if someone is willing to help me.

What this means is that based on what you said is that youve flashed the wrong recovery.
What version of android are you currently on?

As far as I remember reactivation locked is only available in KK. Not sure with Lollipop. I'm not with stock Lollipop for long. Some more my phone has just broke so I couldn't tell more about it.

Did you Troy different USB cables and USB ports?
I have reactivation lock on note 3 n900w8 so maybe some versions of note 3 have the lock in lollipop.

I was trying to flash G950FXXU1CRAP on my SM-G950F
These are the four files i'm flashing:

This is the error I get on Odin:

Before I also got a "device 2 binary 1 error" and once a "device 3 binary 1 error" while flashing, on the download screen, now I can't get it anymore.
I used Odin 3.13.1 and Prince Comsy Odin, none of those two worked.
I have no access to the recovery or the system.
What is going wrong?

Sounds like you are trying to downgrade firmware from a higher bootloader version to a lower one.
U2 to U1

Does your current firmware say U2?
The "CRAP" firmware you mentioned says U1 and I read somewhere you can't fallback from U2 to U1
