Hello,
i'm using a custom rom like Ozcan rom.
this rom is perfect for s5 apps but this rom has few problems not sure with anyone but me fastly battery draining and charging is very slow
this problem comes with this rom this is modem or kernel problem or any other problem,
battery 100% charging with original charger (2A) and original cable in 4 to 5 hours before on any custom rom battery normally 100% 1 hour and
30 or 40 minute.
any solution plz share with me,

I too use Ozcan rom stock kernel v4.0. It takes 2 hours max to charge full.

Well brother..
Dowbload Galaxy Current Charging frrom playstore and see the Ma that are coming from your charger.
Charging from an original cable does not guarantee a hardware glitch in the charger, like a bad data cable after prolonged use.
Anything less than 1000ma is not a good report. If thjs happens, charge it with another data cable and see if the Ma change.
If nothing happens, try changing the kernel..there is nothing wrong with the rom for sure.

my problem is solved by Ocan rom new version 5.0
because Ozcan devolper use indie kernel (Omega Droid)
now my phone is charging normally

Well he flashed the full rom and omega kernel is a part of it..
You can download omega files from the playstore and download only the kernel from there..

I am on Motion rom v17.....
My phone charges very slow and sometimes doesnt charge at all....
In ampere app it shows charging with 600-800mAh and soon ends with 20-150mAh...
I buyed a 2A charger but problem still occours....
i calibrated battery ,used a bateryy fixer app but still.....

Download fast charge enabled kernals like phantom kernal etc. ...
And download kernal adiutor

Stock kernel dont have fast charging...flash any custom kernel and use kernel auditor to enable fast charge dt2w etc features

There are so many custom kernels in XDA like phantom etc
Flash any one kernel which enable fast charge and use app like kernal auditor for enabling fast charge mode
