I'm kind of a noob when it comes to rooting and flashing, but I manage to do it with a little time and guides!
My question is:
Are all ROMs that can be flashed on Android 4.2.2 compatible with Android 4.3?
If not, what ROMs can you currently flash?

Dude if you want 4.3 be complete..keep stock rom stock kernel stock recovery with all system apps and no root and boot laoder unlocked...
You can flash any roms from sections if you are on 4.2.2
dev's of respective roms are building rom based on 4.3 so just stay tuned.. hope my post helped you.

I'll flash lollipop modem as the dev said, then do full wipe, then flash the rom .
any thing else should I do ?

1. Make what the dev said.
2. Ask again if you have more problems when you finish all the process.

you must use your "model" jellybean (JB) bootloader.

Yes, you only need to install before wipes and zip rom, the correct bootloader (jb) and your baseband

The kernel is inside of the rom. I prefer use philz recovery (last update) , then you must flash jb bootloader, baseband kk , wipes , then the miui zip rom. That´s all

Does not detect SIM card at all in D800.
Blur effect
1. Miui v6 is supposed to have blur effect behind notification panel, behind recent apps panel and other places, but there is only in the background of the open folders.
2. Also the LG settings for screen-off animation not work.
3. And there is no available option to safely remove USB storage.

Did you try flashing with philz? Maybe i´m wrong , but I´am almost sure you flashed with twrp.
That´s being a regular problem with twrp since V5 already
Guys i cant flash .zip file via twrp or philz. It says "installation aborted" wiped cache factory reset and cache partition. I have 20c kitkat version. What should i do? Should i flash kitkat baseband or.jb bootloader? Please help me.

I want to flash this Rom: Team Radium Rom
OP recommends us to use Alucard's Kernel.
Now my question, can I flash both at one go or do I have to flash Rom first, boot, back to recovery and then flash the kernel? Or doesn't it matter?
You can flash both at once. Just make sure the flash order is rom first and then kernel.

Which version of TWRP?
What roms are you trying?
Your post is the equivalent of going to the mechanic and saying my car isn't working, without telling the mechanic what kind of car and where the weird sounds are coming from. lol

The roms you try to flash is based on source code of kitkat stock rom So you must revert to stock kitkat rom first
I cannot post links but if you click my username and then my threads you will see a similar post posted by me. In there you will find resolution steps. Hope that helps.
