Hi guys!
I have a problem with my TIM sim card.
i have the marshmallux rom and qith this rom is all ok. but when i change rom for example with orion rom or Stock & Rooted/Debloated Rom 6.0 my device don t recognize my sim card.
it s very strange.
So i had prove to put an other sim card of my friends (a wind sim card) and with this sim i haven t problem.
how can i do?
I would like to avoid spending money to change sim and have no positive result

I unlocked Jade 110 and everything was working fine... could phone etc...
Then i upgrade to windows 6.5, before i did spl-2.32.OliNex and i flashed the rom.
The rom works fine the only issue its stating that the Sim Card was not found i tried different sims and the some issue.
What could be causing the issue.

btw this was locked on orange and still is displaying orange on boot up

im not sure just a thought orange sims come locked so may be if ur sim is locked it is not showing ur sim as ur os has been changed(ie it is not orange ROM) so try getting ur sim unlocked this is a paid service click on the last line my sign i have given the link for the same in the thread

is there a way to enable some sort of the debug on the Windows Rom ? To see if the issue is the sim reader or else its something to do with software?

Hey guys
I'm new to this custom rom deal so bear with me.
I used Wajks [ROM][28.05.10][WWE]blackSTONEhenge™ HyPer v1.5 (WM6.5.3.28236) Manila2.5 (released) Which is an awesome ROM
I used HSPL.
Everything works as it should exept the SIM Card.
I suspect it might have something to do with someone calling me (someone did...) during 'preparation for first use'...?
My radio ver is 1.17...
I live in Denmark and my carrier is "3".
Any help will be much appreciated!
apparently it solved it self... Everything's great now
i am having the same problem, but it has been 3 months and my phone still doesnt read my sim card.

My question is: Is the problem in the rom or in SIM?
Device installed is the next Rom: 2.3.5 cyanogenmod-7-08162011-nightly-desire [typhoon v3.5.8]

After testing with a different SIM card, it turned out that the problem is the card itself.
after installing rom stock the sim not work
i was try to find sulotion with the region loack away and its not work

A totally new kid with an android in hand. I have got an android Tablet : Simmtronics Xpad x802, with ics 4.0. I have rooted it. It has a sim card slot. I have a 2G sim of vodafone, BSNL and Aircel. When I insert the sim, I can make call , SMS etc. but when it comes to accessing internet it fails. I googled it & found many solutions but none of them r working. I configured it manually but still same scenario. It is happening with all of the 3 sim cards . Please somebody help me as to what has to be done . Thanx in advance
