for those who didn't notice yet!
There is a great game out there which was extracted from a sony ericsson beta rom which is called XTRAKT and shows us what our diamonds can perform!
It's absolutely fluent and has very nice grafics!
It's designed for HD resolution but also works great on Diamond.
Maybe you'll need ATI 3d driver ATI 3d

does this display correct on Diamond? and on what ROM did it work for you? it crashed for me with pdacorner v4
It works great with my Diamond!
There is missing something at the right and left side of the display but it's no problem. The important area is the middle of the screen which is shown properly.
I use Dia Duit 1.3 rom.
Did you install ATI drivers?

I didnt need the ATI 3d driver.
Im running mighty rom 4.7 and the game works but it seems to be slightly zoomed in. Other than that it GREAT!!!! We need more games like this with good graphics for the diamond, great post!

I was searching google for touch flo 3D,
and i saw that they actualy have touchflo 3D for the polaris.
Why havn't i seen this in any rom's i mean it's slow but it is usable.
We also have a lot of talanted cooks here who probably can improve the performance. This is the link to the site where i found the TouchFlo 3D cab

problem is the known power down issue..from the ported 3d driver´s...

HTC Rhodium wvga and have touch flo
it would be faster yes , but it would be still buggy and need patches all the time , like non all htc phones with htc ui cuz of the missing htc album , browser etc ... go check some other phones touchflo rom thread , its the same complaint/bugfest we have in our sense thread
you have right,but touchflo wos bin better and fasted than sense
im wanting to create a simple 2d game to get use to making games, i want similar gfx as angry birds 2d, using open gl es? i think thats right

If you're completely new to it, perhaps start on Canvas drawing instead of OpenGL. Check out the example project in the Android SDK called Lunar Lander.
