No need to worries about this if you make a full wipe (system, data, etc). If you make a dirty flash (wipe only cache and dalvik cache), you will have to reflash xposed after the ROM's flash.

And you really shouldn't dirry flash between different ROMs, that's begging for trouble.

Thnx

rom update

I am using Goldeneye rom dated on september 18. I can see there is an update for this rom.
In this case, do I need to wipe data/cache again to install the latest rom version?
Thank you.
The Goldeneye OP tells you exactly how to accomplish what you want to do.

It should be stated in the OP, if you have to do a full wipe. A full wipe is always recommended, you can always dirty flash, and if you have issue, wipe fully and the re flash the rom

Thank you! ill go look into OP
Edit: It doesnt say about current user using Goldeneye Rom. All it says is "Full wipe only! no dirty flash".
Does it mean current Goldeneye users need to full wipe again?

Just reflash the rom you are on without wiping. Maybe only wipe cache and dalvik.

Heating Issue

I just wanted to ask because after successfully flashing (Russian Version) Lollipop Stock Rom my phone was heating like hell.
I tried Factory reseting and wiping cache, and even wiping dalvik cache. But it doesnt resovled this issue. So is this normal or not?

I've never experienced heating issues after flashing, it may be an issue with the rom using 100% cpu
Try flashing another rom, maybe it helps

Did your phone have a custom recovery and was it rooted before the upgrade ? I have TWRP and phone is rooted and have been unable to flash the Russian 5.0.2. I'm currently on 4.4.4

my phone won't boot into system

hello
i have latest renovate ROM with custom kernel but i didn't liked the custom kernel so i decided to re-flash the ROM and i did but i forgot that i didn't disabled fingerprint lock. now when i do full wipe the boot won't boot into system, only into twrp.
Fingerprint doesn't matter. I suggest you reflash with stock kernel
