I recently updated to 4.4 and all was running fine, but when I installed Xposed framework and restarted the phone, the message "Unfortunately, Navi Launcher has stopped", then I tried to go the settings, but the phone showed the same message "Settings has stopped", so I couldn´t go to the settings. The same history with Nova Launcher, the file explorer and other settings-related apps like Link2SD. I tried to install the 2.5.1 and 2.5 versions of xposed and nothing. I rebooted into recovery and wiped cache partition and nothing. What can i do?
With File Mánager in TWRP, enter in data>app and delete all relationed with xposed...
xpose
i think gionee firmware dont support xposed:fingers-crossed:

Hello,
I upgraded to CM 10.2 today, after wich I had some trouble - a lot of apps couldn't be started anymore (shortcuts became Android icons), Sync was completely broken and I had to flash GApps 4.3 and some Settings were gone, including those of Xposed's Application Settings Module (which I used to set the language of Apps manually).
So I removed Xposed and reinstalled it (by coping the .apk to /system/apps and setting CHMOD 0644) on it, then rebooted the device.
Now, the phone always got stuck on the Cyanogenmod bootscreen. I entered Recovery Mode and wiped Cache, Dalvik Cache and Fix Permissions, none of which helped. I then factory set twice (and did wipe cache etc. again) and rebooted a couple of times. I then tried using the Nexus 4 Toolkit to transfer the bootloader .img file from the Stock 4.3 release and installing that, which failed and resulted in an Error message.
I finally deleted everything from /system/ after which the phone is stuck on the Google Logo and doesn't even make it to the bootscreen animation anymore).
Any ideas on what I can do? I can still entery Recovery and Fastboot Mode but it seems I can't push any files (like a clean CM 10.2 or Stock image) to the phone and install it, right?
Thanks for all help!

That's what happens when you delete the operating system.
I tried in settings and it says "Settings has stopped"
Then I try via homescreen and it says application not installed... what's missing?

I got a Note 3 N900W8 and I successfully rooted it and installed Resurrection Remix. I also installed TWRP and Gapps. I clicked flash ROM and then right after I rebooted it. Then a few hours later I realized I forgot to add the Gapps. So I went went and installed it also, when I booted it back up I kept of getting the error "unfortunately setup wizard has stopped working" and every time I clicked OK it would instantly pop back up, so I couldn't do anything. I searched online and found that I just needed to install both the ROM and the Gapps at the same time. So I cleared all the data by accident, then went back to my computer and it couldn't read my device. I tried going into TWRP mode but everyone it would turn off the error "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" would come on and I can't do anything now. Please help...
If you can boot into TWRP then go to Advanced -> File Manager -> System -> Priv-app -> setupwizard -> setupwizard.apk and delete the file or the entire setupwizard folder.
If you can't boot into TWRP then flash stock from SamMobile with Odin.
As soon as the root finished installing and the device booted up, some apps where uninstalled while the google apps kept force closing. I try to open the play store but it closes before any information pops up. Do I just need to install new Gapps? I am lost and a complete noob.
Edit: I installed the latest version of Gapps and that solved the force closing issue but now every time I try and download an app, I get the "Unfortunately Google Play Store has stopped working" issue.
Edit 2: The errors are not limited to Gapps. I'm also getting "android.media.process has stopped" and "Unfortunately Contact Storage has stopped".

I would suggest wiping the Dalvik/Art and caches in recovery. Rooting I prefer to flash custom recovery and flashing SuperSU manually

I used the option on SuperSU to unroot and delete the app. I think it got rid of the root and the recovery. Would I have to root my phone again, install a recovery, and then wipe the dalvik/art caches?
I can update the apps already installed but can't install new ones. Apk's install just fine.

Unrooting shouldn't touch your recovery

That happens after rooting with CF auto root. You need to boot into recovery to fix the problem by wiping cache and restore to factory default.
Now randomly out if nowhere every non Google app installed or updating via Google play say: 'this app cannot be installed (error -504)" and installing them via package installed says "package is corrupt"
I've tried factory reset, flashing ROM, clearing play store, services, framework, and download manager data. Lg us997, fulmics rom
Luckey Patcher's closed module was causing it
