i have two questions about my Nexus 7.

how do i remove the blue lines that appear when i slide my fingers across the screen??
Nexus 7 CM10 M-1 ,, Trinity V111
i been through the setting, i cant seem to find the disable setting.
see image.
next question is there a way to get the lock screen to have the weather in color just like my Galaxy Nexus CM10 M-1
see image of my GN
i look in the theme section. there isnt alot of mods for the nexus 7. i would think there would be more.
i have been trying to install the mods i have for my GN to my Nexus 7 to no avail.
the answer is no answer I think, :cyclops::cyclops:
As for the blue lines, you might want to try a different launcher
First question: Use Apex Launcher. It's essentially the stock launcher + a ton of features. You can set the 'transition effect' to 'none" .. then there are no blue borders. Second question.. there are some weather icon mods out there, I think.
Where did you get that widget in the second picture? No i not mean the naked woman.

Transparent Buttons on 3rd Party Launchers?

I tried searching for this but couldn't find it so sorry if it's a repeat. The status bar and navigation buttons are transparent when at the stock home screen. Is there any way at the moment to keep this going when using 3rd party launchers such as Apex? I understand it's the phone reading it as having an app open, therefor disabling of transparency, but I'd love to have that feature on the home screen of other launchers.
I noticed that the status bar only seemed to be transparent when an LG bg is used. Use a picture, and it is shaded. Also seems related somehow to the color of the buttons, but have not figured it out yet.
I am an Apex fan, but I think I will wait a bit before trying it.
Depends on where you get backgrounds

I believe it depends on where you get the images, if you get them from an app. I was using an app called Backgrounds HD and every time I applied one, it wouldn't scale it properly and the status bar and nav buttons would be black. If I uninstalled the app and used one called Picspeed, they worked just fine with transparency on the stock launcher.

[Q] Experience Launcher and Faded Nav/Status Bar

Is anyone else having a problem with Experience Launcher and faded Nav/Status bars? I've tried on CM11 and Stock using G2 EXPOSED, and any time I put faded nav/status bars over the experience launcher they become full black and half height. I haven't seen anyone talking about this, and I never had a problem with this on my SGS3. So am I unique?

I haven't had this issue on that particular launcher, but its probably a conflcit with the launcher. I would try something more well known like Nova, or Go launcher, or you can use Buzz launcher, thats what I use and I love it so far.
Also make sure you are doing a reboot after making any changes in xposed. Also make sure your modules and framework are up to date.
Hope this helps, if it doesn't send a PM and I can try to help out further.

I am currently using Nova, and it has no problems with the transparency, only GEL does it. I just find it weird that GEL had transparency on my SGS3 with CM11, but on my G2 (and also just noticed on my wife's N5) that the transparency doesn't work...
--EDIT--
Even more weird, is that it isn't just exposed... no exposed on the N5, but same issue with Nav/Status Bar transparency running CM11 and GEL

rooted HDX 7 - apex launcher

Rooted and working well. Unable to hide the bottom navigation bar using end apex launcher. When using the default Amazon launcher, the bottom bar fades after a second of non use. Not the same with apex. prevents a full screen experience.
Anyone having a similar problem?

I use GMD auto hide soft keys from the play store.
Sent from my LG-V500 using XDA Free mobile app
You mean the bar still persists even in apps? Or just when you're in the home screen of the launcher?

I'm using Apex aswell. Download GMDAutohide Softkeys from the playstore. And run the program with start on boot enabled (I'd probably buy the 'Pro Version' otherwise the navigation bar has a red line showing). Then under apex settings you can turn the notification bar off. That's how I got mine to look like this:

Worked well. Thank you.

Dim wallpaper overlay.

Hey guys, idk if you can spot the difference but, whenever I set a wallpaper, it gets dimmed down like an overlay or a filter is applied, this irritates me.
Tried using 3rd party LWP apps, problem solved but the battery consumption is a problem :|
Hope you can help me
Is it Nova Launcher? I remember that there was an option to enable shadow on the top of the screen for bright wallpapers...

It's Google Now launcher, but the problem is that this overlay appears on every launcher I've tried, even the stock EMUI one.
