[Q] Stock Players

Hi, can the stock music player play flac files? I kept obtaining the "unsupported file type" in my I5801, even though flac support was in the specs.
Also, are srt files supported in the stock video player?
Thanks a lot in advance!
Is anyone able to play flac files in the stock music player? I know that you can do that in SGS. According to the GSMarena specs for the phone, it should be able to play flac using the stock player but I was unable to do so. Could this be a rom problem?
what rom do you have
My current rom is I5800XXJPF.
Is there anyone who can access flac files in their stock music player? Please tell me which ROM you are using. Thanks.
I really liked the stock music player's 5.1 channel and concert hall effect.

FLAC files playback stutters

Hi there,
I'm hearing music exclusively with FLAC files on my smartphone. But since latest 10.5.1.A.0.283 FW, playback is realy bad with any player. Stuttering and so on...
Found that thread:

But can we get the fix now ? How does it work ? Is there a work-around ?
Thanks !

Is possible play music format M4A with hardware rendering?

My phone is now running with custom rom ResurrectionRemix Nougat 7.1.2 latest build.
But if i play music with m4a format, it won't play with hardware rendering.
Except with MX Player software rendering.
Is possible playing music format m4a without software rendering or without MX Player?
Thanks

Ogg Vorbis not working?

I'm running AOSP Extended with the blu_spark kernel. After getting everything set up I tried to play some music with Music Folder Player and it wouldn't play. I encode my FLAC library to Vorbis for my phone and apparently my phone is incapable of playing the files, which was never an issue with my 6P or Galaxy S4. I will note that VLC can play the files (probably has its own decoder instead of using the phone's) but I find VLC to be a poor music player. What I'm curious about is if this would be an issue related to the ROM or the kernel.
