hello
i have latest renovate ROM with custom kernel but i didn't liked the custom kernel so i decided to re-flash the ROM and i did but i forgot that i didn't disabled fingerprint lock. now when i do full wipe the boot won't boot into system, only into twrp.
Fingerprint doesn't matter. I suggest you reflash with stock kernel

Try changing your kernel or your recovery. Twrp works good.

Tell use everything you can. The exact steps that you take when flashing the rom. The exact rom you flash, what modem are you on etc?
Using twrp ...Whatever the most recent is 2.6.3?
I,have successfully installed cm10.2 Roms in the past.. However when I do the same with a kitkat ROM.. It always fails, I've tried paranoid and cm..... I've wiped, cleared cache and dalvik but alas to no avail :3
Does anybody have suggestions? I almost died of smiles when knock on worked in 4.3 cm (kind of) but I'm sick of the stock ROM and lg's...... Sh-ware

There's a discontinued 2.6.3.4 in the Original Development section. Flashes kk ROMs just fine

Seems flashing that particular recovery with flashify is... Unhelpful xD just fails to boot into even lg's three power button precursor
Sent from my LG-D802 using Tapatalk
Yeah, I encountered problems through flashify too. I just flashed the zip from TWRP 2.6.3.x, then rebooted the recovery.

Hey for 4.4 Roms you need twrp 2.6.3.3...comes in a zip so easy enough to just flash!....also Philz custom cwm recovery supports 4.4
yeah update recovery, but also do a system and data wipe as well.
be sure to have a backup
and fully downloaded rom.

Thanks to all... I used a discontinued 2.6.4? Twrp... I ended up using the noob friendly tool that was provided... In surprised at how stable nightlies are

Can someone get me the cm12.1 kernel for jfltexx? I flashed alucard , but my phone went all loco! It freezes super laggy and sounds is weird... Thanks!

Just reflash the rom you are on without wiping. Maybe only wipe cache and dalvik.
Hi,
I have updated my phone to 3.0 and I am experiencing bih issues. I am completely stock. How can I go back? If possible without losing my data?

try flashing with the stock rom after backuping all your files

I have reverted back to lollipop but my download speed is very slow. What should I do?
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
How did you revert?
I have wiped cache and data from stock recovery and flashed official 2.2.1 zip downloaded from oneplus site.

If you want to install Pure Nexus again the process should be the same as any other ROM installation. Boot into TWRP, then perform a full wipe (system, data, cache, dalvik cache), then install ROM + Gapps.
If you want to go back to the stock ROM it's slightly different. Boot into TWRP and wipe only data, then flash the factory images. If you want root you'll need to flash TWRP and SuperSU again.

You'll need to flash the correct corresponding vendor image to suit the ROM.

It has to suit the ROM that you're going to flash, not the ROM you're currently on. You tried doing what? You must be doing something wrong.

You need to provide way more information. Exactly what did you flash? What did you wipe prior to flashing? What vendor did you flash?

So you flashed the 0506 build of Pure Nexus? What gapps did you flash? You'd need to flash the MTC19T vendor as that's the build that Pure Nexus 0506 is based on. You were told that you'd need to flash the vendor a couple of posts ago, falling to do so is probably what's wrong.
