Then wipe it again. Maybe u can wipe userdata, too... (But I dunno)
You shouldn't have messed around with it, this isn't some game man ..

Hi Guys.
First of All i am sorry for my bad English. Hope that u will understand me. I have a big Issue with my Defy with Red Lens. I used to have CM7 running on it with Android 2.3.7. Yesterday I decided to flash CM9 from 19/03 with the CM9 Kernel. Everything went just fine the phone started up and ran perfectly smooth until it just turned off. I wasnt even able to turn it on again. I guess the battery wa empty because it was in use for about 10 hours. Now heres the PRoblem: I cant start my phone. If i push the button nothing happens. But if i plug it onto the charger it will boot until this charging screen and not more. There is than a white questionmark on the battery on the screen and its stuck there with the red LED above the screen turned on. I am able to get into CM recovery Menu but everything i tried didnt work. I tried Clear Dalvik Cache, Full Wipe, Clear Battery Stats and the Recovery from CM. Nothing works. I am really confused.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

May be because his battery was not getting charged at all! It was completely dead!!! Myself will take care to always keep my battery charged before flashing!

Even if you plug it to the charger, if it's not charging, well...it's just not charging The battery meter shows full, but it's neither full, nor is it charging, therefore the patch needs to be flashed

why?
just put it on the usb an laptop, go in Android Bootmenu (Stock Recovery, not Clockworkmod) and select: Tools!
There u can select "share usb" or "share SD Card". Don't know exactly, but the computer should recognize it so u can copy files to your SD Card (e.g. Roms etc).

Hy all! Just a little heads up:
I flashed espaciosalter20's battd.zip on Quarx CM10-20121018v3 Green lense and so on the phone doesn't see the sim card. No network, no pin asked for sim unlock. The battery percentage works. He had the original battd files, so i flashed them back and now the battery percentage is stuck on 100% and after a full Quarx CM10-20121018v3 it asks for the pin again but battery still on 100%. In charging mode the big battery displays just a question mark. In recovery the battery display is around correct.
Currently reading through many forums, but any idea will be appreciated.
Solved
Solved by:
I just flashed the original files and then copied the battd and libattd.so file from the new zip, set permissions and reboot. After reboot the battery was on 84% which is about right in my case. After a few minutes TED video it was on 81%, so it works. Calibration awaits.

Hi folks
In this morning a strange thing happen to my first p8 lite, after wipe all partitions to test an image of a custom rom that I'm working on it, piratically a red led is turning on/off without interruption because my battery is empty.
The problem now I cannot even enter to fastboot mode for reflashing stock b049. I can left charging the phone during night, if not work mean should replace the motherboard again?the phone is still under warranty.
any help will be appreciated to continue developments:cyclops:.

Before send to warranty you should try remove the battery.
Have you tried this step after which you can use HiSuite to restore the firmware.

The problem is not enter even in fastboot or recovery, i guess his motherboard is burned as well for second time because I read similar situation on italian forum..
@haky86 Try to give 3,8 volt to battery clamps or try to remove battery from phone and connect to li-on charger. Eventually you can spread some powerbank, remove his battery, put your battery and charge a little to do flash. But last method is not safety. Battery can explosion etc.
You can put to phone other li-on battery instead huawei battery too.

To unplug the battery you don't need to remove anything just the aluminum protection cover inside
