Where is the MST antenna located on the S7 Edge? I'm just looking for the best way to hold my phone when trying to use MST. I've looked and haven't been able to find this anywhere. Thanks!
Here, this video shows how and where to hold the device - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIzNgO68wK8
I knew about the tapping but the Hoover where you can swipe its pretty awesome. Didn't know about that part.

Hi,
I've got the 9100 for a month now.
and everytime when the phone rings, the screen go automaticly to landscape mode, and the send button is not responding.
i can anser only frem the "answer" button on the screen which is now on the top left corner.
it doesnt happend all the time, but its very annoing.
any help?
thanks
Have you tried a hard reset ?
Hahaha... I know where this is coming from...
You are using the TERRIBLE useless case that comes in the box right? Its magnets cause the screen to flip around... your unit is A-OK.
By the way, you store your unit screen facing out or facing your body? Try changing directions if you insist on using this stupid case (I am using it also but I am looking for a better one).
Has anyone found a better case for the KJAM/QTEK 9100?
I had the problem with the case, too...
But it doesn't explain the send button not working - that's happened to me also, which is damn annoying when you're trying to answer the phone!
oh, and I'll be writing a review of the PDAir case as soon as it arrives... Fingers are crossed!
ooh
It really make sense, the magnet thing.
i don't usually put the device on specified side.
but i will try to notice it from now.
in that case, what about the car holders that uses magnet to hold the device?
Give it a try, use the cases magnets to find the spot on the KJAM that flips the screen. It seems that the sliding keyboard uses a magnet to let the device know it is open and to flip the screen.
The included case is such a useless case. I am sure that NO ONE at HTC actually tested the usability of the case WITH the KJAM inside in an everyday usage pattern...
Also, I am not sure if the magnets don't harm the device..
Many many thanks you very clever and helpful people!!!
I was on the verge of getting on to eBay and letting the top bidder have my XDA Mini, because of this switching lark, but I've tried what has been posted here and sure enough, it is the magnets.
So I'll get a better case and keep the device which I think is excellent.
Thanks again!!
yea
it helped
please give us a recommendation for a good case
thanks
Yeah.. would like to hear about a good case...
I was thinking about one of these:

Anybody uses them?
I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a site or page that sells parts for the ppc or xv6700. I have one, and I need to replace the scroll button on the front. That toggle thing on the front no longer clicks in. It goes left right, up and down but no longer clicks in.
just wondering if anyone knew where I could get a replacement other than buying a phone with a broken LCD off ebay or something.
thanks
Unfortunately that's the only thing I know of. But I also haven't looked.
parts for the 6700
i have parts for it if you want
Sorry guys, i found a similar thread on here about this right after typing this. He didn't have any luck fixing it.
I replaced my screen yesterday and now my keyboard is partially working. I say "partially" because only the: "e" "o" "f" "h" "c" "n" "shift/cap" (the light/indicator wont turn on when i press it?) "up arrow" "enter" "alt" (same thing as shift/cap) "Tab" and "left arrow" keys work. Can you guys give me some advice or point me in the right direction?
I have the same problem Any luck? I am lost.
i would try making sure the cable to in all the way i had that issue before
The ribbon is in and doesnt move. However, the black clip you flip up that secures it in place was missing. still no luck, I am wondering if that clip clamps it down for a more secure connection, in that case I will need a new motherboard?
WOW i have the exact same problem...I replaced the screen and its fine but only a few keys work...i pushed the ribbon all the way in a bunch of times and every time i get a different result..it might become loose when I put the phone back together....
If you guys havent gotten rid of your Wings yet...I found the fix for this...
Dont push the ribbon all the way in, the connectors are not that far away, there should be a black line on the ribbon, make sure the line is at least 1cm away from the clamp but that it doesnt fall out...
I just received my active case from boxwave
http://www.boxwave.com/products/activecase/active-case-at_t-fuze_3350.htm
It blocks the PTT button, when I try to slide my keyboard open..it's not smooth and gets caught on the plastic tabs. I'm RMAing this sucker. Waste of money..
If you looked at the pics, it's a touch pro cover Sorry to burst your bubble.
It's alright , I'm going to return it anyways.
its a cool case but i was waiting for someone to buy it to see how well it is, thanks for the warning, hehe
hey fellas talking about boxwave, it occurs to me that they sell the same stuff you find on ebay for 12x the price; case, charger, usb cables, etc.
is there really any significant difference between their products and the other generic ones aside from the price?
I like their screen protectors, out of the ones i've tried their "ClearTouch Crystal" does the best job of not dulling the screen image at all.. i've gotta say though this case issue amuses me, you can even see in their photos they don't have a fuze in it they have a Touch Pro (no PTT button).. half ass for the win!

I have a fuze on t-mobile, and the PTT button is more of a liability than anything. Does the case cover the button without pressing it? I was thinking that something like this might actually make life easier for me (I wouldn't always be accidentally pressing it, and then getting the error message). I'm not sure what you meant at the end, but does the PTT button make it harder to slide out the keyboard (which would obviously be annoying)? Thanks.
Looks like you could get a strong pair of scissors or an exacto knife and fix it...no? Just cut out a piece to make the PTT button accessible?
I could...but it's really cheap feeling. Not even worth the cash.
I bought a 5 dollar one from EBAY and it fit fine.. I actually had to trim the upper clip from the back cover off because it was making a little noise when closing.. Other than that well worth the $5 shipped.. lol
can you link me to the auction?

Farmer Ted,
The case does not press the PTT button. I actually LIKE the case. I work outside, where my Fuze can be easily damaged, and I know this Active Case will keep it safe. It's so easy to pop the case off as needed. (Which is good, because I need to pop in a second battery quite often.)
As for the person's comment about cutting out the PTT button from the case - I'm going to say, yes, it's possible. You can just extend the opening given for the volume keys. I won't try it unless someone else does first, and gives good instructions as to what tools they used, etc.
I use button saviour on all my android devices, and I find it really speeds up maneuvering through my GUI. I was wondering if anyone had used it on the edge's curved screen? It's something that I (unfortunately) can't test at the verizon retail locations.
Also did they remove the floating keyboard (undock keyboard) option on the s7 edge (samsung kb). It appears it's no longer an option on teh demo units I tried.
