Now randomly out if nowhere every non Google app installed or updating via Google play say: 'this app cannot be installed (error -504)" and installing them via package installed says "package is corrupt"
I've tried factory reset, flashing ROM, clearing play store, services, framework, and download manager data. Lg us997, fulmics rom
Luckey Patcher's closed module was causing it

So I installed an ICS Rom, got the Google Play Market installed and it works but I cant install Gmail.
I have tried doing it on the Play website (says that i have no compatible device, including my nexus s) and when i try to install the apk file it says "Application not installed"
Any ideas? I was able to install all of the other google apps.
It would probably help if you were a bit more specific as to which ICS ROM did you install.
Have you tried flashing gapps? http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-ics-20120317-signed.zip
Did you factory reset before installing/flashing said ROM?
I'm currently trying to update my phone from CM11 to CM12 using TWRP. In TWRP, I factory reset my phone, then flashed the latest CM12 nightly build. However, when I try to flash gapps, TWRP says that I have a status 7 error and it fails. If I try to run my phone normally, I get errors saying that Google Play Services has stopped, Setup Wizard has stopped, etc. I have no idea where I'm going wrong, how can I fix this?

What gapps package did you download? If it is a larger set of gapps, sometimes there isn't enough space in /system to install everything, so you have to use a more minimal package, and download the additional apps from the Play Store.
As soon as the root finished installing and the device booted up, some apps where uninstalled while the google apps kept force closing. I try to open the play store but it closes before any information pops up. Do I just need to install new Gapps? I am lost and a complete noob.
Edit: I installed the latest version of Gapps and that solved the force closing issue but now every time I try and download an app, I get the "Unfortunately Google Play Store has stopped working" issue.
Edit 2: The errors are not limited to Gapps. I'm also getting "android.media.process has stopped" and "Unfortunately Contact Storage has stopped".

I would suggest wiping the Dalvik/Art and caches in recovery. Rooting I prefer to flash custom recovery and flashing SuperSU manually

I used the option on SuperSU to unroot and delete the app. I think it got rid of the root and the recovery. Would I have to root my phone again, install a recovery, and then wipe the dalvik/art caches?
I can update the apps already installed but can't install new ones. Apk's install just fine.

Unrooting shouldn't touch your recovery

That happens after rooting with CF auto root. You need to boot into recovery to fix the problem by wiping cache and restore to factory default.
Installed custom rom "flyme os 5.1.1" using twrp recovery but whenever playstore is opened google play services has stopped error occurs and some apps are not working as well. Tried cache wipe and factory reset but no use. Please help
bro it gives error for s3 neo flash fly me os 5.1.8
Links deleted as per the request of the developer. I request the mods to please delete the thread.
Thank you.

How did you install play store? I tried flashing pico gapps but twrp throws error 70. If sideload and install, clicking on play store icon does nothing. I tried clearing data of play store, still play store doesn't work.
For me volte works

Try Google installer, I haven't tried it but you can try if you are still on the ROM. I just wanted to test the rom so didn't tried installing gapps.
