I take it you restarted the device? Have you tried putting it in airplane mode then turning that off?

Usually. A full reboot fixes it. If not manually kill the settings/whatever app you use for wifi

Tried both of those

This happened to me with my S4 the solution was to flash stock firmware.

Tab Dead?(solved)

So I went to turn on my tab today and it would not turn on, I was able to get it to download mode with no issues. I plugged it in using the charger that came with the tab and this is what I get:

I can't even turn it on while plugged in or get into download mode. It doesn't show its charging. Any suggestions?
EDIT: ok so it turned out that the tab was completely dead. After a few mins plugged in it turned on and it was showing that it was charge.

I've seen that before on a Galaxy S2 and it was fixed by reflashing with a stock firmware, by any chance did you use the Tab till it you flatlined the battery ?

I was using it yesterday and it had battery left and I turned it off before going to bed, unless I never confirmed for the tab to shutdown.

I guess the battery was just flatlined.

[Q] Installed roms disable my wifi?

Hello having a issue when installing Roms. I rooted my Nexus 7 with the Nexus 7 toolkit and had no issues. I currently have tried cyanogen mod 10, smoothrom 4.4, and paranoid android and all install perfect ..... But my WiFi connection shows its on yet no internet? I have looked through numerous settings and seen nothing turned off? Two of the Roms actually wouldn't show wireless connections either. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
Try a different kernal? Does it work on stock rom?

Wifi turning itself on randomly

Anyone else has this problem?
Is there a way to see what process is responsible for these sporadic activations?

Under the Wi-Fi settings is an advanced section. If you have those sections checked to turn off Wi-Fi when unavailable or to disconnect when signal is weak (I have the former checked, the latter unchecked), you may want to uncheck both and see if that solves your issue.
VZW LG G2
I'm having the same problem, and I just checked my WiFi settings and everything is unchecked. TMobile d801version.

Same problem here on sprint version. Bugs the hell out of me. Connection optimizer is off and boxes unchecked. Has to be a way to disable this.

already try, this line in recovery too.
Take it back for warranty replacement. I doubt the flashing had anything to do with the lines - it's a hardware failure.

So I think its not a hardware problem, today have only One line, very weird

I've had weird battery stat experiences before - usually the opposite, where screen takes up everything and Android OS/system are nowhere to be found. Have you tried rebooting or charging back up to >90%?

I tried rebooting. But I'll try recharging now, maybe that helps
I don't know how, but I guess it fixed itself by itself. All is good now, thanks
