First, this is not a ROM request forum. Second, it's generally considered rude to ask a developer to make a ROM. Developers for the most part do this as a hobby, in their free time with no compensation outside of any donations they may receive. They do not work for you. You are welcome to start reading and researching how to build your own Android ROM

Dude if you want 4.3 be complete..keep stock rom stock kernel stock recovery with all system apps and no root and boot laoder unlocked...
You can flash any roms from sections if you are on 4.2.2
dev's of respective roms are building rom based on 4.3 so just stay tuned.. hope my post helped you.

Kernels come with the roms. No need to flash another.
Modem only if there is a random call quality bug. you can ask this in the LS4.4 Q&A thread too.
Wee you can. But as my practice, i flash the rom, boot it up, then flash gapps.

i found some rom on android development section (not original development) but there is word port on some roms so not sure are those stock based.
Can you please suggest me which rom is stock based.
and my android version is 5.0.1
its default System update from samsung.
please suggest me a link to root and flash CWM or TWRP as i know those require to flash rom, please correct me if i am wrong.

The phone already have latest stock firmware version 25.0.B.2.31. I don't think we can backup stock ROM. Hence, got it using XperiFirm.

Hi to rom developers. There a lot of custom rom for J320F and other variants. But J320H/DS should use only Android 5.1.1 stock rom. Plesase rom developers make a ported rom for our J320H/DS too.
my phone always storage full because the stock rom is 3.19GB and the apps every 2 month go big but i need it
