Can't Enable/Disable Password!!

Hi ,
I can't enable or disable the password in my K-JAM!! when i go to settings and i click on Password icon, i get nothing....
when i sync i get a message that i must enter the password (which is the same password i used for the first time when i bought the device)... but when i turn off the device and then turn it on, the device never ask me for a password..
any help will be appreciated...

OK i did a hard reset and everything went back to normal

[HELP]Can't remove Account and Factory Reset

I bought Spica from my friend and it was original (unroot), but I couldn't remove the old account also add the new one. I've tried to cleared data and reset, but it was forced close, and the data still remain. I tried reset from recovery mode, but I could not enter the recovery mode, only blank screen, but when I released the buttons, it began to boot. Please help me to solve the problem, thank you very much

Recovery is only aviable after rooting AFAIK
Go to Settings->Privacy and try factory reset there (name in setting can be different, I use polish)
or
open Phone and input

Forgot alternate Password, what to do ?

Hi,
i dont own a galaxy s5 but my buddy forgot the alternate password. and the fingerprint scanner is not working either.
can you tell me what the easiest way to get the phone working again?
we dont need any data to be backed up... it just has to work again.
root? factory reset ?
is a factory reset possible when the phone is locked via fingerprint scanner or password ?

Boot to recovery (Volume Up & Home & Power) from a powered off state
Factory reset and hope reactivation lock was not enabled
if it was, you'll need to flash a stock KitKat ROM to disable it

Encryption Password

Hallo Together!
I get only the Encryption Display on Startup. I have maked a Factory Reset / wipe . But i get only the encrytion screen :crying:. I hope i get help here

What are u flash ?

Try to do Format Data instead of simple wipe.

Huawei Nova3i Forgot Password

Hey..!!
Guys i m having a problem..
I forgot my screen lock password.. i was using fingerprint but last night my phone got updated nd restarted itself nd now i cant log in because it wants me to enter the password which i have forgotten...Nd when i try to go to recovery mode it says "software install failed" coz update is not installed full....
Can someone help me about it...it doesn't matter if i loose all my data but i just want to switch on my phone...
